Don't go here unless you don't care about them wasting your time. I had an appointment set for over 6 months and the day before they left a message saying they needed to reschedule. I call back the day of my appointment and they said they don't need me to reschedule and if I can come in early that would work better. I showed up early and then made me wait cuz they said the other person ended up showing up. Wouldn't give me any time frame of how much longer I will need to wait, just said it could be awhile. I took off work for this appointment. I came in early as requested and yet my appointment and my time didn't matter to them. They could have easily seen me prior to taking this new patient since my appointment had been set for 6 months. Again, they don't care about your time even if you have an appointment for 6 months that they even confirmed.

I had tooth pain and went to my dentist. He recommended a root canal and was able to get me an appointment within a few hours at this practice near my home. All staff was extremely knowledgeable and pleasant. Dr. Medina did my root canal and since I was having such pain with my tooth, she made sure I was not in pain before doing the root canal. Was highly impressed with how the office/doctor worked on my tooth. When I was ready to check out I had no questions on insurance as the staff already went through the complete process with insurance verification while I was being taken care of. Would definitely recommend this practice to anyone needing endodontics work (root canal or other).

As Dr. Nowak seemed to have over booked his schedule the day of my appointment, he was rushed, and very much in a hurry to get to his next patient. He was not personable, and I was made to feel uncomfortable trying to get my questions answered. I felt Dr. Nowak's diagnosis of my situation was made without an opportunity for me to present all past facts and records which now appears to have led to an incorrect diagnosis from Dr Nowak as confirmed from a 2nd opinion. When making the appointment, receptionist Joanna was also very rushed and acted like she was doing you a favor granting you an appointment.

Horrible service. Extremely expensive ($1500 for root canal). I was told different price before the service and after I was charged way more. I was told I have to pay because I signed notice that I will pay all what insurance wouldn't cover. I was told that insurance will cover more but after service I heard they couldn't know how much insurance would pay. They can't even know that they aren't "in network." Really? I was charged more when doctor heard I have insurance. In fact, I would pay less if I didn't use insurance. Does he really need to trick patients and not tell real price before the service? I even have to pay for initial consultation while most endodontist do it for free. I will not be back and will make sure none of my friends will go there.
