I recently started my implant journey. During my consultation, Dawn went over the process very thoroughly and made me feel so comfortable while explaining the process to me. The entire staff is very professional as well as open and honest in determining whether or not you're a good candidate for implants. I would definitely recommend EON Clinics to anyone interested in getting dental implants.

My first experience with EON took place in late December of 2021 after losing a front tooth in a hockey injury 10 years ago. During those years I lived with a crown which hindered my ability to eat/chew on my front teeth, all which fractured and fell out a few days before the holiday season. I've known for quite some time that the many years of neglect and poor care habits was leading me down the road of implants, hence my initial appointment before the New Year. I sat down with Dawn at the clinic where she did a wonderful job of explaining my options and care, initial focus was around a single implant for missing front tooth. After a full x-ray showing the condition of my entire remaining teeth a consultation with Dr. Heroth (Prostodentist) ensued. It was thoroughly explained to me at that point that I was a candidate for the AO4 full implant procedure. All of my options in care and cost were outlined for me, only decision was when I would be ready to have this procedure done. After a few days of consideration I agreed to the AO4 procedure and a surgery date was secured on 1/21/22. I cannot be more pleased with the staff that eventful day... both Assistants Karina and Aisha took special care of me from the moment I walked in. Dr. Luria (Surgeon) was optimistic and assuring that the procedure would be a success, I can unequivocally say that he was "spot on". Post surgery was met with a detailed day/week/month(s) care plan to ensure my health and safety was at the forefront. I can honestly say that EON Clinic has provided the hospitality and care I deserve, this truly was a life-changing decision. Best of luck to all who are pondering this decision...my satisfaction in Eon Clinic of Munster is the best referral I can offer.

This place is a joke. I walk in and immediately get an attitude from the worker at the front desk. She gives me my paperwork to fill out. I sit down and begin filling it out. Not even 5 minutes later I'm being called in the back. I walk back there and politely say I haven't finished my paperwork. She grabs the clip board out of my hands and replies you were suppose to be here 15 minutes early to fill it out. If we need it I'll give it back to you and you can fill it out at home. My reply: no one told me I was supposed to be here 15 minutes early. They have called while I was at work unable to answer the phone but never left a message with directions. I think I'll see myself out now. And I left. Most unprofessional customer service I have ever experienced.

This was my first consultation for dental implants and I was in fear to even schedule the appointment. Because of my insecurities and fear I came in so late to my appointment and I was terrified but still was seen. Dawn came and greeted me and her smile and presence immediately took that fear away. I told her I was sorry for being so late and how I was so scared and she completely was comforting and made me feel like I wasn't even in a dental office. Dawn listened to my situation, generally cared, and explain how she and Eon could help me and give me my smile and confidence back. She made me feel like I was talking to a friend not a doctor and not be embarrassed like others made me feel in the past. I am grateful to Dawn and the Eon clinic and I can't wait to get started. So far, I've had a good experience with Eon Clinics in Munster. The staff is excellent. I had surgery in Aug, and everything went smoothly. I'm currently going every month for my follow-up appointments. Hopefully, in the next few months, I will get my permanents.

My best friend got her implants done here. She's had to wear her "temporary" implants for over 2 years now. 3 of the FRONT teeth have broken and she no longer has any confidence and isolates herself. She can't afford the payments on her loan so apparently they threw out her molds and refuse to put in her permanents even though she's unemployed because she has to take care of both of her parents. What should have been life changing for her ultimately ended her up with a half done job that has destroyed her sense of self worth. Y'all are money hungry and it shows.

Still have not received molds or temporary teeth they kept.After crooked screws 2 surgeries this took a year and a half Then a tooth broke 26 days after the permanent implants!They had no compassion for a patient being angry!shame on them

I just wanted to express my gratitude to the staff within Eon clinic-Munster location. The entire staff is amazing, including and especially Dawn! She treats patients as though she genuinely cares, because she does! Even throughout the Covid "shutdown" when businesses were closed, she continued to reach out to me, to assure all concerns were addressed, whether it was late at night when we had a chance to connect, weekends, and even though she wasn't on the clock! My sincerest gratitude! She's an exceptional person! What a great place!
