Carrie joined our team as Office Manager in September 2017. She grew up in Farmington and has worked in both general dental and orthodontics since 1990. She loves getting to know patients and enjoys making sure they feel comfortable with their treatment decisions. Outside of the office, Carrie likes to spend free time with her family at home in Cave Springs and has various hobbies that keep her busy.
Brenda was born in Los Angeles, CA and moved to Yuma, AZ when she was 14, She graduated Kofa High School in 2004. She then attended The Bryman School of Phoenix for dental assisting and graduated in 2005. Brenda enjoys watching movies, reading, spending time with her family and friends and entertaining her cute puppy, Lucas.
Ena was born in El Salvador and moved here in 2003. In 2012, she graduated from Heritage High School and from there she attended Petra Allied Health for Dental Assisting. Ena enjoys playing soccer and spending time with her family and friends.
Karen was a patient of Dr. England's before joining the team as Patient Care Coordinator in August 2017. She eases patients fears and anxiety about having dental procedures. When she's not taking care of patients she likes to spend time with her husband doing a variety of outdoor activities.
'I have truly enjoyed my time treating patients and will continue to do so until I retire. I strive to always treat my patients with compassion and care, to make sure everything is explained clearly, and for the end result to look and feel great. Staring in March of 2016 we moved into our new dental office located at Village on the Creeks to better serve our patients. I love the beauty of nature, so our office is surrounded by windows to bring in natural light and the outdoors. My hope was to create a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere with design and function. After graduating from the University of Arkansas with a BS in Biology, I enrolled at the University of Louisville School of Dentistry where I went on to receive my Doctorate in Dental Medicine (DMD) in the spring of 2006. Along with being a lifelong member of the ADA and ADSA, I have always been involved in local and national study clubs, striving to stay on top of new technology and sound science to introduce new materials and techniques into our office.'
On a personal note, Dr. England has been happily married to his wife, Mindy, for over fourteen years. They are originally from Russellville, AR, and both graduated from the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville. They have three young boys that keep them very busy with sports, outdoors, and fun! As a family, they enjoy cheering on the Razorbacks, boating on Beaver Lake, and spending time outdoors. Dr. England enjoys spending time coaching soccer, wake boarding, canoeing, fishing, biking, and hunting -- especially for ducks.

Karli is an amazing hygienist! We love her sense of humor.. The entire experience was great from the welcoming at the front desk, to the exam with the doctor. I work in the dental field; and I highly recommend this office!

I absolutely love this dental office. Dr England is always so generous. Front staff is very friendly always greets you with a smile, but I appreciate my hygienist ( amber ). I've always hated the dentist due to harsh treatment at other dental places but nothing makes me feel better then this place, however she is so gentle and sweet highly recommended! I left for a while but definitely I am glad to be back. One of the best places in Nwa. Thank you!

They are ok but for sure a in and out office that does concentrate on cash flow, that's obvious.. see DOC outside of clinic he doesn't even speak when you say hi.. found another dentist around the corner, I like her, she waved at me when she saw me at the AMP..

I absolutely love this dental office. Front staff is very friendly, but I especially appreciate my hygienist (I won't post her name without consent). I've always hated the dentist due to harsh treatment at pediatric offices, however she makes me feel comfortable! Especially after I told her I have Autism- she took the time to explain every step she was doing. It made my day. I'm very grateful for her.

I haven't been to a dentist in a few years and on the 4th of this month I broke half of my front tooth. I went to three other places closer to where I live to try to get something done and had no luck. But today I was able to go see Dr. England and he was able to give me my smile back until my next apt with him. I can't thank him and his team enough for making me feel confident and complete again.

Exceeded my expectations. Scheduling is easy and accommodating. New patient forms accessible on website, completed on secure website and were received! Insurance verification and estimate accurate and up front. Office is clean and dental equipment and procedures are modern. Staff is friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Exceptional care and treatment. Dr. Nelson is amazing!

Coming from a family of Dentists, and having been to several different dentists in multiple states and countries, I may be more aware than others. This office was highly unimpressive to me. They have updated technology, and so I had a good initial impression, however the cleaning I received was the worst I have ever received in my life. I did not feel very clean leaving the office. They did not scale my teeth much at all, and didn't get between the teeth or below the gum line. Then the dentist said I had 6 cavities, and this appeared to be because he wanted to drill into my teeth for no reason so he could profit. I received 2 alternate opinions from other dentists, and both of them agreed that this dentist was wrong in his assessment, and that there were only 2 potential cavities that required fillings. Of necessity, a dentist and a hygienist both require to be invasive and intimate enough to be inside of your mouth, so you want to be able to trust them. However, at England Family Dental I was not able to trust either of the people who were inside my mouth.

This is the kind of place you NEED TO LOOK OUT FOR. I was told i had a total of 8 cavities including a root canal. I went to another dentist to get a SECOND OPINION and ended up having 1 cavity that needed a filling.

Dr. England's hands down was the best decision I have made when it came down to the smile people in my line of work see when it comes down to business. I have been going for years and to this day I hold down 3 yearly cleanings. My hygienist Candace and Dr. England have been great and very professional at every visit.
