Dr. Wallace is a graduate of Boca Raton High School. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Southern California and his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Emory University in 1979.
Through her dedication to personalized care, Dr.Salazar pursues her lifelong loveof dentistry.Her goal is to help patients feel as positive and comfortable about their dental care as possible. Using the latest dental techniques, she strives to care for her patients based on their needs, goals, and personality.
Dr. Salazar completed her Bachelor of Science degree in Food Science and Nutrition at the University of Florida and received her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from Nova Southeastern University. She has been providing dental care in South Florida for over 15 years.

Dr. Salazar and her team have been amazing since day 1. My friend referred me to her after hearing from some really bad experiences with other dentists. I'm so happy she did, everyone in the office is so kind and friendly and really takes the time to make sure you get the best care possible. Dr.Salazar always puts me at ease and is very clear on her recommendations, she truly cares about her patients and that is so appreciated.

Today was my first visit at this practice. I was immediately greeted by friendly faces. The hygienist Shivota was wonderful! She knew I was nervous and made me feel very calm. I was given a very thorough cleaning. Dr. Salazar was terrific!! She explained everything in detail and took the the time to make sure I understood. Her warm demeanor and excellent clinical skills made me feel at ease. I highly recommend this office.

First of all, I hate getting my teeth cleaned because other places made me feel like I was in the principals office. A very nice young lady was extremely thorough, very gentle and my teeth and gums felt amazing. Highly recommend this office!!

Amazing. I don't go to a dentist too often. And that has changed since I've met Dr Wallace. He is a superb doctor and actually cares about you. Painless repairs, fair pricing, and a great staff that surrounds him. I highly recommend this doctor and office!

Best dentist ever, Doc. Rosalmarie is the greatest, and her staff is great too. Go above and beyond to explain any issues and very professional. She fixed my crown, that another dentist put in. Got my quality of life back !

Dr Salazar is phenomenal! My experience here for the past 3 years has been nothing but positive. Unlike previous experiences at other practices I never wait in the chair or in the waiting room more than 5 minutes, she's gentle, explains every step of the process and never "sells" anything that isn't needed. This is hard to come by. I moved 25 minutes away and still will travel for her service. I also recently switched insurance company's & now they are not "in network" which means I have to pay then go through the process of sending the bill to my insurance to be reimbursed which normally would deter me but I will jump through hoops for this practice. Worth every penny and the paperwork. Thank you Dr Salazar!

I love this dental office in Boca Raton!! The staff is so friendly and accommodating, also they never try to upsell you on services. My husband and I moved to the Charlotte, NC area a year ago but still schedule our appointments with this office. They are great!!

First visit to see Dr Salazar and I was pleasantly surprised. From the staff who made the appointment all the way to the Dr herself, everyone was so friendly and puts u at ease for whatever procedure you are having. Dr Salazar is very kind and explains everything she is doing . It's nice to find a dentist who makes you feel comfortable and wants to help you!

Doctor Wallace and his entire team are truly a professional group. My mother and I have been going to them for years. It's the kind of dental practice you remember when you were a kid. My dental hygienist is Jodi and she is absolutely amazing. Super gentle. Love these guys!
