This was the first time in years that I needed an endodontist. It is clear to me that this group is using the latest technologies and techniques to help ensure a successful outcome. The support staff and the endodontist were incredible in their attention to me; ensuring that I had all questions answered, that I was comfortable, taken care of and heard me as I expressed information about myself such as the amount of anesthetic that I typically require.

I had an appt. on 2/23 to get a root canal at E. Specialists. As I have had a root canal with another now retired Endodonist, my fear of the unknown and also going to the dentist in general was extremely high that day. My first contact with the office was Jessica. She alone made me feel so much better just talking with her a few times before my appt on the phone. The day of my appt from the minute I walked in the office till I left 45 minutes later (did not need a root canal) I was so impressed, and comfortable with this office. The entire staff was the most caring, compassionate group of people I've ever met. Dr. Belardi explained to me in detail along with showing me several xrays why I did not need the procedure. He is a very kind, compassionate man who truly cares about the patient. His assistant was wonderful also putting me at ease about what I was to have done. Very professional, kind, caring, compassionate group of people. If I ever need their services in the future there will definitely be no fear. My deepest appreciation to all of you for putting up with me being a cry baby scaredy cat. You all are the best!!! Bless you all.

Nobody likes to get a root canal, right? If you're in that position, Endodontic Specialists is the place to go. Practically pain free! They were very helpful and continually asked how I was doing and shared the whole process as we went. Definitely recommend!

I had my first root canal and was so pleasantly taken care of by Dr. Max and his assistant! He kept me comfortable throughout and I had only a mild ache the next day. I took ibuprofen and was fine.! I recommend this office very highly!

Everyone from Customer Service/front desk, Dental Assistant and Dentist was professional and friendly. If you need a root canal this is the place to go. My visit was pain free and the Dentist checked on me to make sure I was pain free through the procedure. He explained every step and what to expect. Normally after a root canal there is discomfort in the days following, I had nothing, no soreness, no discomfort. Perfect in every way. I highly recommend them!

Staff was great! They were very friendly and willing to answer all of my questions. I was a little nervous at first but the staff helped me get over my nervousness. Over all, it was a great experience.

The staff was amazing. So knowledgeable and welcoming. The Dr was fantastic great knowledge & personality. Talking to you during the entire procedure & very caring. I would highly recommend them.

From start to finish, everyone that I came across was so very helpful and nice. Dr. Belardi was very in depth in his consultation, gentle and genuine. It was my first time there, and I will definitely recommend them in the future! Very satisfied with my experience, everyone very easy going and easy to talk to.

Jessica was fantastic on the phone and in person to explain the process and answer questions--very personable and humorous. The doctor and technician were detailed in explanations of the procedure and checked frequently during the treatment to see if I was doing ok. Excellent experience throughout. Thank you!

Dr. Watkins and his team our amazing at what they do. The customer service that Dr. Watkins and his assistant provided me was superb! Jessica in his office did a great job making me feel comfortable and right at home. She followed up with me the same day after my procedure and then the next day. They were quick to get me scheduled and get right down to the bottom of the issue. The practice and office is top notch and delivered the best in class customer experience I could ever ask for.
