My daughter has gone to this office for YEARS. I Have recommended this office to so many families. The staff is so caring and patient. My daughter enters every time with no hesitation or fear. They have never pushed any unnecessary procedures. Great experience every time

Always a great experience! From the front office staff to the dental assistants, everyone is so kind and helpful. Both of my daughters had anxiety with our previous dentist and at Dr. Ladd's our girls have no issues and do not dread going to his office. We have been going to Dr. Ladd for years now and I always leave feeling that my kids were well taken care of by their dental team. Dr. Ladd is an excellent dentist and I trust my children's dental health with him.

I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Eric Ladd! He is extremely kind, patient, kid friendly and understands kids w diverse needs. Office staff is super nice and patient. Office is filled w kid decorations such as Toy Story, Marvel Comics, etc. To make place fun and friendly for kids. My son loves going and has a smile leaving. Affordable and has early morning appointments.

I took my children to Dr. Ladd for their first pediatric dentist experience. From the moment we walked in, the front desk staff were warm and friendly, the dental hygienist was absolutely wonderful in explaining what she was going to do and made my children comfortable. Dr. Ladd is thorough and does an excellent job explaining thoughts and tips for ensuring good dental care. My children loved getting new tooth brushes, glossers, & stickers. Excited to take my children back in 6 months!

I am thankful for Dr.Eric Ladd and his wonderful staff! They are great with my 5 year old, who has had two caps put on. They allow me to go back with my child for visits, which helps relieve my child and myself of unneeded stress. Thank you!

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Dr Ladd was very good and gentle with my son. After a bad experience at another pediatric dentistry I'm glad I switched, the service we received from there to here are like night and day!

This dentist office has helped my kids get over going to a bad pediatric dentist. They have no fear going in for service. The staff are all angels and Dr. Ladd is so gentle with the kids. I tell everyone to go here! The rooms are decorated with characters kids love. It's amazing.

Dr Ladd's office is charging me over $600 for a late appointment, didn't send the bill to the correct address therefore I just now am receiving a collections notice. We were late because my toddler had a meltdown because of tooth pain & fear, they showed zero sympathy and refused to see us over half an hour. It really came down to them not caring at all that my child was suffering. Thankfully, I found a better pediatric dentist that was also in network. Ladd quoted us thousands of dollars and we had great and fast service elsewhere for less than the cost of this late appointment bill and I am still shocked by that. Shameful prices and practices and would absolutely never recommend, more so based on their complete lack of empathy than this stupid bill that I will never pay.

My girls (Jada & Jasmine) have been patients of Dr. Ladd for years. The dentist office is very kid friendly and my girls have never had a bad experience. They enjoyed writing their names on the No Cavity wall and seeing the Cartoon characters on the walls. Dr.Ladd and his staff are always the same professional , pleasant and wearing smiles.

I am so glad I found Eric Ladd and his staff. They are amazing to my kiddos. It is so nice to walk into there and the staff is always nice. Even on the phone they are pleasant. I had a horrible experience before finding this dentist office and I feel so grateful for all of them.

I very much enjoyed the experience of going to this dental office. As soon as you walk in your surrounded by all my daughters favorite Disney characters which immediately changed my daughters mood from being scared to excitement. Not to mention that the entire staff was very helpful, friendly, and patient through the process even when my little person was having difficulty staying still.

I took my 3 year old to the dentist for the first time. She was extremely nervous about the visit. Dr. Ladd and his staff were very understanding and helped ease her anxiety. The rooms were also very kid friendly which also help. We highly recommend Dr. Ladd.

The compassion, patience, comfort, and respect they show for myself, and most importantly children, is outstanding! I recommend this office to any parent, looking for an amazing team of professionals. I went to them on a recommendation and am so glad I followed that, because I will never go anywhere else... wish I could go there!
