Dr. Brown grew up in central Michigan and she attended the University of Michigan for both undergraduate studies and dental school, earning her DDS degree in 1991. At Enspire Dental, her goal is to consistently provide dental care of the highest quality. She constantly expands her expertise through continuing education courses, and she shares her knowledge with the dental profession through webinars, published articles and collaboration.Dr. Brown and her husband have 2 children, both students at the University of Michigan. Outside of the office, Dr. Brown enjoys gardening, traveling and following her childrens equestrian and rowing activities. Dr. Brown is a member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, American Dental Association, Michigan Dental Association and Washtenaw District Dental Society.

Dr. Harlock attended Father Gabriel Richard High School in Ann Arbor and received a BA Cum Laude in Chemistry from Albion College. In 1999, she earned her DDS, with honors, at the University of Michigan. Her expertise has been pivotal to the success of Enspire Dental. Her professional goal is to deliver exceptional skills and service in cosmetic dentistry and general dental care while providing a comfortable environment for her patients. She frequently updates her expertise with continuing education training in tooth whitening, veneers, Invisalign, 6-month smile, implants, and endodontics. Dr. Harlock is committed to the success of the local community.

She enjoys volunteering with service organizations and is an active part of several committees and fund-raising efforts. She and her husband, David, enjoy entertaining friends and family, running, skiing and embarking on new adventures with their 4 daughters. Dr. Harlock is a member of the American Dental Association, Michigan Dental Association and Washtenaw District Dental Society.

In 1980, Dr. Farah founded Farah and Associates (presently Enspire Dental) to provide personal and exceptional dentistry to the Ann Arbor Community. He loves treating patients because he loves giving people something to smile about.

In 1984, he launched The Dental Advisor, a publication that tests and reviews the latest products and materials for the dental profession. Recognized internationally, it is now in its 30th year of publication, and continues to help dentists everywhere optimize the care they give their patients. In 2006, Dr. Farah formed Apex Milling & Printing, an industry leader in CAD/CAM and digital dentistry, making Enspire Dental one of the top innovators in digital technology in the country.

Dr. Farahs interests span a broad range, from photography and writing to snowboarding and fitness. Hes currently run 137 marathons, and the number keeps climbing. Hes also practiced yoga for over 20 years, and is thrilled to report he can finally stand on his head. This year, he and his wife, Jackie, are opening Imagine Fitness & Yoga just below Enspire, and they look forward to sharing their passion for health and heated yoga floors with everyone.

More years ago than hed like to admit, Dr. Farah earned his DDS and a PhD in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Michigan. He is also a member of the American Dental Association, the Michigan Dental Association and the Washtenaw District Dental Society.

After returning to Michigan, he was in private practice, since 1995. Dr. Shamraj is a clinical evaluator forThe Dental Advisor magazine. He specializes in all cosmetic and general dentistry, as well asEndodontics (Root canals) and Orthodontics.

He has 4 daughters, 3 grandchildren, and has lived in the Ann Arbor area most of his life. In his spare time he enjoys, mountain biking, & kite boarding. He also enjoys building, flying, crashing and repairing racing drones. He hasone cat, named Bella, shes a ferocious 2-pound predator. Mice and chipmunks dont stand a chance.

Through continuous education, internal mentorship, adoption of leading-edge technology, and professional enthusiasm, the Enspire Dental staff is trained and dedicated to putting patients needs first. Tonya Curts is a member of the Business Staff team and is the HIPAA Privacy Officer for Enspire. Tonya has been working with Enspire Dental since 2001. After graduating with her Associates degree, Tonya began working in the field of dentistry and has been working for 22 years in dentistry.

Beckie Adams is a member of the Business Staff team. Beckie has been working with Enspire Dental since 2010. Beckie moved back to Michigan after living in Tennessee with her family and started a career working in medical offices prior to coming to Enspire.

Pamala Alestra is a member of the Business Staff team. Pamala joined the Enspire team in the Fall of 2014. Prior to starting with Enspire, Pamala has been active in the field of customer service for 18 years, most recently in private & personal insurance.

Sue Simpson is a Registered Dental Hygienist with Enspire Dental. Sue has been working with Enspire Dental since 1996. Sue graduated from the Dental Hygiene program at the University of Michigan. She also holds a Local Anesthesia certification allowing her to give local anesthetic to patients.

Carol is a Registered Dental Hygienist with Enspire Dental. Carol has been working with Enspire since 2010. Carol graduated from The University of Michigan with a Bachelors degree in dental hygiene. Through the years Carol has held many office positions with the Detroit District Dental Hygiene Society.

Annarose is a Registered Dental Hygienist at Enspire Dental. She has a long family history in the dental field where her love for dentistry started. She graduated from Lansing Community College in 2007 from the Dental Hygiene program and has been working with Enspire Dental since 2016.

Carol Reed is our Clinical Lab Technician, Equipment Specialist, and a Registered & Certified Dental Assistant with Enspire Dental. Carol has been working with Enspire Dental since 1996. Carol graduated fromWashtenaw Community College and holds a license as a Registered Dental Assistant & a Certified Dental Assistant. Prior to coming to Enspire, Carol worked as a Dental Assistant for 16 years. Carol is also a Dental Consultant for The Dental Advisor and serves as the technical and equipment liason between the clinic and The Dental Advisor.

Shami Tamber is a Certified Dental Assistant with Enspire Dental. Shami has been working with Enspire Dental since 2007. Shami went to school to study Dental Assisting in Canada. Shami worked in the dental field for 7 years before starting at Enspire Dental. Shami is also a Dental Consultant for The Dental Advisor.

Teresa Burns is a Registered & Certified Dental Assistant with Enspire Dental. Teresa has been working with Enspire Dental since 2013. After graduating with her Associates Degree Teresa began her career in the dental field and has been practicing since 2005. Teresa is also a Dental Consultant for The Dental Advisor.

Carrie Gutierrez is Dental Assistant with Enspire Dental. Carrie has been with Enspire Dental since August 2015. She started her dental assisting career in 2007, when she was living in Arizona. Carrie has worked in many fields of dentistry, including Oral Surgery, Cosmetic and General.

Liz graduated from Owens Community College of Ohio, in 2015. Where she taught for a year, teaching Dental Materials and Chair side Assisting to the Dental assisting students. She has been living in Michigan since 2016; where she started her career working for Enspire Dental.
