Great office located close to downtown Brea. The front desk staff makes you feel right at home immediately when you walk in the door. Everything was on time and it was an extremely professionally run office. The staff to time to make sure they explained everything prior to starting action. The Dentist was very polite and personable, knowledgeable, well versed in her craft and help me put a treatment plan of action for priority of services together. A fantastic experience that is super easy for anyone in the general Brea area.

AS I sat in the chair minutes befot my procedure I was asked for more money (3000.00) more dollars and they knew I was on a fix income receiveing help already for over 10.000.00 bill.I walk out the apedeme of bait and switch .

I haven't been to the dentist in a long time, probably since 2018 and it wasn't even an official cleaning. I was super nervous to go. I've had a terrible childhood regarding the dentist as I have never lost a baby tooth naturally so I practically lived at my childhoods dentist office. I recently got dental insurance and decided it's time to get over my fear and take an exam. Everybody was so welcoming I arrived. From the time I scheduled the appointment to the end when I scheduled my next appointment. They put me at ease and didn't make me feel bad at all for not going to the dentist in a while. Energetic Smile is definitely my new place.

Finding a dental office that you're comfortable with can be stressful. You worry about the Doctors, staff, and experience. From the moment I stepped into Energetic Smiles I could feel positive energy and vibes. You're greeted and taken care of by kind and helpful staff. They're knowledgeable and do wonderful dental work. Highly recommend!

The office is very nice, they have all the state of the art technology. The staff was very nice and friendly. I will say that much like what someone else mentioned in their review, at the end it felt like I was at a used car dealership. They wanted to do a lot of work, much of it not covered by my insurance. They even said I should put in six crowns on my front teeth because they were stained and calcified. I figured I would at least get my cleaning done on the first visit but it was just a consultation, even the cleaning was going to cost me some money out of pocket. I think I will see if my old dentist had availability.

Going to a new dentist can be scary after going to the same one since 1974. I must say that the staff is not just professional but very friendly, nice, and explains everything to you. They have state of the art equipment which I never had in the past. They go over your whole bill with you explaining and answering any and all questions you may have .Doctor is great and I have work scheduled. If you asked what I wish they had or what I could change, I like separate rooms with a window as that's all I have had the last 47 years. They do have a TV and even headphones for you so it does make up for it as I have never had that before. Still 5 stars without that as they even showed me a past crown I had done that was not done correctly and not just tell you but shows you on the X-ray so you can see for yourself. Very Helpful and a Professional Happy staff. Looking for a new dentist is not easy but looking at their reviews I believe I picked the best one.

OMG..I loved all the gals at the office so very helpful and kind They explained every detail so perfect and the Dentist was awesome. I highly recommend everyone go there

I 100% regret coming here. I've been in pain ever since getting "treated" here. I should have stayed with my old dentist instead of trying to find someone else. Yes, they are very kind, but I want a skilled and honest dentist not just a kind one. Paid close to 2k for something I should have just left alone, but I trusted the dentist and trusted the reviews and here I am now regretting it big time. Never going back.

Ever since I found this place for my wisdom tooth a year ago, I never left. Just got deep cleaning done here and my experience was great with the hygienist. Julie is always so helpful and communicates so well with me! I appreciate the entire environment and care I am finally getting at 25 years old at the dentist.
