Briano Allen PharmD, DDS, MS was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He relocated to Tallahassee, Florida where he earned his Doctor of Pharmacy degree with honors from Florida A&M University. He was accepted into Howard University College of Dentistry and graduated with high honors. Dr. Allen received numerous awards for academic excellence during his tenure at Howard University. In his senior year, he was inducted into Omicron Kappa Upsilon National Dental Honor Society. He completed his residency training at the University of Florida and received his certificates in Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics as well as Endodontics. He also earned his Masters of Science degree from the University of Florida for his research in dentofacial pain. In addition to academic achievements, Dr. Allen worked his way through school as a clinical pharmacist for Tallahassee Memorial Hospital, Georgetown University Hospital, and University of Florida Health at Shands.
Dr. Allen is a member of the American Association of Endodontists, the Florida Association of Endodontics, the American Dental Association, the Florida Dental Association, and the Leon County Dental Association.
Dr. Sykes was born and raised in Gainesville, Florida. He received his undergraduate degree in Zoology from the University of Florida in 1984, and received his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB) in 1988. Dr. Sykes completed his residency in Endodontics at UAB in 1990 and opened his private practice in Tallahassee, Florida that same year.
Dr. Sykes is a member of the American Association of Endodontists, the Florida Dental Association, the American Dental Association, the Alabama Association of Endodontists, and the Leon County Dental Association.
Samantha joined the team in 2018 as our scheduling coordinator. She is a native to Texas, but she has called Tallahassee home for six years and absolutely loves it. She has extensive training in communications and enjoys helping people with their dental needs.
Ian joined the team shortly after Samantha in 2018 as another member of the front staff. Although his previous dental experience was only from the other side of the chair, Ian has brought his years of customer service and technological expertise to streamline the office to make every patients experience as easy and stress-free as possible.
Morgan joined our team in 2016 as a Sterilization Technician. She moved on to become one of Dr. Allens Dental Assistants in 2017. She is a native to Tallahassee and graduated from Florida A&M University with a Bachelors in biology.
