My sister went in for a root canal on 6/21/2022 and has severe anxiety when it comes to dental work as she had her mouth wired shut for weeks after facial surgery with multiple plates and screws. My sister was visibly upset and Dr Herbert called her a baby and told her there was no reason to be upset and to get over it . He told her that no dental work is serious enough to be upset over. After she has several plates and screws in her mouth. This doctor was completely unprofessional and inappropriate. Do not go here if you want to be treated with disrespect. I will be filing a formal complaint.

Today I was supposedly scheduled to evaluate my tooth for a root canal. When I called for an appointment a few weeks prior, the secretary scheduled me for 10 AM Dec. 2, 2021. I arrive, and am told that I am LATE!!!! I cam at 9:45 AM. She said my appointment was at 9 AM. What! No it wasn't. The secretary was rude to me and blamed it on me, when it would have been impossible for me to have that time for my appointment. WHY WASN'T I GIVEN A CONFIRMATION AND PAPERWORK? WOW, UNBELIEVABLE OFFICE PRACTICES THERE. SO, I IMMEDIATELY TOLD THEM GOODBYE AND MADE AN APPOINTMENT ELSEWHERE and I got a portal and confirmation already, the same day at Annapolis Endodontics. GLAD I MOVED TO THEM INSTEAD!!!! It's one thing to have an incompetent office, but please don't blame it on your potential new patients, Endodontics PA.

Dr. Herbert is the best! He made my son feel very comfortable and he felt no pain!

I saw Dr. Herbert today for a root canal on a broken molar. My regular dentist does root canals however I wasn't comfortable with the level of precautions his office is taking during the pandemic and this place put me totally at ease. They were clearly spacing patients out, everyone was fully masked, and I waited in the car until it was my turn. When it was time for my root canal he took his time and was sympathetic to an extremely nervous patient. Listening to his humorous banter with his assistant made a not so fun procedure fly by quickly. If I ever need another root canal this is the place to go! (Although as awesome as you are Dr. Herbert I do hope I don't have to come back! :) )

I was seen by Dr Rampulla and staff. Im not an easy 5 star rater. She was the best Dentist I have ever been too. Was very cautious of my issue and took great stride to make me comfortable and pain free. Theyhave 5 star staff as well. I highly recommend this practice for root caneals or any other service they provide and especially ask for Dr Rampulla for the best I have found.

I was seen by Dr Rampulla and staff. Im not an easy 5 star rater. She was the best Dentist I have ever been too. Dr Herbert had to re-do a root canal I had done by another dentist. He explained everything to me and showed me on the X-rays what he was recommending. He was realistic and not pushy at all. He obviously enjoys his work as he was singing with the music while he worked on my tooth. lol He caused me no pain. He said it might be sore a few days. When the numbness wore off, I expected the pain but I had no pain at all. My experience with scheduling, front desk personnel, and Dr Herbert was nothing less than amazing! Thank you for making a dental appointment no stress at all!

I was referred here by my dentist and was so happy with my experience. I was really nervous about getting a root cannal but the Dr. explained the proceedure beforehand and told me how long it would take and what to expect. I didn't feel any pain during my root cannal but afterwards I felt immediately relieved of my tooth pain. Two weeks later and I still feel a million times better and I'm so grateful to be pain free!
