The Health Center offers a full complement of staff ready to serve individuals and families with significant health needs related to poverty, limited access to healthcare, language and cultural differences, and psychosocial issues. The Health Center addresses these barriers in a variety of ways, including:
The patient population is diverse, spanning a wide cultural and economic spectrum from migrant farmworkers to private business owners. The Health Center serves a substantial number of Hispanic patients and a growing number of Russian and Ukrainian patients.

Wast of time I had not seen a dentist in over 20 years .! Well all I wanted was put a crown on my front tooth and one filling in the back What I got was the run around for over 6 month's and they never did anything. just a waste of time

Not only have I had my appointment for all four of my children scheduled for months that's supposed to be tomorrow, and I called to check the appointment time and apparently the dentist is out of the office all week and so my kids do not have an appointment tomorrow but they did not call to tell me that I just so happened to find out by calling to check the time. And then it took the person that answered the phone named Erica over 10 minutes to get my kids rescheduled. I have four children and so being on the phone for over 10 minutes to get the appointments rescheduled is really hard to do. I would have been extremely upset if I showed up tomorrow my kids didn't even have an appointment and they didn't even call to tell me. I'm tempted to just go somewhere else I don't care if I have to drive all the way to Moses Lake, I should have been given amazing customer service when I called because of their mistake from the get-go, but she was rude on top of it.

We were assigned this clinic by our Delta Care insurance provider (an hour and half away from where we live). We were not able to get a scheduled appointment for a broken filling, so we came to their walk-in appointment at 7am and was able to be seen for the repair at 1pm. The numbing shot was painless, which was nice for my anxiety regarding dental appointments. The dental assistant forgot to use suction consistently throughout the repair even with my warning that I have an easy gag reflex. The dental clinic technology was very outdated, and the dental care approach was very old-school. I needed a crown to protect the integrity of the tooth, but the clinic was not able to do that repair and opted for another filling. The day after getting my repair, it fractured again while eating a small and soft piece of cheese. I am extremely unhappy, that this repair work lasted less than 24 hours. We are in the process of moving and didn't have time to devote another full day to driving back for another patchwork repair. Don't recommend unless absolutely necessary.

I started going for an emergency extraction in mid April before we were off lockdown, and they had every reason to be afraid of catching the vid. They treated me very well, tried to make me feel comfortable and treated me well. When we were off lockdown, I got set up as a regular patient. We have all been dealing with having to take frequent CoVid tests, and they have all been wonderful and accommodating.

I hate needles in my mouth but this dentists office made me comfortable during my cleaning. The dentist was very reassuring before we continued with my cleaning.

From being in severe pain and calling in the morning booking an appointment to sitting in the chair with my mouth numbed and my tooth pulled... 20 minutes total. Out the door with $0 spent. AND I have no insurance. Can't recommend this clinic enough.

I changed my mind completely about this dentist. He promised me he would learn how to treat patients with TN, which has become a very common and EXTREMELY painful problem, but he didn't. And last time I was there, I had an extraction which required antibiotics. I had a terrible reaction to the 2nd antibiotic he gave me, but when I called to ask him to prescribe the 1st one, he didn't do it. So I suffered for months while waiting to heal from the infection. I won't ever go back. And now I need to find a dentist who understand TN.
