Please do not go here. I cannot stress that enough. The front desk manager is also extremely rude. This woman clearly has no empathy. She was so rude to patient who is crying over the phone and still in pain after services performed at this location. For those that see Rebecca's response, she was not offering any way to resolve my concerns. Yes they put me on the schedule, but made me wait two weeks even though I was in pain. She was trying to make my feelings of pain and sadness invalid. It was inhumane.

The experience aside from the dental work itself earned less than one star. The lack of professionalism, patience, and tact with one specific dentist was unacceptable.

Dr. Simoneaux performed my first root canal yesterday. He and his staff were outstanding from start to finish. He even called the next day to check on me and see if I had any questions or issues. I'll be back for my second in a few weeks. Thanks a ton Doc!

I was referred to Dr. Mann for a "more than usual root canal" and of course was a little nervous, but the entire staff was professional and reassuring that the procedure would go smoothly. Throughout the entire process I was comfortable and pain free without complications. I was sent home with a script for antibiotics and phone number in case of any after problems. From my personal experience with Dr. Mann and staff, I would certainly recommend his practice.

If I could give this practice less than one star I would. I had previously been to this practice however, the female doctor I used to see has retired. So they set me up with an appointment with Dr. Sukumar Balachandran. I assumed the practice was serving clients with the same professionalism and patient care as before. I was oh so wrong. It is well noted in my files that I have severe anxiety and require nitrous gas which I willingly pay for. So today, the "Dr" sets me up on the nitrous. I tell him I think something is wrong, I don't feel any air flow or smell anything and I do not feel any effects. This office has had the same issue on a previous visit and the Dr and hygenist found an issue with the tubing. So I am thinking he will check that. Nope. Just tells me its on max and I should be feeling it so here we go. I told him it wasn't working, he continued to argue with me. When he gave me the novacaine, I almost jumped out of the chair and started crying between the pain and the anxiety. He determines I have a cracked tooth and recommended letting him do a root canal then look for someone to have it removed. Sounds like they are trying to bill for unnecessary work. Why would I need a root canal if I need to get it pulled? When he went to give me novacaine in the roof of my mouth, I said no. The nitrous isn't working. He then put up the chair and told me to leave his office. Like I was lying!!! give me a break, it's nitrous!!! Needless to say, I am still in pain, I still need a tooth removed and now his office has my xrays and referrals and would not return them to me since I would not pay for what the "Dr" did not do. It is really sad to see that the quality of care that this practice used to provide has fallen so dramatically in about two years. I used to recommend this office, but now I will just tell folks to steer clear. Since Dr. Mann was referred to my by my dentist, I will also let them know what happened and the lack of empathy and professionalism I experienced.

The office staff is very friendly. I saw Dr. Simoneaux for a root canal and it was fine. I had to go back in for a retreatment, which he did at no cost. However, the next day, I began experiencing sharp jolts of pain in the tooth. It was after hours so I called their after hours line (around 5:30 in the afternoon), spoke to the dispatcher who said someone would call me. Well, no one EVER called. I had to call them the next morning. I just can't believe that they have an after hours system and an on-call doctor who doesn't even call you back. I was in pain and upset and scared and they couldn't even pick up the phone while it was still daylight out and return my call? When I called the next morning to follow up they barely apologized. There was no explanation as to why no one called, or any indication that they would look into it and make sure it didn't happen again. It's completely unacceptable that no one returned my call.

After a lot of time and money -after one week of "treatment" had major problem with treated root while was on travel: was told the treatment wasn't done correctly, had a surgery, spend another tons of money. The same story with another tooth Dr. Mann "treated". Be careful with this practice - plus to lousy work they are very cheap.

I called in to make an appointment. Jen was extremely rude!!! I asked her for the address and she told me she's going to give it to me AFTER I'll schedule the appointment. I said that I'd like to know the address before I schedule and she kept insisting. She was short and not very willing to help at all! I then later called to cancel and heard laughter on the other side of the phone. If this is the level of professionalism in this office, I really don't want to be sitting in the patient chair. I'll look for a better place that have professionals and treat their patience with respect. NOT even one star!!!
