Dr. Decarolis an his assistant Brandy were wonderful I was scared to death to have a root canal they were very understanding an considerate of this they worked quickly an efficient that was 100 %pain free an explained everything step by step as they moved along asked often if I was doing okay they even gave the doctors number for after hours just incase I needed anything they made my experience very comfortable I would recommend them to all an the girls at the desk were very nice an efficient as well thank you guys for such a great experience

Had a very good root canal experience with Dr. Zuroff and his staff today, from check in to check out. I would have had to wait 2 plus weeks if he hadn't had an open appointment in 2 days, so am very thankful. Dr. Zuroff was professional, very kind, and explained what he'd be doing, checking periodically to make sure I was still doing fine. His assistant Teagan, was also very nice and professional. I felt very well taken care of and would definitely recommend Dr. Zuroff.

I had a failed root canal (failed as in my Dentist Office couldn't get the nerve numbed, after they thought it was dead). I LOVE my Dentist, but I have to say I ADORE Dr. Zuroff! I have dental anxiety as is, and then to have to follow up after a failed try at my dentist office - to say I was nervous is an understatement. The entire staff at this office was wonderful! Everyone was nice, and calming, and welcoming. Dr. Zuroff was the absolute BEST! Even the shots to get me numb (which were only 2/after it took 8 at my dentist office) didn't really even "hurt". Just a little uncomfortable for a quick second. He had the root canal done before the chair was even warm! I put ear buds in and listen to an Audio Book to help me focus on it and not on the procedure. Well, I didn't even get 1 page in before he was DONE! Seriously - quick/and dare I say painless! Even the "after" care! He gave me Motrin 600, I took 1 in the office. I haven't had to take one since - my mouth isn't even sore at all! I literally asked him if he can do ALL my dental work! Great sense of humor and amazing chair side manner! I would recommend this office to ANYONE, especially anyone with dental anxiety or "tricky" procedures.

I had a great experience here with my root canal. The doctor ensured me it would be painless which it was. He did a great job checking on me frequently and relieving my anxiety. Would highly recommend!

Dr DeCarlois is the real deal and gave me an amazing experience. He made sure I was comfortable the whole time and the whole thing was over before I knew it. This wasn't my best Friday afternoon plan to get a dang root canal, but if I had to do it I'm glad I found this place. It's legit folks

Paid $1395 to do root canal here. Next time I went to dentist they said my tooth is infected and need to be extracted . After further research I found it was the same tooth they did root canal on. I contacted the office and they told me you have to pay us $150 just to look at it and more money if it had to be retreated. I can't believe they wanted to charge me just to look at the tooth they worked in. Just think it was petty and selfish of them. All I wanted them to do was take responsibility and make it right which they refused to do. I already paid them almost $1400 for about hour of work.

As a general dentist, I am often asked who does my dental work. Unfortunately today, I had to be on the receiving side of the chair. I regularly refer to Endo PC and to Dr. DeCarolis and always get very positive feedback from my patients. Now I understand firsthand how extraordinary this practice is. Every team member is professional, engaged, and extremely caring. Dr. DeCarolis and Brandy ensured my comfort (I felt nothing) and worked efficiently. I'm so proud to know that my patients are in such good hands. THANK YOU.

I was there for a root canal on a tooth that was in very bad shape. The procedure lasted an hour and a half with a rubber block in my mouth for an hour and ten minutes. Doctor Gianni DeCarolis kept leaving me while he went to take care of other patients. He said my procedure usually takes twenty minutes and took a lot longer than it should have. The office staff was not very friendly and acted like they were not happy working there. I am used to a family Dentist that always takes time and explains things to me. I will not be returning.

I had to get a root canal and i am afraid of going to the dentist. This place however made me feel so comfortable and it was pain free! The nurse helping, Brandy, was extremely kind and helped make me feel relaxed.

I had a great experience in the Canton office. Even though I have bad anxiety, they were compassionate and understanding of my situation. I would give 5 stars except.......I tried to make another appointment a couple weeks later, and was stopped because of the young lady who was handling the billing part of the procedure. Very discouraging and demeaning. As it turned out, after many phone calls back and forth to her and my insurance company, she was absolutely incorrect in her calculations. That alone, because of how she handled the phone calls with me, I'm giving HER a 2 star rating, bringing the total down to 3 stars. Cancelled my appointment for now.
