I've never dealt with a ruder or more indifferent team of receptionists. They literally laugh at your pain. Its your fault they'll tell you.

I will admit that the thought of a root canal had me feeling not so thrilled and extremely nervous. But from the moment I called to set up my appointment the staff put me at ease. When I first checked in, the front desk staff were so nice and after telling them how nervous I was they were so comforting and compassionate. The assistant who brought me in was attentive and listened to my concerns and anxiety and reassured me that the procedure is very routine and once I was numb it would just be like having a filling. Dr. Glick was very thorough and explained everything beforehand. During the procedure, I was kept informed and they made sure I wasn't feeling anything and that I was doing okay. Next thing you know, they sat me up and the root canal was done! When I checked out at the front desk they gave me post op instructions along with a few other goodies. I left feeling so relieved from my tooth discomfort. If I ever need a root canal again I'll def be back!

This is the worst dental office I've been to. I've had nothing but issues. They did root canal's on teeth that was fine. When I returned to their office with never ending pain even after 3 root canals were completed, during the examination, the Dentist stated that I need another root canal on another teeth. I do not have faith in their work and I truly believe they did root canals on teeth that was OK. I am so frustrated with this office. To top it off while my claims were processing through BCBSMA, they kept stating I will go to collections because it was past 30 days. They have no compassion and just after getting their money. They can careless if you are still in pain or if your issues are resolved. This was the worst experience for me. I had to reach out to BCBSMA and request for them to speak with their billing while my claims were in process so it does not go to collections. It was not my fault that claims were in process. I was just informed that I am in collections after all with a fee of over $200. Worst experience ever!

I was very amazed by Dr. Glick and his assistant! They were synchronized in the process of my root canal being done. I compare this to having a filling done... when I know so much more went into it. No one ever said a root canal was something to look forward to, but if I had to do it again I would not hesitate to come back! Professional. Informative. Sensitive. Great experience overall. Thankful, Jean

I was scared to death about getting another Root Canal. The last one I got 25 yrs ago I almost purposefully drove in to a bridge abutment I was in so much pain. I had zero pain during and after today. And super nice people. Thanks for everything Bill

One of the best experiences I've ever had at a dentist! I felt comfortable and at ease with every visit. The staff was very kind and friendly, especially their new dental hygienist who was still in training. Dr. Ritch explained my root canal procedure and answered any questions I had without making me feel bad about the status of my teeth. She took her time and constantly made sure I had no pain and that I was comfortable. The front desk also went over the fees with me before any work was done so I knew what I was going to be paying. I'd highly recommend coming to see Dr. Ritch and I can't wait to go back for my checkup in June.

Have been going there for about six or seven months for a tooth I broke (front right), and they have been amazing every time I have visited. My tooth has been amazing ever since and they did a fantastic job! I really recommend their business!

I went in thinking it was going to be a horrific experience. That was not so People were awesome. My dentist told me everything that was going on. I felt that I was in very good hands!!
