My appt was at 12:30 PM, I arrived 5 minutes early. Didn't see nay dentists are hygienist just one receptionist. At 12:50 she disappeared. At 1:00PM I called back into the office for anyone and got no answer, so I left. How can you treat patients like that?? Disgusting!!!

I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS PLACE AGAIN! ONCE THEY KNOW THAT YOU CAN PAY THE BIG MONEY COMPASSION GOES OUT THE WINDOW. THE MOST PAINFUL DENTAL VISIT IN MY LIFE.

Dr. Jason Allen and his staff are absolutely incredible. A root canal is never fun, but they make sure that you are treated with first class care. They follow up the next day to ensure you are doing ok. I would highly recommend Dr. Jason Allen for any of your dental needs.

As described in previous reviews... my first root canal was a very pleasant experience. The entire staff at this office is extremely friendly and knowledgeable . Dr. Allen and Angie explained every part of the procedure in complete detail including x-rays and photographs. I experienced absolutely no pain or discomfort during or after the procedure. The after surgery treatments are completely explained as well but because I had no pain I did not need any pain meds. I would very highly recommend Dr. Allen for all of your endodontist needs.

Dr. Jason Allen and Angela were the best. I sat down on the service lounge expecting a terrible experience (this is my 4th Root Canal) over the years. Dr. Jason was gentle and informative . Dr. Jason Allen treated my mother today and I couldn't ask for a better outcome. From the moment we entered the office we noticed a very clean practice. As a healthcare provider myself, I pay close attention to infection control. Hands down, this practice is on point. The staff is very professional and respectful. My mother's well-being was their priority and for that, I am forever grateful. Dr. Allen used state-of-the-art equipment and explained everything throughout the procedure. Overall it was a painless and stress-free experience.

The absolute best!!! I am so thankful Dr. Allen!! He did my root canal and within 7 hours following the procedure I was back to normal!! I slept like a baby last night for the first time in months and didn't need any pain meds. I have had root canals in the past this by far was my best experience and fastest recovery! 1. The best bedside manner! They genuinely care about their patients and it shows. 2. Dr. Allen and his team are easy to talk to! Dr.Allen explains the procedure (never had that before) and what you may expect following. He is just so warm, kind, gentle...you might think you're at your therapist office and not your Endodontist, Lol. I truly am grateful for his welcoming and kind presence. 3. Professionalism from the door, starting with amazing Dana 4. He has the best assistant, she wants to make sure you are comfortable through and through and works side by side Dr. Allen, thank you so much Angela!! Thank you for checking on me throughout the procedure and calling to check up on me afterwards! God bless Dr. Allen and his team with continued success because here their patients come first and it shows!! THANK YOU SO MUCH

After looking at the reviews , I thought that I had made the right decision, only to find out it was a complete waste of time and money . Be aware of this place . A complete rip off and has no sympathy what so ever for individuals !!!!!!! Completely all about MONEY!!!

Kind...patient... Explained everything and made me feel comfortable for an uncomfortable procedure. I've had a lot of mouth work and I recommend this endodontist if you need one.

Strange to say that a root canal was a pleasant experience, but if you have to have one- this is the place to go! The waiting room is lovely with a virtual aquarium and the room where the procedure takes place is very calming with a view of trees. The staff are superb.. Dana in admittance, Sinclair the assistant and Dr. Allen are all personable and professional. Dr. Allen answered all questions and the actual procedure was smooth and pain free. Would recommend this office to anyone needing this done.

I was referred and scheduled here for a root canal. I can happily say my experience was positive. Front desk staff was kind and welcoming, dental assistant was very accommodating and sweet, and Dr. Allen was descriptive and extremely professional for the procedure. The work done here is top notch, thank you Endo of Mandarin!

The best experience ever. The staff as well as dr Allen are the Best. Very explanatory and professional but at the same time talking with them they make you feel you've known them for ever. The dr was very thorough he really took his time to put a plan together that was best for me. I will recommend him with no hesitation what so ever
