Will give 1 star to any dentist that won't take ma or Minnesota care. Whats the point of trying to get insurance while unemployed if none of these places will take it?

Excellent experience from start to finish! I had a broken tooth that had been repaired with a crown and started to have awful nerve pain due to the break. These folks got me in same day, checked it out and made the root canal recommendation. They were so attentive throughout. The dentist was like magic with the Novocain, from there it was so much easier than expected. Dentist was very reassuring throughout and calming. Would highly recommend them - I'm filling this out in the parking lot right after getting the procedure done within an hour of arrival.

I can honestly say that this was one of the best dental experiences I have ever had. Dr. Wadsworth was very professional, informative and gentle and I must add, I'm terrified of the dentist!

Had a terrific first experience with a root canal! Dr. Jensen and his assistant Katie were wonderful. Skilled, knowledgeable and made it a very pleasant experience (I can't believe I'm calling a root canal pleasant- but I am)! They walked me through everything - checked on me constantly and did everything to make me feel comfortable. I almost dozed off- THAT'S how calm I felt after beginning the procedure! I wish they could handle all my dentistry needs. You will be in terrific hands here- I promise.

I am so thankful to have found this office and for all of their help with my tooth pain. I had an awful experience with a dentist that left me needing multiple root canals. Dr. Jensen made me feel comfortable, calm and validated. Also, Katie is an awesome assistant. She is so kind and I can tell they are a great team. They work together seamlessly. Stephanie at the front desk is wonderful to talk to on the phone and has been helpful with all of my insurance questions. I know there's another woman at the front and she is fabulous as well (her name is escaping me). Overall, I couldn't have had better experiences here, and I will be coming back for any endodontic needs in the future. Highly, highly recommend!!!

My first visit was to the Maple Grove location approx. 15 years ago. My latest visit was to the Plymouth location and Dr. Wadsworth. Both times I was very pleased. They are all so kind and yet very professional. I would definitely recommend them.

No one would be excited to learn they'd need to visit a specialist for dental work, and I can be about as nervous or worked up as they come for that type of thing. BUT.. the entire team I met with while there (for a root canal) was nothing short of caring and amazing. Dr. Del Mastro is passionate about what he does - he explains the process as thoroughly as you're interested in hearing and exercises great care throughout the procedure. While I hope I won't need more work in years to come, I'll be a repeat patient if I do and would recommend this location and its staff to anyone in need.

HUGE shout out to Dr. Wadsworth - I hope he sees this! I was having awful dental pain following a filling that lasted 4 weeks. My normal dentist adjusted the bite twice and re-filled it, but nothing helped. She dismissed my pain that I was just grinding too much because x-rays showed nothing. However, Dr. Wadsworth was able to diagnosis me with having pulp necrosis, gave me a root canal, and I've been pain free since waking up the next day. THANK YOU.

Dr Pugh was very straight forward and thorough. The office staff was friendly and very willing to help with everything, and the assistant was the sweetest lady, knowledgeable and quick. I would recommend this office hands down.

Dr Jensen is really kind and did a great job. Katy at the front desk is very unprofessional, however, and not on top of things. I received a nasty email from Katy stating she called me multiple times when i had only one missed call, one time from minutes within this email sent. I was in meetings with clients for work so could not get back to her that second. I emailed back letting her know this and stating this was the first call I have received. She then emails saying she needs my expiration date on my card because she seemed to not take all the information needed when i handed her my card in office. I let her know I was tied in meeting and will get back to her with the information she forgot to take down. Minutes later she emails saying my card was declined (without the expiration date how did you even run it?). I called my bank and they said no transaction attempt was made and it would not be declined becuase there are more than sufficient funds and there should be no issues when it is actually attempted. My bank laughed and said the person needs an expiration date to run it. Katy is so unprofessional, unethical, and not on top of things, and beyond else, incredibly rude. she was rude in person when i had my appointment and even beyond after the fat. I am a paying customer and when you are the first and last person a customer is speaking to, manners would be nice. I do not trust or recommend this place do to that awful woman. you can bring your business to many other endos that are trusted and ethical in the twin cities. DO NOT GO HERE!!!
