Financial We will be more than happy to submit all insurance forms for you and help you recover the most from your benefits. We will do everything we can to help you afford the treatment you need and want. For patients who require major work, CareCredit is available and offers up to 18 months no interst. Forms of payment accepted by the office are check, cash, visa, master card, discover and carecredit.

All the people were so nice, respectful, humorous. I don't like going to a dentist, but everyone I met today made me feel not as nervous. They are terrific.

This practice is like no other !!! They're VERY understanding and compassionate. And knowledgeable. The dental hygienist is awesome! Down to earth and very sweet and the Dr's there are amazing ! And the receptionist s are so nice ! I'm so so glad I switched from healthy smiles in Durham . They're rude , inconsiderate and will talk down to you unlike Dr Davis's practice. Y'all are wonderful. Thank you. Being kind in the public eye is what's gonna get you more buisness and I'm not going anywhere.

Before I received my temporary bridge I signed a contract of what I was paying, but the day I received it, the Dental Assistant Trevor took Films which ran the price up. At check-out I started I was only paying what I agreed. Jill was an excellent hygienist but there wasn't anything communication between the hygienist and front desk. My appointment was for preventative maintenance but Jill told me I was covered for three Films. At check-out I was charged for the entire visit. While checking-in I was not told I was responsible for the entire visit. In my opinion, this office takes advantage of patients and provide services to increase patient costs.

I truly appreciate the caring patience and gentleness with how I am treated at this dentist office, especially since I have been TRAUMATIZED with a horrifically painful experience as a child at a dentist office. I also appreciate that they explain everything to you, in layman's terms, so that you understand "why," you need the care that's suggested and/or recommended.
