Dr Penesis is amazing, had a procedure done and he made sure i was very comfortable and numbed very well. Only reason why its not a 5 star rating is due to the fact that i requested a call prior to being charged in order to know but unfortunately i wasn't called and only found out from an alert from my bank.

Easy, Comfortable and High Quality I had significant pain in a tooth and was referred to Dr. Vince Penesis who thankfully was able to promptly get me in for evaluation. It turned out to be a severe infection that required re-treatment of a root canal. Dr. Penesis also uncovered that it was further complicated by an opening from the old root canal into the sinus cavity. I appreciate that he was able to evaluate and use state of the art diagnostics to uncover something that appears to have been there for awhile. He provided a thorough and understandable explanation throughout. An oral surgery was scheduled. Both Dr. Penesis and the medical staff go to great lengths to ensure your care and comfort is a priority. He explained the process clearly and you understand that he too is a comfortable skilled surgeon. They verbally explain and also provide written after care instructions, treatment and follow up. I followed it to a tee and pain was minimal and recovery was quick. A significant side benefit was improved breathing from one nostril that had been infected and clogged for some time. Go here in comfort that you are in the best hands!

Magic Man. Dr. Vince A. Penesis. I wish I could give him and his amazing staff 10 stars. Really. I have very high anxiety when it comes to dental procedures. This was my second root canal with this team. Piece of cake and the conversation during your procedure is quite entertaining and takes your mind away from what is going on. bravo bravo bravo.

I am so very pleased with Dr. Penesis and the outcome of both of my root canals. Both locations I have been to, Plainfield and Oakbrook are clean and comfortable. But it is the professional manner that Doctor has which is a complete comfort for what is honestly something we may dread. After numbing his exact words are " you are in charge, just raise your right hand if I need to stop ". Afterwards He welcomes all questions and explains what are your next steps with your dentist. Dr Penesis is a clear choice for your procedures.

Just had a root canal or as we (patient,endodontist and staff Edith) decided start referring to it as "tooth massage." I was very, very nervous I asked my daughter to drive and be with me. My fears were unfounded, Dr. Vince Penesis and Edith are the best! No pain at all except of course being uncomfortable with one's mouth open for awhile which we can not avoid. The office and the whole staff,rceptionists first line of defense as we say, are so nice and knowledgeable. Hopefully, this is a not too soon comment as I'm still under anesthesia, local it may be. Thank you, Dr. and staff. Continued success to all!

Dr. Penesis is one of the most knowledgeable and professional people I have had the pleasure of meeting. I recently had a surgery where he opened me up and cleaned out an infected root canal. I was in and out in less than an hour and my pain and swelling were minimal. I figured I would be down for the count but I was back at work the next day feeling fine. He even called me to check and see how I was doing! The team that works with him also were top notch and professional as well. It was no wonder why my dentist referred me to him. Coming from someone that works in the medical field his bedside manner and how he explained and walked me through everything was second to none!

Very nice staff. Dr. Penesis is very professional, knowledgeable and extremely nice. He managed to schedule me for a root canal during his busy schedule since I needed an urgent care. Great experience!

First class office from beginning to end. A very kind and compassionate staff. Dr. Penesis is so kind, comforting and thorough. You can be guaranteed that if a procedure needs to be done he has 'dotted all of his I's and crossed all of his T's' before moving forward. I truly cannot say enough kind things about this office.

Dr. Penesis is an excellent endodontist! Professional and knowledgeable. It is too bad the dentist that placed my crown was not. That doctor did not work at this same office so no worries! This whole office has got it together!
