Dr. Harold T. Enlow, Jr. and Dr. Frederick A. Vance met and began practicing together in Tampa in 1990.Two years later, the doctors formed their partnership with a clear knowledge that they shared guiding principles regarding the practice of high quality dentistry that would enhance the dental fitness of their patients in the Tampa Bay Area.
After building their Tampa dental practice for 11 years they began construction of their office building in North Tampa on North Dale Mabry Highway. This building allowed them to increase the variety of dental services offered to their patients in a most comfortable, pleasant environment.

Frederick A. Vance, D.D.S. Dr. Vance is the Managing Director of Enlow & Vance Dental Partners. He completed his undergraduate degree at the University of South Florida in 1983. He earned his Doctorate of Dental Surgery in Cleveland, Ohio from the Case Western Reserve University School of Dentistry in 1988 and returned to practice in Tampa.
Harold T. Enlow, Jr., D.M.D. Dr. Enlow graduated from The University of South Florida with an undergraduate degree in Natural Sciences. He continued his education at The University of Florida School of Dentistry and received his Doctorate of Medical Dentistry degree in 1985. He returned to practice in Tampa, his hometown. Mark T. Cullen, D.D.S. Dr. Cullen received his undergraduate degree from Ohios Walsh University. He attended graduate school at the University of Akron and graduated from the Case Western Reserve University School of Dentistry in 1986 with his Doctorate of Dental Surgery. He then attended Californias Loma Linda Dental University, completing a three-year Dental Implant Residency that included advanced training in providing Intravenous Sedation. Dr. Cullen is Board Certified in Oral Implantology and is a Diplomate in the American Board of Oral Implantology and a Fellow in the American Academy of Implant Dentistry. In 2004 Dr. Cullen joined the practice as an associate specializing in surgical procedures. The majority of routine surgical services are now provided in the office for the convenience of the patients.

I've been to 6 dentists so far in my life, and Enlow and Vance has been the most descriptive and thoughtful in terms of creating transparency and trying to get me to understand my dental health. I appreciated the more comprehensive approach they took to evaluating my dental health as opposed to other dentists. The staff was also friendly and did a great job cleaning my teeth and getting me the right care. My only complaint is that even though I was early to all of my appointments, they never treated me on time (10-15 minutes late on every appointment), and there wasn't a good reason as to why not (3 of my appointments were at 7 in the morning when they first open, so there's not much of an excuse for untimely service then).

Everyone was friendly and welcoming. Linda did a thorough job of cleaning my teeth and even Dr. Vance came in to pay me a visit. I highly recommend them.

We have been coming to Dr. Vance and Dr. Cullen for years. He and his staff are very friendly and they always put us at ease. We're 100% confident that they have our best interests at heart. My husband had a very painful tooth last month and Dr. Vance was able to fit him in right away. He needed a root canal and was thrilled to have the problem resolved so quickly. We really can't thank everyone in the office enough. Dr. Vance and Dr. Cullen provide truly comprehensive dental care and we highly recommend their office for all of your dental needs.

If you are looking for the best dental care in Tampa, I recommend Dr. Vance and his staff. I've been going to Dr. Vance since 2011 when I had major dental problems that were caused in part by my fear of dentistry over the years. Not only did Dr. Vance treat me with respect, he went out of his way to help me through the process without interrupting my long term plans. Dr. Vance is top of the class as far as I'm concerned. I'll always be grateful to him for the ways he helped me.

I had the misfortune of having a crown come off but luckily didn't damage or swallow it. I had not been seen here before but they were able to get me in the next day and take care of my issue. Dr. Vance and Ashley had me all fixed up in about 30 minutes. All of the staff were courteous and kind!

IN MY OPINION, THERE IS NOT A BETTER DENTAL OFFICE IN THE TAMPA BAY AREA. THE ENTIRE STAFF IS TOP NOTCH, THEY TREAT YOU LIKE FAMILY AND MAKE YOUR VISIT A GOOD TIME FULL OF LAUGHS INSTEAD OF JUST AN APPOINTMENT OF THE DREADED DRILLING. YOU WILL WANT TO COME BACK. OVER AND OVER AGAIN. SOME TIMES FOR NO OTHER REASON THEN JUST TO LEARN A FUN FACT FROM DR VANCE HIMSELF. THE MAN SHOULD HOST JEOPARDY AFTER HE RETIRES. WHICH IS A VERY LONG TIME AWAY. LONGGGGGGGGGGG TIME AWAY.

Overall great experience every time. Used to not like going to the dentist , with Covid hitting got behind on going to the dentist. Everyone their is super nice and great and gave me no reason to be nervous. Dr Vance is awesome and will be the only dentist I go too
