This Dentist does his job very well and has educated me on my dental hygiene, but in ways I thought my past dentists would have said. He makes direct, intelligent, and useful statements to me about my teeth, and understands the insurance battle with dental care (which I am cognizant of my insurance's limitations). It is paramount that all patients be serious about their teeth, so I can appreciate directness (with supporting facts) from dentists like him. Besides all that, it is very easy to schedule/change appointments, park your vehicle before entering, or catch a bus to this office.

The entire staff was courteous and friendly. Every staff member was observing Covid protocol. The office and procedure rooms were very clean. Dr. Koi explained everything that he was going to do and explained what steps he advised for future visits. Dr. Koi was very thorough and made me feel less anxious about my care (I am a very nervous dental patient). I would highly recommend Dr. Koi and Epsilon Dental!

Just had my dental cleaning here today and I have to say, Dr. Nguyen is easily the best dentist I've ever seen. He's knowledgeable and explains every step in full detail. The front desk lady was also very friendly and welcoming.

I started having my dental care at Epsilon Dental in 2019. Dr. Khoi is by far the dentist that has taken care of my teeth. He is incredibly thorough and he uses technology well. I moved from the DMV area last year but I still schedule appointments with Dr. Khoi when I travel here for work.

I have been going to Epsilon Dental since they opened. I must say that Dr. Nguyen provides outstanding care. He can administer Novocaine in the most delicate and painless manner. I have been to many dentists in my life and I must say that Dr. Nguyen is tops.

It's always a pleasure to visit Epsilon Dental Care. Doctor Khoi and he's team do a excellent job!!! He is compassionate and understanding!! He treats me and my kids like family! I was having a lot of dental problems while I was pregnant he always made me feel safe and secure!! He has gone out of his way to fix my dental problems he even has called to check on me several times I sure do appreciate that very much!! I would recommend anyone and everyone To Doctor Khoi and he's team !! THANK YOU DOCTOR KHOI FOR EXCITING!

Where do I begin. Upon arrival I was greeted by the Doctor and receptionist as if I have been there before. The home like office setting is clean and cozy. Dr. Nguyen is extremely professional (he speaks very calmly), throrough, and caring. Top notch customer service. Dr. Koi, Absolutely the Best

I had a tooth crack and fallout at night. I called the very next morning at 8 am asking if they could see me. He made an appointment for that day. When I went in, he could see the issue and recommended removing the tooth and was able to it that day. Both the dentist and his assistant were very professional, and kind. I will be heading back and recommending them to others. I have never had mouth surgery before, and they made me feel much more comfortable than when I first went in. I was so nervous at first!
