Dr Peinado did a wonderful job on one of my root canals, 1 down 2 more to go! Definitely worth the 2hr drive. Her an the staff examed my tooth and went straight to the process. Took less than one hour.

Called for an appointment can't remember the name of the person that answered the phone but I'd suggest they get someone with a better attitude bc she was unbelievably rude. I was actually shocked my dentist recommended this office. Although I will be fair and say the rest of the staff may be great however I will never get to meet them bc of the person that answered the phone when I called to make an appointment. Long story short she was the reason I would never go here. Next endodontist office I called was very friendly person on the phone so I have an appointment there.

Dr. Peinado is absolutely the best in the Endodontics field. She is professional, knowledgeable, and honest. After a root canal gone bad, I was referred to several other dentists who advised the only solution was an extraction. I was referred to Dr. Peinado by another dentist. Dr. Peinado's advanced technology allowed her to perform a true evaluation of my tooth. She was very honest to advise an apicoectomy was not a solution because it could cause nerve damage. Dr. Peinado performed a re-treatment of the root canal. The process took approximately three weeks to ensure there was no infection. I suffer from anxiety and often struggle with seeing dentists; Dr. Peinado was kind and patient in explaining every detail I needed to understand to have peace of mind. Thank you for your dedication to patients!

I'm so thankful for Dr. Daniella Peinado. Having had some recent, very painful dental surgery, it was discovered that I also needed a root canal. I was referred to Dr. Peinado and she not only provided consultation quickly, they had an emergency appointment for me the very next day! After having suffered extreme pain for 12 days, I'm grateful for the care and attention the staff and especially Dr. Peinado was able to provide. The waiting area is also calming and well decorated with pleasant music, definitely helps when you're not feeling well. Wish I could give them 10 stars!

I want to rate this place as the worst I've ever been, loading the customer with charges and having me pay at the end of the visit up front "because the insurance might not cover the expense." Unfortunately, their behavior is not meant to assist patience but rather to check how deep their pockets are with hidden charges. The staff is slow, untrained, and even takes extra long to collect your payment. When asked to speed up, you get in return, "you need to allow yourself more time on the next visit." I am sorry, but I can't miss a half-day of work to pay your salary. To recap, unethical because the customer should know the charges upfront, unsatisfactory service because the team isn't trained and doesn't have the skills to shift gears quickly when someone requests express check-out. Also, I am not sure why an x-ray isn't good enough, and a 3D scan is needed (not covered by the insurance) when it's obvious, and you feel that someone is pushing you to buy a service you don't need. Find a better place, and save yourself a headache.

Where do I begin? I was referred by my dentist because they were booked so far out. I needed an emergency root canal. The establishment is so beautiful and spa like! What is even better, Dr Daniella S Peinado, DDS. She deserves her whole title and definitely earned it. She did my root canal; I was so scared and nervous, but Dr. Peinado was so kind and personable. She made me comfortable. The process was not to long in the chair and she numbed me up so good. I felt nothing. I wasn't sure if my tooth could be saved, but she scanned my tooth and assessed the situation and she said she could save it and did! I was very happy to hear this. I want everyone to know that her work is impeccable! She now has a forever customer should I or anyone in my family need a root canal! Oh and I cannot forget the staff! They are all beautiful kind people. They make you feel at home. If you are looking for a wonderful skilled doctor to do your root canal and patient and kind staff. Please BRING your business here, you will not be unhappy! Thank you for everything Dr. Peinado and staff.

Horrible service. The dentist is fine and does good work. However, the office staff is horrible! They say the dentist is in network and bill based upon 50% from insurance company. However, they do not verify and mislead you into thinking they do. Then you pay your portion and leave. However, they then go to insurance and they only get 20% from insurance because they are out of network, and bill you for the an additional 30%. They deny everything and take it to collections. Bad business!! Would never recommend this place nor would I ever go there again. Hope this helps someone. There are many other offices that are decent to the customers to waste time here.

Dr. Daniella and her staff were great. They were able to get me in quickly, fix me and get me back out. It was a fantastic experience for a root canal. The facility is terrific, the staff the same and Dr. Danielle was the Best. Explained the process, took care of the issue and was gentle. If for some reason you are unfortunate to have tooth problem, this is the Endodontic Professional you want to work on you.

The thought of a root canal is scary but Dr. Peinado thoroughly explained every detail of my treatment which put me at ease. The Covid-19 pandemic has caused some people to fear having medical procedures but the staff practiced every precaution. She was professional and her staff helpful and friendly. If you need an Endodontist, I highly recommend Dr. Daniella Peinado.

This was the best dental experience I've ever had. The office is beautiful and the staff is wonderful! The doctor did a great job of easing my anxiety and making sure I was comfortable. I would recommend this doctor to anyone in need of endodontic procedures.

This was a great experience! The office is beautiful and the staff is incredible friendly. From Karen at the front desk who makes you feel right at home and welcome the moment you walk in the door. Dr. Peinado who is so knowledgeable and compassionate And Maitlyn who literally held my hand through my procedure. I had to have 2 root canals and the whole team made the process as easy and painless as possible. I was terrified and they made me feel safe and comfortable. If you need a root canal I would not look any farther. I hope I don't have to go back but if I do I will definitely be going here!

All the staff is nice but how things are run in the front I am not happy with. I will not be going back. I get to my appt early before two other people yet they were seen before me and so by then I wasn't seen until 35min after my scheduled appt. Next appt went normal as should. THEN before my next appt I get a call to remind me of appt when I did not even have an appt. I asked to be called the day before and DID NOT GET A CALL. then I get to my appt and told I would have to pay full price. Then she was like oh well glad i told you before you got back there. LIKE NO KAREN you should of told me the day before I even got there!!!! This office wasted too much of my time and not giving them my money like its some kind of game to them.

I was referred to Dr. Peinado for a redo of an old root canal. I must say the process was efficient and the procedure very painless. The staff in the office is friendly, amazing and Dr. Peinado, well I can't say enough about her!! Technically flawless, an expert in her field, state of the art equipment, friendly and caring. She explains everything that is going to happen. And most importantly PAINLESS procedure! A first for me. I will be a patient for life.

My Periodentist sent me for a root canal retreat. Dr. Peinado was skeptical that the root needed a retreat; however, at my insistence, she agreed. She did half of it and stopped. She stated the tooth did not need that. She called my oral,surgeon that was treating a nerve injury and expressed concern that a rare condition called trigeminal neuralgia was being triggered. He told her to stop the treatment and saw me. Dr. Peinado had, indeed, diagnosed the condition correctly. It is a very rare condition. She is a remarkable Endodontist and truly compassionate soul. After the condition stabilized, she finished her procedure. She took time to help me understand the neurosurgery required to treat my trigeminal neuralgia and was so comforting. She has done 3 or 4 root canals for me. Her work is flawless and her manner so very empathetic. I highly recommend her.
