I have a 4 and a 5 year old and it was time to look for their first dental appt. That's when i found out that we have DMO insurance and i had to go researching Dr.s in my area (online) and wasn't thrilled about any that I had to choose from. I was referred to Epic West from my brother who sent his son here. They had a special going on for a child special which includes Exam, Xray, cleaning and flouride for $49 It was my kid's first time to see a dentist so there was alot of anxiety built up, but upon our arrival, we were promptly assigned to a room where i was able to fill out the forms for my kids as they were getting their cleaning and xrays done. This brand new facility is clean and immaculate and they were using a portable xray machine, the decor was nice and very inviting. The whole staff was pleasant, patient, and entertaining to my kids. I was able to be in and out with both kids within an hour. They were even generous enough to offer us refreshments after our check out. Although i could have utilized my DMO insurance and probably may not have paid much, I'm glad I took my kids to Epic West Dental because they had a great experience and there wouldn't be any anxiety coming back to see Dr. Dinh. Highly recommend!

I have been several years to Epic West Family Dental and they are always fast and friendly and more importantly very detailed in the examination and cleaning of your teeth! I highly recommend them as your family dentist!

Dr Dinh and her entire staff at Epic West Family Dentistry have completely changed my fear of going to the dentist. I immediately felt assured that I was in the right hands for a last minute appointment is due to a cracked molar. They not only got me in the same day but they addressed all my concerns and fears. They even went above and beyond to assure me this unfortunate event would not stop my vacation plans the following week. The office is just as beautiful as they all are inside and out. I am so thankful I found them and look forward to many years of care in their very capable and caring hands.

Dr. Nina is the very best dentist I have ever been to in my life!! I am not a fan of going to the dentist, but Dr. Nina goes out her way to make you feel comfortable! She makes the whole process a breeze!! And her staff of just the sweetest!! Everyone is so polite and very caring!!

Not a great experience.. every staff member here is a top notch salesperson.. I was told that I needed three fillings but when I went to a different dentist, they did the xrays and exam and confirmed that I didn't need to have any fillings done!

Drs. Dinh & Nguyen are great! They & the hygienists have provided compassionate & thorough care for my family's dental needs. The office is bright & clean, and the TV was a great distraction for my kiddo during his procedure. We're lucky to have them so close to home!

Dr Dinh and all the staff are super friendly!! Thank goodness me and parents found out about this place, if i can give them 10 stars i will!! Their facility is clean and high tech and no long wait!! They are really good with kids!! You can tell they care about the patients needs.

Dr.Dinh and Dr.Nguyen are such amazing dentists and very patient . They are both very knowledgeable. Friendly service and committed to excellence! Definitely recommend. Dental assistant Laura was very helpful with explaining treatment plan. Office is very clean.

I haven't been to the dentist in nearly 8 years. I had one of the best dentist I ever had. I lost track of him when I went overseas. I have been so reluctant to going to the dentist because it takes me forever to vet a good one. I was really nervous when I came to this practice but let me just tell you that from a perfectionist point of view... I was sold from the moment that I was greeted by the receptionist, to the assistant Wendy who helped me with the x-rays. To Dr. Nguyen who explain step-by-step what she was doing, and made me feel at ease. Her work is excellent and I'm glad I found this practice. I have been dealing with a filling that came out since 2016, and although I'm pretty healthy I had a few cavities as well. Dr. Nguyen was very professional and knowledgeable in her technique. Her assistant Wendy was very attentive, professional and caring. Thank you ladies for everything!! I look forward to regular checkups again.

Dr. Dinh is very sweet and is very transparent about treatment - she explained to me in simple terms what I needed and why. The staff is extremely nice and work very efficiently to minimize your waiting times. The offices are very clean and modern and, on top of all that, the pricing is very fair compared to other practices in Grand Prairie. I highly recommend.

Great experience my toddler was only 4 years old and Doctor Nina & her staff done a great job for her. The most important part is how my baby felt, she was doing great & didn't complain of pain or any complications after her procedure. And her smile was so beautiful when doctor Nina restored her front teeth from cavities. Great team. Noor Rodena's mom.
