I have been a patient of ROC Smiles and Dr. Eric Benson for the past several years. During that time I have had cavity repairs, root canals, crowns and most recently two implants. All of these procedures were performed with precision and most importantly in a pain free manner. One thing you can count on, is when the work is completed, you will be very pleased with the results. I saw Dr Benson and hygienist Janet today. I was there for a routine cleaning and a chipped molar. I was so nervous that my tooth would need to be pulled. But thank you to Dr Benson it can be saved. The bedside manor of the staff in this practice is excellent. They were so welcoming and so kind. The entire practice was bright and very clean. I highly recommend coming here!

Very good experience! Dr. Benson and his hygienist, Janet, seemed very caring and professional. She really did a great job on my cleaning As a new patient, and reading other Dentists reviews and patient horror stories, I feel very lucky to have found this practice. I was very warmly welcomed and I really appreciate it. Getting older and having diabetes, I just want to save my teeth and I am really happy to have Dr. Benson and his team on my side.

I just recently moved to the area and was looking for a dentist and I found Dr. Benson. His office was close by (just down the road) so I decided to give them a try. I set up an appointment with his office and was soon seen. Dr. Benson and his secretary Robin were both really professional, very knowledgeable and were all around great people to be around, which made me feel very comfortable! My initial visit was for only a cleaning but after my cleaning we chatted a little bit about my teeth and how I grind my teeth at night and we came to the conclusion that a mouth guard for night time would greatly benefit me. He never pushed anything on me, only gave me options. I agreed to get my mouth guard and was not disappointed with my decision! I have also wanted to get my teeth whitened for years and finally decided to get my trays made for my whitening at the same time I got my mouth guard made and they all came in faster than expected!! I'm only half way done with my whitening treatment but I can see a HUGE difference!! Again..I want to say thank you to a very professional and knowledgeable staff and can say I have found a great dentist who I'm completely comfortable with!!

I have recently been diagnosed with Diabetes. One outcome of this illness is my teeth have started to decay; which is a common problem with diabetics. So over the last year, I have been treated by Dr. Benson and have had 3 Crowns: One Tooth extraction, bone grafting and a tooth Implant ;Two root canals with crowns; fillings and regular 6 month cleanings. All the work I have had done has been excellent and what has surprised me is that I have never had any pain that could not be managed with Ibuprofen. (Other dentists always gave me Vicodin). This is very extensive work, but it has been worth it. I am able to eat without pain or issues. I have a good smile and I have recovered from each procedure faster then in past. (Diabetics usually take longer to heal.) I look forward to continued Care by Dr. Benson now that I'm retired and look forward to many years with my teeth intact. I wish I could say the same about the last two dentists that I had.

Dr. Benson goes above and beyond any other dentist I've been too. I have four young children who get routine cleanings and they are very comfortable with him. I sometimes have to bring my kids with me when I get work done and his staff are very patient and kind with them. He also calls a couple days after any work is to check I'm not in too much pain. I would recommend him to anyone!

I've been a patient with Dr. Benson for nearly two years now. Upon arrival, the staff are kind and courteous.The office is always very clean and comfortable. The office is very respectful of your time and the wait is minimal.I have health restrictions and they strive to accommodate every one, every time.Doctor Benson is very professional, kind and extremely thorough with every procedure he performs! His work is impeccable! I recommend this office for all your dental needs.

Always friendly and personable. I have only been in 4 or 5 times now (cleaning twice a year) and Dr. Benson remembers who i im and particulars about any small conversation we may have had the last visit. Place is always clean and very professional.

Dr. Benson's Treatment Plan saved as many of my natural teeth as possible. His solution was less invasive and less costly compared to other specialists' proposals and his schedule was smart and adaptable to my availability. All of my worn down teeth which had been repaired many times since childhood were replaced with individual computer-modeled porcelain crowns designed for my particular bite. There is absolutely no look or sensation of artificiality. I am glad I did not have everything pulled out and replaced with full or partial bridges or implants. To spend many thousands of dollars over time with many visits to the dentist to continue to repair and fill worn down teeth and never have the look, feel, and perfect bite of great looking, anatomically perfect teeth would have been a terrible waste of my time and money. After the work was completed I made an appointment with my original dentist to show him Dr. Benson's dental artistry. He inspected each tooth, probed, flossed, and summed it all up..."Beautiful work."

Dr. Benson's practice makes me want to go to the dentist! The office is modern, clean, and calming. I have truly appreciated the flexibility of the team where I have been able to schedule appointments by text and see Dr. Benson on Saturdays. Dr. Benson is obviously dedicated to providing exceptional treatment and care. The cleanings I have gotten are by far the most thorough thanks in part to the superior equipment. Most importantly, Dr. Benson and his team are friendly, kind, and professional.

We have been going to Dr. Benson for many years. All five of our children, my husband, and I have received exceptional care and attention from him and his staff. He was always very kind with scheduling and helped us with all the billing questions, given we have two insurances. The office is very clean and a pleasure to wait in. Everyone is friendly and answers all of our questions. Our kids have never been afraid to go to the dentist, in spite of their having had an occasional cavity here and there. We would highly recommend him.
