Had a GREAT experience at the Monroe Location with Dr. Gianni and his assistant Karen. My first root canal.....(a lot of EWWW's and AHHH's from family and friends about the procedure)... didn't feel a thing. Dr. Gianni want out of his way to make sure I didn't feel anything and then went to work. Only felt a little discomfort when the numbing agent wore off. Took one Motrin 600 and I was good to go. Post procedure, no pain to speak of the next day and a nice follow-up call from his office to check on my condition, very professional and courteous. If I ever need another root canal, I know where I'm going and who I am going to have do the procedure...Dr. Gianni. Thank you, Dr. Gianni and staff!!!

I would like to say thank you to everyone at the Monroe Endodotics PC office! I had a great experience and everyone from the front staff, the assistant, and the doctor were so friendly and took great care of me!

Perhaps the best dentist office I've ever been to. I had come here after having a rough experience at another dentist office and needed a root canal. I was terrified of getting a root canal, but Dr. DeCarolis and his hygienist were very compassionate and reassuring. They had excellent bedside manners and empathy for my situation. As for the root canal, it was painless! It was pretty quick too, maybe like 20 minutes or so. Thank you to Dr. Gianni DeCarolis, the wonderful hygienist, and office staff!

I work in healthcare, not an expert in endodontics, but I know a good physician office operation when I see one. I saw Dr. Wiesen and he did an excellent job on a problem tooth of mine. Whole staff was very professional and pleasant to work with. No delays, no pain, quality job.

I am serious dentist phobic. I had to have some work done by Endodonics, Dr. Michaelson. All went smoothly and he did NOT hurt me in any way. I am thrilled at his manners, and expertise. I say a thousand THANK YOUS! To All who helped with my dental issue, from the time I stepped into the office till I was out the door. I say AWESOME to every step of the way. Five big stars!

This review is about the communication and the friendliness of the office staff only cuz I'm actually on my way there today, but so far they've been very friendly, and their communication is great! I'll leave another review when I'm done let you all know how it goes..

Had a root canal done with Dr. Yarjanian on a lower molar. Was a great experience from the moment I made the appointment. The receptionist was very nice on the phone and they were very accommodating. I got to go in to see them on my lunch break! The procedure itself was painless. Even the injection to numb me up wasn't bad at all. Dr. Yarjanian and his assistant Nikki did everything they could to make me feel comfortable. It was quick and easy and I felt very at ease the entire appointment. Would highly recommend.

After being told by my dentist that I MIGHT need a root canal redo, I was referred to this place where before I had a chance to say "hi my name is..." I was in the chair and the root canal redo had begun!! So much for a consult. I actually almost felt violated! This "Dr." didn't even address the pain I was having! Obviously, this office and the drs therein, it is nothing more than a root canal factory where they can charge patients after having such a procedure, over $1200 or more!! When I came back a week later saying I was still in pain (by the way, during the procedure, Dr. Daniel Gilliland, said he saw NOTHING wrong with the tooth!!!) he then ground that tooth down to where it's almost at the gumline!!! And that was supposed to help the pain, how? And I am still getting bills even after my insurance paid over $1000 and I paid the balance in the office on my Care Credit !! Now, I have a healthy fear of dentists, Thank you Monroe Endodontics
