Dr. Eric Yaremko has 30 years of experience as a dentist. He blends his experience with ongoing training in the latest dental techniques. He is committed to helping people overcome their dental fears and successfully get the dental treatment they need for a long and healthy life.
He received his doctorate in dentistry from the University of Connecticut (1985). He then completed a one-year, full-time post-doctoral residency at the University of Washington Hospital (1986). Dr. Yaremko has completed numerous post-doctoral courses and classes in reconstructive and rehabilitation dentistry, esthetic care and anxiety management of people with dental fears.
He has performed literally thousands of dental sedation procedures without incident. He has developed sedation protocol options for patients to choose from that can keep them safe and comfortable for their dental procedures.
Dr. Yaremko has studied Comprehensive Dental Care including reconstructive dentistry with prosthetic specialists Dr.s John Kois, Frank Spear and Terry Tanaka to name a few. He has studied implant and graft surgery with Dr.s Pat Allen, Norm Ickert, Keith Phillips, and Arun Garg. This is to bring our patients continuity of comprehensive reconstructive care. He is a founding member and regular contributor to the Washington Creating Restorative Excellence study club. He and the clinical team are committed to bringing you the best within the treatment options that you choose.

I am the friendly voice over the phone and the first smiling face you will see when you enter our door. I have worked in dentistry for 18 years, with the last 4.5 years at Eric Yaremko DMD, PS. My goal is to provide excellent customer service with compassion and enthusiasm.
I am very passionate about being a patient advocate. Building personal relationships with patients is also very important to me. Theres nothing like the satisfying look on a patients face when theyve navigated the confusing world of insurance, financing, and the unknown of treatment, to come out the other end with an even bigger smile. I have seen firsthand how dentistry can change a patients smile and transform their lives. I have a 15 year old son and the best little gray and white cat on this planet!
After attending aDental Assisting College in Seattle, WA, I began my Assisting career in Kirkland, WA.I have worked for several dental offices which included an Oral Surgery practice and six years at the University of Washington Hospital Dental Clinic. This is where I met Eric Yaremko, whom I later married. After raising our two daughters, I went back to work as an Assistant in our office.
I graduated from the Dental Assisting Program at Bellingham Technical College in 1989. I was immediately hired as an assistant for Dr. Fickel. I worked with him until he retired in 1992 and Dr. Yaremko took over his practice. After working as an assistant for Dr. Yaremko for a couple of years, I decided to become a full time mom. Two decades later I am thrilled to be back working with Dr. Yaremko and his concientious and skilled staff.
With a wide array of dental technology and comforts, our facility is focused on putting your mind to ease when you decide to become our patient. We have been successful in working with our patients to lessen the anxiety and uneasiness they feel while under a dentists treatment.

We have tools such as the Intra-Oral Camera, Professional Level Digital SLR camera, Electric Dental Handpieces, Digital X-ray sensors, a digital Panoramic radiograph, and a Cone Beam Computerized Tomography machine (capable of low radiation scans that produce 3D digital reconstructions).
Laser cavity detection devices, networked computer stations in each room, and an Ultrasonic Scaler allow Dr. Yaremko and the team to provide more accurate and advanced dental services in a calming and comfortable environment.

I won't kid you, sedation dentistry is expensive. Dr. Yaremko went above and beyond for me when I was in agony. He lays out you options and the price up front and does a great job!

Dr Yaremko and everyone in his office is absolutely AMAZING! I have an extreme fear of dental procedures and they worked with me so I could be as comfortable as possible for every visit. Every time I'm there I feel treated like a person and not just a wallet with teeth. I cannot recommend Dr Yaremko's office enough.

I have never written a review on-line but no-one is more deserving of 5, 10, 15 stars than Dr. Yaremko. Wow, what a talented, smart, empathetic, kind man. I've had many dental adventures over the years and would have never believed that there would come a day when not only would I not dread going to the dentist, but actually look forward to it because I know I'm going to feel a difference without having to go through pain and fear. Although I have my share of dental-chair fears, Dr. Yaremko has treated me like an adult, respected my wishes, and then proceeded to treat my dental needs with first-rate professionalism and attention. He is not just an easy person to be around, he is a very very talented dentist. And his dental and front-office staff match him in every regard. Very happy.

In 2014 I first visited Dr. Yarekmo's office on the theory that I have TMJ and that is causing my chronic headaches and often sore masseter muscles. That was the the case because it turned out my bite was terrible; one side hit first in the back then down on that side in the front and then the other side touched down so there was rotation, if you will, in the jaw causing constant pain. To correct that, first step was to reset my bite to where it naturally wants to go. A mouth guard like device called a deprogrammer was made to relax my bite by stopping my teeth from touching during the day and night. I wore that for about 6 weeks, except when eating and brushing teeth. After that some old fillings were re-done a little higher, others were built up a bit, and the least amount of existing teeth ground down a bit. Now I can bite like a champion; better than ever in my life! I had two kinds of headaches, sharp pain of short duration and general tension. I no longer have any sharp pain headaches! My jaw masseter muscles no longer hurt. My general tension headaches are now always mild but have not gone away entirely. Regardless, I'm feeling a lot better and am extremely pleased with the care and quality work Dr. Yarekamo performed. I now go to him for regular dental care and I recommend him to everyone.

I have had a lot of dental work and though I am not nervous going to a dentist, I really enjoy going to Eric's, much more than I have had at my previous dentists. The staff are so friendly, and sweet, and the hygienists and Dr. Yaremko are so gentle and caring. While you get your dental work they inform you about what they're doing and what they will do and give you a choice about future procedures with their best judgement on how it'll affect your health. They have movies to watch while you lay in the super comfy chairs too! Overall, I I can't say there is a better dentist office out there, and I recommend Dr.Yaremko's office to anyone in need of dental work.

I was so outraged by the way I was treated by the secretary at Eric Yaremko's office, that I had to write this google review to warn other people about how you too will be treated at this office, as Dr.Yaremko let's this activity by his staff continue. Secretary should be FIRED! I had suffered a very serious illness and been hospitalized over the weekend before my appointment, and since it was the weekend, I could not call in and re-schedule my appointment, so my mother called in and cancelled/re-scheduled my appointment 1 day ahead of time on Monday. Now I had been suffering from severe pain from an extremely rotten tooth that had also broken in half, and the pain had been giving me massive migraines as the pain was shooting up into my head. So Yaremko's office perscribed me pain medication, until my appointment when I was to have the tooth pulled. I had been calling on the phone for an entire day, in severe pain, to try and get my pain medication perscription refilled, and nobody picked up the phone....It wasn't until the end of the day that my family notified me that they thought the office was "Purposely ignoring me and not answering my phone calls"... I really could not believe they were actually treating me like this, but by the end of the day, I realized in fact they were truly ignoring every single one of my phone calls on purpose. . . So I drove down to the office and asked in person if I could get my perscription refilled, this is when the secretary told me, "You can get your refill, if you pay us the full amount of $1,500 cash for your operation/appointment coming up"...In shock, I asked why, and told her no other dentist I've ever been too has ever said or done anything like that to me before? She began to tell me that she thought I was a liar, and that I was lying about being hospitalized over the weekend, and having to re-schedule my appointment because of it, she began to argue with me in the lobby of the office, and over and over again insinuated that I was a liar....Then, concerning my having to re-schedule due to severe pain and hospitalization from kidney stones I suffered over the weekend she told me, "You know, this is a business, WE HAVE TO MAKE MONEY", with a total disregard for me as a human being, again an insinuation that I was making it all up and she in turn said "You have wasted our time, we were all just sitting around here because of you", even when everything I had told her was the truth, and I told her it was unavoidable, not to mention, I had cancelled 24 hours ahead of time, which was the best I could do since they were closed over the weekend!!! I have never been more insulted, disrespected, and treated like all I was, was a large sum of money, by any dentist office ever before in my entire life. When I was in real severe pain, I was ignored by there secretary in the office sometimes day's at a time in which they would ignore all my phone calls and voice mails, promise they would call me back by the end of the day and never wind up calling me back, while I suffered with major tooth pain. The truth is, the main secretary is truly a liar. When I told her I was being ignored and not called back when she told me she would, she said "I would never do something like that, and just ignore you or not call you back before we closed", when in fact she did it to me all the time. They charge top dollar at this dentist office, and I mean "through the roof, put me and my family in the poor house top dollar" and I had paid it for multiple procedures I had done in the past, because I felt like Dr.Yaremko is a pretty great dentist, but for him to allow his secretary to treat people like they are just a pile of money, insinuate they are liar's when we are grown adults and I am telling them the truth, ignore me when I am in severe pain and then when I had to hunt them down at there office just to get there attention, have them tell me I have to pay up front the sum of $1,500-$2,500 in order to receive my perscription's, that IS NOT a good dentist, a good business, and not good human being's.
