Endodontics Exclusively: Jordan A. Bolles, DDS - Endodontist in Yakima, WA

I love working directly with patients, and providing comfort and reassurance. Many people are fearful of a root canal, so I offer useful information, assure them that Dr. Bolles is gentle and skilled at delivering painless care, and help them feel secure.

I have been at Endodontics Exclusively since I internedhere as a high-school juniorin 1988. I know the insandouts of the office and love working in a friendly and warm environment. Dr. Bolles and my teammates are of one mind and goal: We deliverexceptional patient care.

My official job duties are varied. I primarily assist Dr. Bolles with chairside duties, working hand-in-hand with him to ensure the best procedure and results. I also answer the phones, schedule patients, and bill insurance as a way of assisting Judy, our amazing office manager.

Outside of work, I have a very simple life and like it that way. I love being a wife and a mother to two beautiful daughters. I am so proud of them and their accomplishments! I also love supporting the Wapato sports program and attend as many events as possible. I love supporting my children, nieces and nephews, family, and friends.

I started working in the dental field in 1980 and have been with Endodontics Exclusively since 1987. Dr. Bolles and our staff work flawlessly as a team todeliverexceptional care and results. I look forward to coming to work every day!

As the office manager, I oversee the day-to-day running of the practice. In addition to welcoming patients and getting their paperwork in order, I handle the financials for the office. Working with patients, I take care of their insurance needs and develop payment plans.

I value my interactions with patients, giving them helpful information and calming their fears about root canal therapy. Many people are worried about what will happen and I work hard to reassure them that Dr. Bolles is truly gentle and kind and that their procedure will be painless.

I have worked in the dental field since 1985 and found my home at Endodontics Exclusively in 1991. Dr. Bolles is skilled and professional. Hes also warm and funny and supportive of his patients and staff. Judy and Angie are my best friends: weve worked together for years!

I prepare and set up for procedures, seat patients and explain what will happen, and make sure they are comfortable in the chair. Remaining chairside, I assist Dr. Bolles with the procedure while talking with and reassuring our patient. When were finished, I offer post-op instructions and then sterilize the operatory.

Endodontics Exclusively: Jordan A. Bolles, DDS - Endodontist in Yakima, WA

I love all aspects of the dental field. When I was 17, I asked my family dentist if I could observe for the day. This quickly turned into a part-time position as a tech and dental assistant. My favorite aspect of dentistry has always been working one-on-one with patients. This led me to my dental hygiene degree. I graduated from the Yakima Valley Community College dental hygiene program in the year 2002.

I loved the dental community here in Yakima and I knew this was where I wanted to settle someday. I married my high-school sweetheart, Dr. Jordan Bolles, and spent the next several years working in various cities and states while he obtained his degrees in dentistry and endodontics.

If youre suffering from dental pain, or have been told you need a root canal, Dr. Jordan Bolles and our team are here to help. We provide lasting solutions:saving teeth and relieving the pain so you enjoy your life again!

At Endodontics Exclusively, we know the idea of a root canal can cause anxiety and stress. We help our patients overcome their fears by listening to their concerns and providing clear, easy-to-understand information.

By removing the unknown aspect of an endodontic procedure, we help patients understand what they will experience during the process and what the end result will be. This education helps people feel more at ease.

An endodontist is a dentist who has specialized in treating and handling dental problems that involve the nerve tissue and blood vessels located inside the tooth. If the tooth pulp, containing nerves, vessels, lymphatic tissue, and fibrous tissue, becomes diseased or injured, endodontic treatment is required to save the tooth.

After completing four years of dental school, endodontists complete an extra two or more years of specialty postgraduate training through a hospital or university-based program accredited by the American Dental Association (ADA).

Endodontists use state-of-the-art technology, such as digital imaging, operating microscopes, ultrasonic instrumentation, and fiber optics while performing endodontic treatment. Technology, along with specialized techniques, gives endodontists an accurate view of the tooth and allows them to treat the tooth quickly and comfortably.

Dr. Bolles and his staff are remarkable. I don't normally have anxiety about the dentist but root canals were another story, well they definitely put my mind at ease explaining the procedure thoroughly before they did any work and did a wonderful job. I am now smiling with confidence again thanks to Dr. Bolles and his wonderful team.

I had a root canal done here today. I am notorious for anxiety in the dental chair. It all went out the window at this office!! Dr. Volles was completely calming, by drawing a picture of what the procedure would entail, and listening to my concerns and responding to them. He was gentle, reassuring, professional, and most important, FUNNY!!! He kept me laughing throughout. There was no pain, ever, and I felt calm during the actual procedure. I can't recommend this office highly enough. His staff was also wonderful!!!

After consulting an Endodontist about a reabsorption my dentist found, I saw Dr. Bolles for a second opinion. I found the experience of the consultation very informative, and easy to understand. He answered all questions that I had at the moment. The day of the procedure, Angie made me feel at easy. Mayra was lovely and down to Earth. She communicated everything she would be doing beforehand and constantly checked up on me. Dr. Bolles took great care in communicating and making sure I was comfortable throughout the procedure. At the conclusion, Mayra and Shayla collaborated together to generate a pain management plan fit for me personally. In my opinion, this staff goes above and beyond expectations. They make you feel like family. Without having to, Shayla reached out to me the next day to make sure my pain management plan was going well. I highly recommend Dr. Bolles and his staff for any Endodontic procedures.

I would have given 5 stars as I do feel everyone was so nice. I had to have a retreatment of a root canal I had done back in 2014. Xrays reveled there was an active infection. Post treatment my jaw swelled up and my gland became rock hard, the procedure was done on a Monday and instead of having me take antibiotics pre procedure or starting the day of the procedure, I didn't receive any until Wednesday, when I figured the Ibuprofen was not working on reducing the inflammation. I had to go back in on Thursday as the tooth was hitting before any other tooth which sent shocking pain throughout my mouth. I asked about the excessive swelling and was told to give the antibiotics 24 to 48 hrs. I then had to go see my dentist wand was told to call Dr. Bolles if the swelling did not start going down by Friday. It didn't and it was in fact even more swelling. Called Dr. Bolles didn't want "pain meds" wanted swelling to start going down. I was left for the weekend in Hope's it went down. Here it is Subday morning and my gland is still ROCK hard and I am still on a liquid diet as swallowing is OUT of the question. My ear hurts and feel like there is a lot of pressure pushing on my ear drum. I have teninitis and now my ear rings so lound that things sound like they are in a tin can. Really am disappointed and will be talking to my dentist MONDAY.

My local general dentist referred me to Dr. Bolles to handle a past root canal that needed redone due to a root being missed by my former dentist several years ago. Everything about the relatively complicated experience was positive, especially the way I was treated like a person, and how the hygienists and Dr. Bolles explained everything as they went along. Highly recommended.

Dr. Jordan Bolles is one of the best endodontist in the Pacific Northwest! We are so fortunate to have him and his staff locate in Yakima. I have had numerous root canals done in PNW large cities and Dr. Bolles ranks on the top! Selecting the Best endodontist is important for everyone, since we all want to be able to save our teeth and have them for the rest of our lives if at all possible. What I truly respected about Dr. Bolles is that he explained up- front that my tooth could be cracked and the only way he would know for sure is to go inside and look at the tooth canal with his operating microscope. This microscope greatly enhance his ability to view the tiniest details inside, and because of his expertise in diagnosis and treatment he was able to save my tooth. Selecting the right endodontist I feel is so important. My selection is based on 4 things: the doctor's education and the schools he attended for his speciality---all were excellent; his staff has experience, and most of all a caring attitude; his dental equipment is state-of-the-art, and his price is fair and reasonable--please compare I think you will surprised with the savings. Just recently received my first root canal with Dr. Bolles and was totally pleased, and tomorrow my second one will be done. Always getting the numbing injection is the hardest part, but Susan allowed the numbing gel to stay on the injection site by leaving the long Q-tip on for a while---I was able to hold it right where I needed to, for me pain is no gain. As you can probably tell I am beyond pleased by the whole experience!

I feel so lucky I landed in Dr. Bolles office because it went better than I could ever have asked for. I have to say I don't really like going for dental work, but I was in a lot of pain and had no choice. I am so grateful Dr. Bolles was able to fit me into his schedule. The office is clean and updated, his staff is friendly and Dr. Bolles is seems really experienced and welcoming. My tooth is feeling much better and I would highly recommend using Dr. Bolles/Endodontics Exclusively for a root canal or other endodontist procedure.

Being military, this was one of the few places that would accept my insurance. I've had pain and have needed a root canal for over a year. Dr. Bolles and his staff were amazing. It was quick and painless (aside from some after root canal soreness, which is to be expected). I can finally eat and drink normally. Also turns out the office has quite bit of connection to the military as well. Angie was also great at helping me manage the appointment and submitting to insurance. Everyone on the staff was kind and courteous and didn't make you feel like you were a burden on their time and efforts. They all seemed like they truly enjoyed helping clients. They were very quick about getting me some meds to help manage pain and infection until I was able to get in to an appt as wel. Would recommend to anyone needing a root canal! They were amazing! Thank you guys, so much! I hope I don't need another root canal, but if I do, I will definitely be a returning client.
