I have been going to Dr. Benson for many years. He is the best dentist ever. He has helped me with root canal's, cavities and general maintenance.

I've been coming to Dr. Benson's office since 2007, mostly for regular cleanings and occasionally some more involved dental work. My experience has been that the office is well run, we consistently start on time, and the work is done effectively and I'm out of the chair in a reasonable time. I highly recommend him!

I have recently been diagnosed with Diabetes. One outcome of this illness is my teeth have started to decay; which is a common problem with diabetics. So over the last year, I have been treated by Dr. Benson and have had 3 Crowns: One Tooth extraction, bone grafting and a tooth Implant ;Two root canals with crowns; fillings and regular 6 month cleanings. All the work I have had done has been excellent and what has surprised me is that I have never had any pain that could not be managed with Ibuprofen. (Other dentists always gave me Vicodin). This is very extensive work, but it has been worth it. I am able to eat without pain or issues. I have a good smile and I have recovered from each procedure faster then in past. (Diabetics usually take longer to heal.) I look forward to continued Care by Dr. Benson now that I'm retired and look forward to many years with my teeth intact. I wish I could say the same about the last two dentists that I had.

I had the most horrible and humiliating experience with Dr. Benson, based on which I believe that as a doctor he may be very dangerous. So far he is the worst man I interacted in my life, who brought the most damaging impact to my life, charged lots of money for it (17,000$), put my life in distress for years, sold me the treatment I did not ask for, made severe changes to my bite for worse, even though I had no complaints about my bite and had no clear understanding on why he is doing it in the first place - all I needed were the new crowns. His claim was that he is specially trained to change the "bad" bite to the right occlusion. Later on I learned that all those teachings are very questionable, highly unpredictable and should be avoided until absolutely necessary, like when the patient is already in pain or suffering with big discomfort already. No dental universities teach such occlusion theories, not in US, not in Europe, besides there are different "advanced learning" "schools" on occlusion who cannot even agree with each other. I consulted with several well known prosthodontists in US and they all said that my case if very common once the patient is being treated by so called occlusal specialists like Dr. Benson, Apparently, dentist who was President at American College of Prosthodontists stands strongly against this type of -post- educations and he himself is afraid to make even small changes to the bite with a single filling, yet Dr. Benson acted very ego-over-confidently as he is only among 2% percent of dentists who are "trained" to do it, and could just change whole bite, and then did not reverse it for a year, despite my constant complaint that those new changes are very uncomfortable to me. I finally had to leave him in a complete frustration. Shockingly, new dentists addressed the issue in the first week, and within several months I had new crowns. Benson did not even apologize, nor had a grace to return the fees he charged. Beware! There are a lot of things which went horribly wrong while working with him, it would take hours just to write it down, but feel free to reach me out if you are in similar situation or interested in more details.
