Dr. Ashton Richards was born in Independence, MO. Her husband, Houston Richards, was born and raised in Sugar Creek, MO. She attended St. Marys High School, was a member of the Track & Field Team at Northwest Missouri State and attended the University of Missouri-Kansas City Dental School. After her Doctorate, she completed a one year residency program at Truman Lakewood Hospital. Dr. Ashton Richards is happy to serve Sugar Creek where it feels like home.
Dr. Maienschein has been practicing dentistry and building a trusting rapport with families for more than 35 years. Applying new technology with his experience has made Dentistry an enjoyable and fulfilling profession. He has received his education at the University of Missouri-Kansas City with a Bachelors's Degree in Biology and a Doctorate of Dental Surgery.
Along with reading and writing, he enjoys anything that keeps him moving: running, biking, swimming, and dog walking. He loves to spend more time with his wife Norma, daughter, son, son-in-law, and grandson where he learns something new every day.
Marian was raised and lived in Sugar Creek for 32 years. She has been fortunate to work in the dental field for many years and is proud to be a member of the Enrich Dental Team. She is happy to answer any questions our patients might have and works hard at explaining and discussing insurance benefits and processing of dental claims.
Renae, born and raised in Kansas, graduated dental hygiene school from Johnson County Community College. She loves educating patients on the importance of their oral health while providing a welcoming environment. She enjoys getting to know her patients and loves to see them smile. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her chocolate lab puppy, Knox, traveling, and shopping
Christina is our expanded functions dental assistant, she graduated from MCCKC Penn Valley. It has always been her dream to work in dentistry. She loves working side by side with Dr. Richards. Outside of work she enjoys riding her motorcycle and taking care of her many farm animals.
Baileah is our office assistant and can be found helping out in all aspects of the office. Baileah enjoys meeting patients, learning about their lives and helping them feel comfortable in the office. Baileah looks forward to making dentistry a life-long career.

Can not say enough good things about Enrich!!! Dr. Richards and her team are AMAZING! I haven't been to the dentist in YEARS out of fear/anxiety and this office made me feel so comfortable! The easiest visit I've ever had! I'll definitely keep going there to get cleanings and check ups from now on! side note-- the CUTEST office ever too!!!!!!

I've been seeing Dr Richard's for a couple years now and I am so thankful for her and her amazing team. I've done whitening, cleanings, and I had to have one filling. Every single experience was amazing & they make the dentist decent to be at. 10/10 would recommend!

I would give Dr. Richards and her staff 10 stars if I could! My five year old had an abscessed tooth and they went above and beyond to get her in first thing the next morning. Everywhere I called had a waiting time of 1-3 months (including her normal pediatric dentist and emergency dentists). They truly have the patient's best interest and for that I couldn't thank them enough.
