Four days since my root canal was completed by Dr Patel. I'm pain free am totally satisfied with how my entire mouth feels. I recommend seeing Dr Patel for all your dental concerns.

Dr Patel was terrific. I hate the dentist. I have had nothing but bad experiences my whole life. This was the first dental experience I had where I wasnt in pain the whole time.

Dr. Colic and his staff treated me very well today. I have an old root canal which is beginning to deteriorate, and needs special attention. He worked with me to decide on the best treatment plan in order to save me money, and more importantly to save my tooth. The procedure is scheduled for tomorrow, and I have no fear that I am in good hands.

I hadn't been to the dentist in 8+ years due to anxiety and fear, I have had a few really bad experiences in the past and just loathed the idea of having my teeth worked on. Unfortunately my teeth were hurting, so I went to Heavenly Smiles and was referred to Dr. Patel at Endodontics Northwest. The receptionist at Heavenly Smiles called them to make the appointment for me and I was told they could see me right away! I got there, filled out the paperwork and was brought back right away. The Dr. Came in and did a couple tests on my teeth and it was obvious that I was in severe pain and a root canal was needed, which is basically my worst nightmare. I was asked if I wanted to schedule for a later date or get it taken care of same day while I was already there. I was so impressed that they made time to do my consultation right away and they could squeeze me in for a root canal same day. I figured might as well just get it over with instead of putting it off and increasing my stress and anxiety, just rip off the band aid so to speak. Immediately I started to panic at the thought of my teeth being drilled into but the dental assistant Britney was so sweet and really made me feel calm and relaxed. She hooked up the nitrous for me (which is a life saver if you have any anxiety), got me a blanket, gave me ibuprofen, got me headphones, and constantly checked on me to make sure I was comfortable. She really made me feel so much better, especially when she said that she had Dr. Patel do a root canal on her just last year and it 2as a breeze. Britney is awesome and totally deserves a raise if you are reading this Dr. Patel. After a while Dr. Patel came in and took a look at my tooth and before I knew it my face was numb. He numbed me and I never even saw the needle or felt a thing. I was so impressed with his ninja stealth skills. After that I knew I was in good hands. The root canal was was easier than I could have ever anticipated. Yeah, there were some loud noises but I just turned my music up and it didn't bother me. I never felt a thing, and before I knew it, it was over! The numbing lasted me about 6 hours and I took low dose ibuprofen for a day since the pain was not that bad. It's 3 days after my root canal and the pain is almost completely gone, there is only mild tenderness. I can not believe that I was so stressed over all of that, I swear it was easier than getting tour teeth cleaned. If you need dental work done I highly, highly recommend Endodontics Northwest. I can not give them enough praise. And because of them I am not scared to go back to the dentist again! Thank you Dr. Patel & Britney!

Twice in a year I need urgent care. Both times I was seen and treated with no time to schedule. The procedures (two root canals) were done in less time and with more precision that many cavities I've had done elsewhere. I have unfortunately had too much dental work done in my lifetime and these two visits were by far the smoothest (even considering my face felt like it was exploding when I went in). Quality administrative staff made the pre and post visit as painless as though they also administered anesthetic. (I saw Dr. Patel both times. Excellent doctor.)

The entire team at Endodontics Northwest is wonderful. I woke up with a terrible tooth ache and needed a root canal that day - they fit me in within two hours and each and every person I dealt with was great. The procedure went great and I was out of pain and on my way in no time. They are the best!

a flat 0 is what they deserve. I have been to countless dentist, endodontist and oral surgeons. Nobody wants or cares about getting your money more than these people. There was a complete lack of bedside manor as well. I don't need to have my hand held, but there is a distance between you and them, that cant be explained. Not to mention, root canals are horrible procedures with serious consequences to your health that dentist DO NOT want to talk about. You're better off getting your tooth pulled. I regret ever stepping foot in their facility. If you have money and half a brain, you might be satisfied with your visit.

I came here uninsured and desperate. They were able to fit me in same day and made me feel very comfortable. I knew my bill was going to be high going in. I need work. Dr. Patel informed of the best course of action which actually meant less money for him. LESS money? Did this guy just Jerry McGuire me? He sure did. He could have charged me $2000 and I would have paided it. Instead he did his exam and gave me a better option. I find this rare in the dental industry. I feel gouged by my dentists but not here. Actually he made my day. Thank you

I'm so glad that my dentist referred me to Endodontics Northwest for my root canal. Dr. Jiten Patel was really amazing. When he first met with me, he explained the procedure in a way that made sense to me. He talked about his training and experience, and the extra steps he takes to create a good experience for his patients. I was concerned about the cost of a root canal. But Dr. Patel and his staff addressed my concerns, and they came up with a payment arrangement that worked for me. I really appreciated their compassion. I could tell that Dr. Patel cared about me as a person. This is more than just a job for him - he obviously wants to help people. I still wasn't looking forward to getting a root canal, but I knew that I was in good hands. The procedure went well, and my dentist placed a beautiful crown over the tooth. I'm grateful for the care that I received at Endodontics Northwest, and I will recommend Dr. Jiten Patel to anyone in need of a root canal.

Dr. Patel and his staff are wonderful! I was seen for a consultation today, and feel confident about going back for my procedure. I had a root canal done several years ago at a different dental place, that failed. I got scared with this root canal many years ago, since the dentist scared me during the root canal and had a horrible experience. Dr. Patel and his confidence, really made me worry less and helped me not be so anxious. I'm excited to go back for my procedure!

I was referred here by my Dentist when he found an absess in my #7 tooth that had a few years earlier been treated with a root canal and a crown. Everything about Endodontics Northwest was very professional. I also felt that they intentionally took extra time to make sure I understood what was going on and that I felt comfortable with moving forward at each step. The before and after x-rays clearly showed that these guys did a much more thorough job at retreating my tooth than the original (a different) Endodontist did the first time.
