Couldn't be more satisfied with the care I received today! Every individual went out of their way to make this root canal experience as easy and as comfortable as possible. I've had root canals in the past, and I believe Dr. Jespersen's exceptional skill should allay any fears for this procedure. Thank you all!

When I initially called to make my referral appointment for a possible root canal, I couldn't get in for 3 months. I explained I was in pain and couldn't wait that long. I was then able to get in after about 2 weeks. Once hearing that my insurance was not considered in network, I canceled my appointment and tried another dental office. I went to the other place, but they did not really want to do the root canal since I have long and crooked roots. I then decided to call you again and get a second opinion. I was able to get in for an appointment a few weeks later. You agreed that I had crooked roots but was more than willing to do the root canal. The staff was friendly and helpful and explained what would happen during the procedure. One suggestion I would make would be to ask me how I was doing halfway through the procedure. You asked me how I was when you initially started and then at the end. My case was a bit more challenging, and I believe took longer than most, a check in would have been nice, even though everything was fine. Overall, I was happy with the experience and would recommend you to others.

After being referred, I was able to make an appointment within the week to come in for a root canal. My experience was great, I was aware of billing before my visit, talked through my treatment process, and was in and out making it a very smooth process. I would definitely recommend their services. Thank you Dr. Nordeen and Megan, you made a great team!

The dentist was so nice and calming. He was also very nice and patient with his assistant (which I've seen many dentists aren't). Couldn't have asked for a better experience there with Dr. James Jespersen!

I am writing this review about 2 weeks after the root canal. Wanted to find out if what I was told during and after the procedure would come to pass. It did. Back in the day (my day) root canals took about 3 visits, the process was not micro surgery and then there was the competency of the dentist. I was recommended to have a root canal with this in my memory. I was incredibly surprised at how fast, efficient and painless the root cana procedure was. There was residual irritation after the procedure as they are working around the jaw bone. I was sore for 2.5 days as was explained. The Tylenol and Ibuprofen worked to alleviate the soreness. Dr. Nordeen, Elise, Sarah and others were seriously professional and fun to work with. They communicated with me constantly. If you need an endodontic procedure, GO HERE!

I went in for a root canal really not feeling well about it at all. All I've heard was horror stories About getting them. Dr. Daniel Young was the one who took care of me. He was very gentle and caring and surprisingly enough it didn't hurt at all! Great experience

First root canal! Dr. Jespersen and his assistant, Avery, explained the steps/procedures and were open to answering questions. Local anesthetic made this procedure pain free. They were very positive and kept checking on me to see that I was ok. Will definitely recommend!

Kind, caring staff from the get go. I was lost on way to appointment and Patty stayed on the line with me to get me to the office. Even though late I was greated kindly. Dr. Jesperson and his assistant Megan were nothing short of amazing. I was explained how the procedure would happen at all stages. Very professional, caring and above all painless. Even the receptionist who takes your money was very pleasant!!!!!!!! Do not hesitate or fear having a root canal done in this office!

This office was highly recommended by my dentist and I can see why. Everyone was friendly, professional and efficient. Dr. Jespersen and Megan went out of their way to answer my many questions and make sure I was comfortable. He did a great job with my root canal and I'm feeling better already. The gal at the front desk was awesome too! (long dark curls). I would highly recommend them!

I went in for a root canal. Both the doctor and the hygienist were excellent in calming my fears when I needed to be numbed for the procedure. They made the process easy and let me know what they were doing every step of the way. I would highly recommend Dr. Nordeen.

I saw Dr. Jespersen for a root canal. When I called I had been in constant pain for over a week. They were able to get me in the next afternoon. The whole team was amazing! Dr. Jespersen and his assistant went above and beyond to make me feel as comfortable as I could be during the procedure. He communicated very well with me to make sure that I was totally numb before beginning. I did not feel any pain at all during the procedure and had no pain after. I was very anxious about this appointment. I had never had a root canal done before and I suffer from severe anxiety and dental phobia. The only thing that could have made the experience better is if they offered some type of sedation for anxiety, like Valium or nitrous oxide. My regular dentist has to give me 2 Valium just to do basic dental work because my anxiety is soo bad. They really did an amazing job making me feel comfortable and I highly recommend them!

Like being at the spa... After my root canal was done, I said, "I'm done already? That was like a spa treatment!" While I was somewhat joking, I actually felt like I was so well taken care of from the moment I walked in the door that it did feel like going to a spa. I was even running late due to an accident on the highway, and instead of being upset, they asked me first if I was okay. I also noticed that everyone used my name and said it correctly, which isn't normal. I have an unusual pronunciation of my name and was surprised that every person got it right! Every part of the process was explained to me, and I felt like I was actually cared for. As a mom, that really means something to me. Normally, I'm the one who soothes the boo boos. ;) I went in with pain at 10/10 and left with no pain, even after the numbing medication wore off. I'm on day three and the worst post-procedure pain I've had is a 4/10, which is better than normal. I'm so grateful for Dr. Young and the entire staff!! I will always highly recommend them for their excellent patient care and attention to detail.
