The process of the surgery, having a temporary arch made, then wearing the temp and not being able to eat anything chewy for almost a year was brutal. Also had some issues with getting emergency appointments and the correct color for the permanent arch. But now that it's all over i am pleased with the look and feel. I feel like these are my "real" teeth.

My wife visited here to get a consultation. My wife had a gum infection that required antibiotics, and likely an implant in the back. They said they couldn't help anything until we were one of their customers which wouldn't happen until we signed on the dotted line. Any time a healthcare provider calls you a customer and not a patient, you walk away. We went for a second opinion at Lake County Periodontics - they gave a script for antibiotics without making us sign a contract that obligated tens of thousands; further, they had a recommended treatment plan that didn't require pulling out every single tooth. Word to the wise - always get a second opinion.

Choosing EON Clinics was the best decision concerning oral/tooth care that I have ever made.For two decades I have allowed nature to take its course and would only concede to be in a dental chair for emergency care and extraction.I always knew I would eventually need dentures, full or partial. After a great deal of research on possible options I discovered EON Clinics state of the art All on Four technologies. Admittedly reluctant, I arranged for a no cost initial consultation, from the very start I knew I was in the right place.I have since completed the process and fully appreciate how much of a "life changer" it is. Everyone at every level of service proved to be at the pinnacle of professionalism.

Am I glad I went to EON !!! I never imagined my teeth to look so good! Just one AMAZING journey! Eon started me with a consultation with Jennifer, I slowly got to know pretty much everyone in the office. They are all BEYOND helpful and kind. The entire team just does above and beyond what anyone would ever ever expect. Not only with your teeth but how sweet, caring, kind and helpful they all are. The worst customer experience of my life. Staff is rude and unprofessional. Making a consultation was a nightmare. Obviously you are just a cog in their money making wheel. Want a great patient experience from day one? Go elsewhere.

I dont know where to begin to tell you how amazing my experience at EON CLINIC has been. I walked in nervous as a can be and let me say walked out as if I'm leaving my family behind. The staff were soo caring that I felt they were holding my hand thru the whole process. I'm glad I made the perfect choice choosing EON CLINIC for my dental needs. My experience with Doctor Ahn at Eon clinic in Skokie, IL. was exceptional. Everyone there was compassionate towards their patients and what they were going through. Doctor Ahn and Drew, answered all my questions whether crazy or expected. By the time I arrived, I had no trust in the dental proffession. Dental disease takes a toll on your quality of life. It affects how you present yourself to others and sometimes, how they look at you. If you are looking for a Prosthodontist , visit Doctor Ahn. She literally taught me to smile again.

I went in for a consult, I waited 45 minutes because the office was running behind. The doctor came in but was in and out really quickly. The consults are really quick. You do need to pay money down before you can schedule the next appointment. Then the rest of the money is due before surgery appointment., which is fine. I showed up for surgery on time and I wasn't brought back 45 minutes late with no explanation of why so late. Everything was fine. I have been going here for awhile now and noticed that the doctors and assistants are always new to the office. My final upper denture needed alot of adjustments before I finally liked the denture..I do not recommend this office, the office is not all on the same page when it comes to patient care. Sorry

Be careful about buying their services. They are all nice and pleasant until they have your money. But, god forbid you have an emergency, like your implant breaking. Three times! Then your choices are come in at 6:30 in the morning because they're doing only surgeries on NEW patients for 3 days in a row, then off Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. No provisions for taking care of the patients who have already paid.

From the very beginning speaking with Dawn Linvill ( treatment director) I felt as if I known her for year's, very helpful through the whole procedure. The surgeon Dr. Luria all I can say he definitely have Magic Hands, and I can't leave out Dr. Mandadi (prost docotor) for her professionalism she made as many adjustments that was needed to make sure they fit perfectly! I would like to thank everyone for a pleasant visit at the dentist office.
