I am not sure who all these people are who put the bad reviews on here but let me reassure you, Dr Wyatt is an absolute gentleman! He was courteous, patient and listened to me and my issues. Didnt come across pushy or arrogant like I have read on here. His assistant was so sweet and pleasant. I highly recommend this location and Dr Wyatt for any and all dental needs. Truly Amazing!! Kudos Dr Wyatt! We need more like you!!!!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Kent Wyatt should get his license revoked. I left within 3 minutes accompanied by screaming for "wasting" his time. He has severe anger issues. I should've known by the terrible reviews and the vacancy of the building. I cannot imagine if I would've let him work on me. He not only yelled at me, but also my mother as we were respectfully walking out.

Sierra, Instead of simply coming on a review forum and trying to smear my professional reputation, why don't you give all the specifics of how it is that you ended up in my chair. The truth of the matter is most reasonable people would think I went above and beyond to help you out within the confines of safety. You were dishonest with me for the appointment, and you are being dishonest in an online review.

I can't thank Dr. Wyatt, Roxanne and the entire staff enough for a painless root canal. (I wish I could remember the name of everyone who helped me.) They went above and beyond in "squeezing me in" because I was in pain. I hate to admit it, but I am dental phobic and this office put me at ease and it didn't hurt at all! I highly recommend. One last thing, I am legally blind and use a white cane - Dr. Wyatt's assistant was very attentive toward me and helped me around. Folks, if you need this kind of dental attention, it doesn't get better than this!!

Dr. Wyatt and the entire staff we're absolutely amazing, extremely professional, He explained every part of the procedure to me. With an incredible sense of humor. I should let you know I struggle with dental anxiety.. but it dissipated fast with this experience staff.This was my first experience having a root canal, It was absolutely painless.... I would not seek out anyone else to do a root canal on me. No offense to my brother who is also a dentist in V.A.!

I had a root canal done today. Dr. Tucker and Christy were great. They both are super friendly which helped me to relax. They constantly checked on me asking how I was doing to ensure I was not experiencing any discomfort. They were thorough in assessing the problem tooth and explained in detail what would happen during the procedure. The entire staff is very professional and operate with a high standard of excellence. I highly recommend them for anyone needing a root canal.

As the dental provider in question, it troubles me that Aleksandar Simovic would initially take to a public forum to complain, without first gathering all the facts of this case so a reasonable and logical conclusion could be made. I am unsure if online misinformation was read, or incorrect information was verbalized to this person from another provider, but the fact is (without revealing any confidential or privileged information of the case that he didn't already say) that the amount of local anesthetic given would be INCAPABLE AND IMPOSSIBLE to cause any local anesthetic systemic toxicity. Instead of jumping to incorrect conclusions and smearing and slandering a health care providers reputation, perhaps you should learn the science behind the human body and health related treatments. I provided care well beyond the standard of care, and would love to have the opportunity to discuss further with any medical or dental professional that believes otherwise. I stand by my position that there was absolutely no correlation with any medications administered in this office that would cause a seizure, therefore, some other explanation must explored (hence the physician consult). If the treating physician would like to discuss I am always available. Until then, please refrain from the smearing and slandering campaign.

I think the provider's communication skills speak for themselves in his most recent review response. Not exactly a professional way of handling customer feedback. This aligns with my wife's experience where the same provider accused her of abusing drugs when she's never tasted alcohol or smoked a cigarette, much less used some illegal drug.

Staff is great and Dr Wyatt is awesome. I wouldn't get a root canal from anyone else. Period.

Dr Wyatt is an outstanding doctor! I just had a root canal and it was pain free! He called the experience with his pleasant and funny personality. His staff is welcoming efficient; I was I am out in no time. His assistant, Teresa is the best!
