I would not recommend Dr. Milroy. I had an emergency root canal by her on 7-22-22 @ 4pm. When I arrived her assistant told me I was the last patient of the day. The root canal itself was rushed, or as her secretary rudely put it when she was gaslighting me over the phone, "Dr. Milroy doesn't rush anything, she is just quick at her job." There is no difference. During my root canal Dr. Milroy continued to mention a country music festival she was attending that evening. It was apparent she was rushing to get out quickly at my expense. The same secretary that called to gaslight me about Dr. Milroy's mistakes also walked into the room during my root canal and said, "Hey send me a text when you are finished here and maybe we can find each other & meet up at the show." This secretary left early to get to the show that Dr. Milroy was rushing to attend. Dr. Milroy was not gentle or patient. The one nice person was her assistant, Alex. Upon finishing, she cleaned up a few things & said "Alex will answer any questions that you have." Then she left. I emailed their offices 4 days later & told them I was having severe pain & discomfort causing jaw & facial pain, ear pain, swelling under the tooth, painful sores inside of my mouth and gums and pain in my neck and other areas of that side of my body. I was ignored by Dr. Milroy. I was then called by her secretary and treated poorly and contradicted in order to put me off so that Dr. Milroy did not have to take any accountability. They did nothing to help me. I ended up calling the referring dentist telling her about the situation and had to go to her office instead so she could further evaluate. Upon the other dentist's examination, she confirmed my concerns & informed me all of this was due to faulty dental injections & the root canal that was performed by Dr. Milroy. All the sores in my mouth had to be treated and I was diagnosed with a severe TMJ flare up, a pinched nerve, and trismus caused by Dr. Milroy's inferior performance. Her office attempted to make me feel stupid & small as if I did not understand what was happening to my own body after this procedure. Dr. Milroy was aware that in doing this emergency root canal I had to push back an especially important biopsy to see if I have cancer. Because of Dr. Milroy I had to push my biopsy off a 2nd time because I must be on a steroid and continue to take pain medicine. I cannot have my biopsy until those things clear out of my system for 5 to 7 days. This is causing further stress of not knowing if I have cancer. It is now 9 days out from the root canal and I am still not well. The steroids prescribed to me aren't working. Now I must seek further care from another doctor to see exactly what is happening and why this is not getting better. I am also upset that immediately after I came out of the root canal when I was woozy I was asked to fill out a review form, when I didn't feel comfortable doing so. Of course, I am going to mark 5's across the board when I am feeling that way and I am ready to leave and go home to rest. I find it very underhanded they do this with patients on top of asking if you will leave them a google review right after a procedure before you have had time to heal or the injections have worn off. The intense migraines, severe pain, and stress that have come from Dr. Milroy's negligence and incompetence have made it impossible for me to sleep more than 3 hours a night. This is a nightmare that I must continue to seek care for. My money for this procedure was not refunded, Dr. Milroy herself never returned my email or called me personally. She simply attempted to shift the blame onto me. It is clear now the reason she had to buy this preexisting practice. This has created so much anxiety, stress, and pain. People like Dr. Milroy are the reason people hate going to dentists and doctors. Do yourself a favor and find another endodontist and save yourself the time, money, pain, & suffering from Dr. Milroy's incompetence.

What an experience... the team here fantastic from start to finish. Nobody likes getting dental work and there is always some nerves involved in more ways than one... Dr Milroy and Nikki were a well oiled machine. They were quick and extremely efficient at what they do. Knowing this type of team exists makes the thought of needing another root canal in the future a non issue. I highly recommend them for any endodontic needs!! Thanks for making stressful day a little better for me.

I would like to say thank you to Dr. Saltzman for the wonderful care she gave me during a root canal. I was in a lot of pain when I came in to the office. The staff was able to get me in on short notice and were very helpful! Her assistant Nikki was incredible and really made the work go smooth! It was amazing the next day! Pain gone! Thank you again Dr. Saltzman!

Dr Saltzman is amazing and so is her staff. These ladies are so warm and friendly. They are gentle and take the time to make sure your comfortable. Smart, innovative and knowledgeable. I had to have a root canal, Dr Saltzman explained things to me as she performed this task, checking in with me making sure I wasn't feeling pain. She and her staff seem to really care about people. I would highly recommend her!

I received excellent care under urgent circumstances on a Friday afternoon. Dr. Salzman explained things extremely well, was compassionate, professional, and followed up with me on Monday to make sure I was doing well. I highly recommend Endodontics of Northern Colorado and Dr. Salzman.

I had a root canal retreatment done. My entire experience there was great from the initial booking of the consult appointment, throughout treatment, and follow up after the treatment was done. They let me know what to expect at each appointment. The billing process was easy with no surprises. Everyone in the office was friendly, professional, and helpful.

I had extreme pain in my tooth which required a root canal. Endodontic Specialists were able to get me in the same day. Upon arrival, I was greeted by the receptionist and warmly welcomed. My wait was very brief which was refreshing. The assistant took put me in a treatment room and took x-rays in short order. She was very professional and put me at ease. Dr. Saltzman was just a few steps behind and explained exactly what to expect. She was very attentive and empathetic to my situation. During the procedure, she continually insured that I was comfortable. It all went off without a hitch and the pain was in check before I left the office. The following day, Dr. Saltzman called to make sure I was feeling OK. It was very nice to get a follow up call and once again you could hear in her voice that she truly cares. I was treated like the most important person in the world under their care. Thank You very much.

I felt really taken care of by Dr. Saltzman and her staff. No one wants a root canal, but they made the experience extremely low impact.

Everyone was really nice from the front office, the dental assistant to the doctor. Everything was explained in great detail, the doctor told me everything she was going to do and what the outcome would be. The doctor even called me the next day to see how I was doing. If you need a root canal I would highly recommend this doctor and office.

I had a ton of anxiety going into my appointment and wasn't totally sure what to expect because I had never had a root canal before. Everyone I was contact with, from making the appointment over the phone to the actual procedure, answered my questions and helped me know what to expect. My blood pressure was sky high and I started crying at one point (before any dental work even started - just strictly from nerves) but I was always treated with kindness and respect even though I was a basket case. I felt no pain and the nitrous oxide helped me calm down and stay that way during the procedure. I have no other experience to compare to but I will certainly see Dr. Milroy again if I need another root canal.

Best root canal ever! Nobody wants to need a root canal and I hadn't had one in a really long time. This office is friendly and professional. And Dr. Milroy and the assistant were really great. It went quickly and painlessly. I am so glad my dentist recommended them!

What an amazing staff! I had a Root Canal done and the care and professionalism of this office is top notch. Nikki the hygienist completely made me feel at ease and was very helpful. I had a severe toothache and had been up for 40+ hours with no sleep and was more than miserable. Dr. Jennifer Saltzman and Dental Assistant Maricela performed the required 3 nerve root canal that actually changed my life. Within 15 seconds of having my mouth deadened, the pain disappeared. The team complimented one another professionally, competently, with compassion, empathy, and the greatest of care. I cannot emphasize enough, the skill, the talent, the thoroughness, and efficiency of Dr. Saltzman. She assured me throughout the process and earned my complete trust. A nearly painless experience! They were able to see me quickly. They were in constant contact with me regarding insurance and payment. The actual root canal went great! I've had regular cavity fillings that were more painful during and after the procedure.

I just had root canal done today and it was the best experience I've ever had. DDS Mildly was unbelievable. She listened..she was patient and she delivered. She really cares and her entire staff. Root canals are not pleasant but Id go back even if I didn't need one. True story. Thank you!!

Today is so much better than the last two weeks! That's because Dr. Milroy and her team addressed an extremely painful tooth which required a root canal upon assessment by Dr. Milroy. One appointment to assess and complete the root canal! The staff is so friendly and extremely knowledgeable. They answered all my questions and took great care with my tooth and me! I was in a cast post leg surgery and they were so wonderful in their consideration of this situation. Immaculate office and state of the art technology too. I cannot thank you enough for waking up pain free this morning and the manner in which your office cared for me!

I had to have my first and hopefully only root canal here this week. I went in terrified from all the root canal horror stories I had heard. Dr. Koh, and his assistants, and everyone I met there was so kind, gentle and answered all my questions, and I asked a lot of them. I was lucky to have no pain during or after my root canal. I would highly recommend this practice. Thank you so much!
