I had a great experience here! I needed a root canal and from calling the front desk, to the procedure, everyone was so kind and professional. I could have slept through the root canal, I was that comfortable! Dr. Baker has a great bedside manner and worked really well with his assistant. There is a sense of camaraderie and it feels like people love working there and helping people. I hope not to need another root canal but honestly going back would not be bad at all! Thank you Dr. Baker and team!

Worst experience of my life, first I was visiting from LV and I needed an emergency root canal. I called the closest place to me and that was Tyler Baker. I went in , in pain and they quoted me $1400 plus a whole bunch of other things . I was sitting in the chair and they left to do something so I looked on my phone and a front tooth root canal was less than $800 when I googled it. When I asked to leave they started to get mad and the lady at the front desk was almost yelling at me, and guilt tripping me saying "you will be sorry if you go anywhere else". I made an emergency appointment in San Marcos, look up Endodontic San Marcos, and with the "emergency fee" out the door was less than $800. They tried to take advantage of me being in pain. I am sad that there are people who run their business like this. Please find another place to get your root canal done. This was 5 months ago and my tooth is perfect! I guess the front desk lady was wrong.

Please, please read the reviews. This is not the place you want to go for a root canal... My mouth is still bleeding!! IT HAS BEEN 4 WEEKS!!! They are rude (especially the office manager lady) They blamed everything on me... Then tried to OVERCHARGE me just like the other people. This place is a devils den and you should really find a better guy. I would recommend you do a search and read other reviews for others and see this is not the place.

Please, please read the reviews. This is not the place you want to go for a root canal... My mouth is still bleeding!! IT HAS BEEN 4 WEEKS!!! They are rude (especially the office manager lady) They blamed everything on me... Then tried to OVERCHARGE me just like the other people. Dr. Baker is extremely skilled and professional. I was able to get an appointment when I needed it, and Dawn at the front desk was extremely kind and helpful. Dr. Baker completed my root canal in one appointment and my tooth (which was in a lot of pain for a full 4 months prior to my root canal treatment) felt immediately better. Here I am a month later (wanted to wait before leaving a review to make sure my tooth still felt great) and my tooth feels *amazing!* I would 100% recommend Dr. Baker for a root canal. Thank you so much for your help!

I am one of those people who hate going to the dentist and wont go most of the time. 2 weeks ago I had the worse pain in my mouth and I went to my regular dentist to find out I needed a root canal. I literally cried when I heard the news because all I hear people talk about is how much root canal's hurt. My dentist referred me to Tyler Baker's office. I called and I was able to get an appointment same day. When I arrived I was greeted by some of the nicest ladies I have met. They could tell I was in pain and helped keep me comfortable until I saw Dr. Baker. Dr. Baker was amazing and explained everything going on and that I would need to have the root canal done using a gentle wave procedure and that I could do it same day if I wanted. So I went for it. The process of the root canal wasn't as bad as I thought. They had movie glasses and headphones to wear during the procedure which helped calm my anxiety. Before I knew it the procedure was over and they were explaining what was done and how I needed to care for my mouth until I was seen again. They even called multiple times to check in on me and see how I was doing. I have to say that this office is amazing and super helpful. I am super grateful that my dentist sent me to Tyler Baker's office and I will be referring my friends and family to him in the future. Thank you!

Very unhappy! Came in for routine root canal, no infection, no other issues other than a broken mollar down to the root. Doctor performed an unnecessary 3D scan just for an up charge. When i questioned the doctor simply justified and would not discount or waive the fee. He said it would be a one hour procedure and it was two hours long. Consulted with my primary and advised scans are usually for infections or damaged tooth. This office also sent me a bill for $195 claiming they did not get a proper estimate from my insurance. I would definitely not recommend this place. Doctors hands were very shakey and unsteady.

I am so grateful to Dr. Baker for his expertise, gentleness, and care. I have put off this root canal I needed until it became unbearable. I unfortunately doubted previous dentist's advise because I had concerns that they were just up selling me. I was very worried about pain, pain management after the surgery, etc. Dr. Baker's office got me in right away, performed a delicate surgery and I had relatively no pain after the procedure, just as he anticipated. My co pay was reasonable as these procedures go. Exactly what I expected, no surprises. This is very difficult area of dental medicine and Dr. Baker is one of the good guys! So happy Dr. Softley recommended him. I will tell others!

I just want to take a moment and thank Dr. BAKER and his amazing team! Honestly, I get really bad anxiety when going to the dentist, especially for something like a root canal. But I had nothing to worry about here! He was so nice and explained what was gonna go on step by step. Plus a member of his team went over the charges as well before work was done. I Didn't feel a thing, plus you get to wear these really cool movie glasses to keep you distracted, and recline in a massage, warmer chair! Afterwards they made sure I was doing ok. Not to mention how nice and clean this office was, and parking was easy too. I will never go anywhere else. It was so worth my hour commute. This place is really the best when it comes to superior dental work, great customer care with a relaxing atmosphere! Thanks again :) Sherry Jones

My husband and I heard Dr. Baker was one of the best specialists in Southern California. Dr Baker did a great job, but unfortunately due to a mistake by his staff, Dr. Baker proceeded to numb my husband's mouth before the receptionist interrupted to inform my husband his insurance does not cover them. I pray this does not happen to anyone else. I'm sure like most of you, getting shots in your mouth is not a pleasant way to find out you have to pay $2000 out of pocket, or walk out. My husband did not proceed with getting the the Urgent care he needed on his mouth. Hopefully this never happens to anyone, again.
