Dr. Mark Jensen was born and raised in St Louis Park, Minnesota. He received a Bachelor of Science degree from Bemidji State University in 1978. He is a 1982 graduate of the University of Minnesota's School of Dentistry. Dr. Jensen completed a general practice residency at Chicago's Michael Reese Hospital in 1983. He practiced general dentistry in Chicago for several years before completing his residency in Endodontics at the University of Illinois, Chicago. Following private specialty practice in Illinois, Dr. Jensen returned to Minneapolis in 1992 to open Endodontic Professionals.

Dr. Penniston received her DDS degree from the Medical College of Virginia in 1982. She had previously received her baccalaureate degree in Medical Technology from Indiana University of Pennsylvania in 1976. Following dental school, Dr. Penniston completed a hospital-based internship at Michael Reese Hospital in Chicago. She practiced general dentistry in Chicago until 1992 when she began her specialty education at the University of Minnesota, receiving her Master's degree in Endodontics in 1994.

Dr. Penniston volunteers through Donated Dental Services of Minnesota. She has been with Endodontic Professionals since 1997. Her interests include gardening, bicycling, playing tennis, and spending time with her two children. Dr. Penniston is a member of the American Dental Association, American Association of Endodontists, Minnesota Dental Association, and the Minnesota Association of Endodontists.

Dr. Bradford Pugh graduated from the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Dentistry in 2003. He completed his endodontic residency at the University of Southern California in Los Angeles. He has dental licenses in both Minnesota and California.

He is a member of the American Association of Endodontists, American Dental Association, Minnesota Dental Association, Minnesota Endodontic Association, San Gabriel Valley Dental Society and the California Dental Association.

Dr. Matthew Del Mastro was raised in Toronto, Canada and attended Brown University in Providence, Rhode Island, earning a bachelor's degree in biology. While at Brown, he was a member of the varsity men's swimming team and received academic All-Ivy recognition. Dr. Del Mastro earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from Tufts University in Boston, Massachusetts, where he graduated Summa Cum Laude and was inducted into the Omicron Kappa Upsilon honorary dental society. Dr. Del Mastro also received his certificate in Endodontics from Tufts University. While at Tufts, he lectured and conducted research on several topics, including cone beam computed tomography.

I had a root canal several months ago by Dr. Del Mastro and this physician and group is absolutely PHENOMINAL. I would actually have to say my root canal was a piece of cake - no different than a regular filling, and Dr. Del Mastro really took the time to explain everything and answer all my questions. The front desk staff and the assistants were top notch as well. I did not get the name of the assistant when I went back for an adjustment/ re-check (which was a great experience as well), but Maddi, Erika, and Monica should be recognized for their above and beyond customer service. I would recommend this group and specifically Dr. Del Mastro hands down - and a root canal does not have to be as bad as it sounds!

Had a great experience! Carrie at the front desk was wonderful and very welcoming. Everyone who works there was great and very kind! Would definitely recommend!

If there was a zero I would give them a zero - very unprofessional. I called them to set up an appointment because I needed a root canal and it was 3 weeks out. I requested that I receive the appointment notification which was sent the day before the appointment and was the wrong information. The rude receptionist said it was not her responsibility to follow up with us. What's more disturbing having been on pain killers for three weeks was at least she would have shown some empathy. But no because we were black we should not be accorded that courtesy. I wanted to share my experience to make sure you do not go through a similar experience.

Front staff was nice, Dr Wadsworth was nice and discussed my epi allergy when I brought it up, which he seemed to understand, however gave me a topical that had benzocaine, a "caine" which he should've asked about first, as I had a massive anxiety attack from it. And I got way more of the carbocaine that I usually get- unfortunate and surprising. So I was anxious and sick for hours. Also, dental assistant was not good! I kept choking and drowning on my saliva and had to keep asking for help. That was very frustrating, and it added a lot to my anxiety.

I cannot thank the staff at the Maple Grove office for getting me in so quickly. Kudos to Erika for fielding all my calls and getting me worked in today after my condition worsened overnight. Thank you so much, Dr. DelMastro and Shandy for a truly "painless" as it goes, root canal procedure. Dr. was very thorough in explaining things, since it's been many years since I had a root canal, and things are a bit different now. I truly appreciate the time he spent with me. I felt like a real person and not just another tooth. I highly recommend Dr. DelMastro!

While I would like to give the Dentist and his assistant a sparkling review. Carrie at the front desk (apparently the trainer and manager) was less than kind. She did a horrible job informing the patient of making the patient feel welcome as well as being transparent with what the patient was expected to pay for. When we called to confirm several items, we were hung up on. She acted as though she was the manager of the business entirely and refused to let us speak to anyone other than her. I will most definitely not refer our friends and family members to this business because of Carrie and her unprofessionalism.

Getting a root canal wasn't so bad. Carrie was awesome, she answered all my questions. She took the time to deal with my insurance, which wasn't easy. My root canal was painless. Doctor Del Mastro and his assistant was great. Thanks again, this is a great office.

I couldn't be more pleased with my experience with Endodontic Professional. Everyone was super friendly, profesional, and helpful. I would like to give a special kudos to Carrie at the front desk for her patience when helping me overcome my fear of dental work. Thank you Carrie! I'm so happy I chose Endodontic Professionals!

All of the staff at Endodontic are wonderful. I was nervous going in but felt relieved within the first 5 minutes. Everyone is friendly especially Carrie at the front desk. She gave us a warm welcome when we arrived and made sure we were taken care of. I would definitely recommend this office to my family and friends.
