First. They care about you. The hiring personal is obviously doing an incredible job. I had 3 root canals in a month. I had very little issues with the first two. Literally painless. The third was a different story. I became inflamed and had A LOT of pain. The staff was very kind and helpful. They gave me the antibiotics that I know work for me. After experiencing the office staff at Atlanta Oral and Facial surgery I had to compliment this staff. Night and Day!! Please, Do Not go to Atlanta Oral and Facial surgery. As for Endodontics of Atlanta , Don't hesitate to make an appointment with them. They have a STELLAR practice.

Dr Waters and his team are amazing. I have severe dental anxiety and Dr Waters and the entire office make me feel welcome and comfortable. I've gotten two root canals from Dr Waters and I've never had a bad experience. The office has also called me to ask me how I was after my visits, which I appreciate. I highly recommend Dr Waters!

Over the past several years, Dr. Waters has completed 3 root canals for me, and each time has been the best possible experience. He asked several times during the procedure making sure I felt no pain and was as comfortable as possible. I very much recommend him! His staff is awesome as well.

My visit was AWESOME!!! I walked in really nervous and anxious but walked out happy and relieved. The staff was very professional and customer service oriented and the office was very modern, clean, and welcoming. There's actually not enough space in this review for me to rant/brag on Dr Byun. He's the BEST! When I tell you that didn't feel 1 pinch when I received the numbing injection, it was a miracle! I was so relaxed and confident in my dr and his assistant that I almost feel asleep (HONESTLY) during my root canal but I didn't want them to think that I was unconscious LOL so I would blink every once in a while. I went home with no pain at all and I was eating as soon as the numbness wore off. They have TRULY given me the root canal experience that I will never forget as well as changed my ENTIRE perspective of the procedure! Thanks Endodontics of Atlanta for the BEST Dental Experience EVER!!!!! Thanks a

Wow! Dr. Waters and the entire staff were exceptional! They made a surprise double root canal nearly painless. They worked to get me in lightening quick and were on-time and professional. Results were perfect. I highly recommend them.

The staff from front to back office were courteous, helpful and friendly. Dr. Waters' dental assistant was incredibly kind and considerate, making sure I was as comfortable as possible. Dr. Waters was GREAT. Over the last several years, he has done root canals on three of my teeth, and each time has been a good experience. He doesn't believe in patients experiencing pain! I very strongly recommend him.

About two weeks ago I learned I may need a root canal. My dentist recommended Dr. Waters of Edodontics of Atlanta for me to get it done if needed. Our older daughter, who had a root canal by Dr. Waters previously, had been very pleased with him so that was great to know. After my visit and having a root canal I concur that I was also very pleased with Edodontics of Atlanta all the way around. The office people were very helpful and efficient. And, Dr. Waters was very attentive including answering questions and trying to make sure I was not in pain. I highly recommend this practice!

I came in for an emergency root canal and was instantly put at east at the quickness they were able so see. What sets Dr. Waters a part is his kindness and willingness to explain what the procedure will entail. On top of that he is quick and efficient. I've had a root canal previously but Dr. Waters was by far the best. I really truly enjoyed him and I hope everyone flocks to him to get any and all tooth work!

I had had one root canal in my life, many years ago, and it went terribly wrong. I was fearful to have another one, but after the procedure was done by Dr. Byun, I am no longer afraid of them. He's phenomenal at his craft; easy to work with, extremely knowledgeable, and it was seamless. He must never retire, as I absolutely will use him in the event I ever need another root canal! 5+ stars.

I just had my 2nd root canal with Dr Byun today and both times it was an incredible experience. They set expectations verbally and in writing so I felt clear about the procedure, how long it would take, and what I would experience. I went in for one root canal and Dr Byun was able to identify an infection that two other dentists missed in a tooth that was yellowing and had experienced trauma. I highly recommend Dr Byun. I wish he could do my wisdom teeth, but alas...

Dr Griswold not only worked on me himself, but went out of his way to find me the best prosthodontist to work on my very complicated situation and coordinated with her in my treatment. He and his staff did 3 root canals over 2 visits, and made sure I was very comfortable. I actually fell asleep during the procedure, secure in the knowledge I was in excellent hands.

I had a truly excellent experience at Endodontics of Atlanta, given that a root canal was involved. The staff was courteous, professional and let me know up front what the costs would be. Dr. Waters made sure I was comfortable and kept me informed on how things were going during all steps of the procedure. He treated both me and his staff with professionalism and courtesy, which impressed me. They also called the following morning to make sure I was feeling OK and that there weren't any issues. I would highly recommend this office and particularly Dr. Waters to anyone in need of an Endodontist.

Dr. Waters was very professional and made a tough experience as pleasant as possible. Throughout the procedure, he told me what he was doing and what to expect. I would recommend him and if I ever need another root canal, I will return to Dr. Waters for the procedure.

Had a surprise that I needed a root canal ten days before a lifetime trip. All of the Endodontics/Atlanta staff in Decatur were professional, prompt and positive. Dr. Griswold was exceptionally professional but positive and confident about getting me taken care of, BEFORE I went out of town. Day of the appointment was a breeze. I had a touch of angst about the first numbing shot, but Dr. Griswold's' skill made the whole process painless and that put me at ease for the rest of the procedure. I was out of the office in under 90 minutes with ZERO post procedure issues. Thank you ENDODONTICS OF ATLANTA - DECATUR!!! I'm coming back if I ever need another root canal! But I really don't want one!

Excellent experience from start to end. Staff is friendly and helpful. Walked right in and was put in a chair - this means a lot to me since waiting just makes my anxiety worse. Bailey is a very calming assistant and put my mind at ease. Totally pain-free root canal. Dr. Waters is amazing! Highly recommend this practice!
