Dr. Martens is both friendly with his patient and skilled with his high tech equipment. He really came to my rescue since it was an emergency repair of an old root canal. It was the first time that I experienced no pain or soreness the next day after his extensive work.

Today's appointment went well, everyone was courteous, and the treatment was as it should be. It was more pleasant because we didn't have to deal with "Brent" today. He is incredibly rude, as I stated in my initial review. Frankly, I don't know why they don't fire him, considering every negative review is about him.

Wonderful experience from the moment I walked in the office. No long wait in the waiting room or the exam room. Staff and Dr were all so gentle and caring. Can't say enough great things about their office, staff and work!!!

I was very nervous about having a root canal. Dr. Martens was so kind and reassuring during my procedure. I had no pain during the process. He took great care in getting me numb. Even the shots didn't hurt. He answered all my questions before and after the procedure. He also has a great and friendly staff. I would highly recommend Dr. Martens and his office to everyone.

Excellent care!!! Dr. Marten and staff are friendly, caring, professional in a relaxing atmosphere. Xray machine is amazing in detection of small canals, and problems with previous treated root canals. Highly recommend Dr Marten

Got me in same day for emergency root canal. Everyone was super patient and kind. They followed up promptly to make sure I was doing ok after my procedure. Could not have been more satisfied!

I had a root canal treatment performed on a tooth this morning and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. It's now 6pm and I woke from a nap, and the swelling/numbness is completely gone and I feel normal. There was absolutely no pain the entire experience and I walked out afterwards feeling perfect. There was just a little swelling, which was barely visible, but my speech was fine. Dr. Marten & his assistant Mo have got it goin on! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Dr. Andrew Marten & his team. I was referred to Dr. Marten by Dr. McDermott who I highly recommend as well.

I wish I could give 10 stars,I actually fell asleep during my root canal this is the day after and I still have no pain,I couldn't imagine going anywhere else,what an experience

I never thought I would have such a great experience going to the dentist, let alone for two root canals, but this place is just incredible. I felt comfortable from the second I walked in until I was done. The office is beautifully designed and the staff are absolutely amazing. Very professional, so kind and attentive. The dental assistant, I believe her name was Moe, is definitely one of the nicest people I've ever met(she even gave me a few ibuprofen before I left because I didn't have any at home), as well as the doctor. I didn't even feel the numbing shots (we all know what the worst part of the dentist is) when he administered them and what I did feel was barely a pinch. If you need a friendly and professional endodontist, this is your guy. Highly recommend!

Great care from a skilled Dr. completely ruined by their business/billing practices. Was referred for a root canal by my Dentist. Asked if they accepted my insurance and was told yes they do. Go in for my appointment and the Dr. determines it wasn't even the tooth we thought it was but rather it was the tooth adjacent to the one we thought it was. He does a great job minimizing pain and discomfort and did a great job with the root canal. The real pain begins when I go to leave and I am literally forced (almost like strong arm robbery) to pay almost $1,800 on the spot. Of course I don't have $1,800 so I have no choice but to put it on a credit card and am told the insurance company will reimburse me directly. Come to find out that while they accept my insurance, they are "out of network" meaning my insurance will only cover 60% and I am out of pocket for almost $700. Even worse, that check my insurance company is eventually sending me for the 60% they will cover is going to take 5-6 months to get to me. Now I have to figure out how to come up with $1,800 before my credit card payment is due. If someone had just been upfront and told me they were "out of network" and explained what that meant for me I would have went elsewhere and I wouldn't be looking at having to sell blood to try make this huge upcoming credit card payment. Great Dentist but horrible business/billing practices. BUYER BE WARE!!

Wendi and Dr Martens were wonderful. I put off getting root canal and was worried I was going to have to have the tooth removed. Dr Martens explained everything and was very patient with me as I had to use the restroom in the middle of the procedure! He also gave the most painless shots I've ever had!!
