I needed my back molar extracted by Dr Yao this morning. The doctor and his assistant were excellent throughout the process. They were particularly attentive to answering all my questions and making sure I understood the procedure . I highly recommend this location.

I went to the Orland Park office. Dr Wiersema is very efficient, effective, and personable. He expertly determined that I needed a Root Canal. He had a very gentle approach. There was absolutely no discomfort. His Assistant was kind and competent. I appreciated the attentive Office Staff. It was a fast and wonderful experience. My highest recommendation. Terry

The doctor was excellent and very knowledgeable however I have a terrible infection and I've been waiting all week for the x-rays to come back from the radiologist they use. They put a rush on it and I'm still waiting as the infection worsens. They probably use some radiologist from overseas to save money.

The initial process to alleviate my tooth pain was almost as excruciating as the tooth itself. It all began with my primary dentist finding a crack in my tooth and stated that I needed to see a specialist. I have been to Endo previously, so my dentist made the referral. I explained my discomfort to Endodontic but the earliest I could see someone was some three weeks. These three weeks the pain grew exceedingly worse and began to have a splitting headache up the side of my face. Finally get in and the meeting proved to be an exam, the result was that I most likely had a cracked tooth. I thanked them and stated that is what my primary dentist discovered and can I please have the tooth extracted. I was informed that the attending dentist does not perform extractions and I will have to make an appointment to see a specialist. I was a little shocked because I thought I was seeing a specialist. I then requested anti-biotics to aid in the swelling that is overtaking the right side of my face. The attending dentist would not prescribe me antibiotics, the specialist will. Goto the front and attempt to make an appointment with the specialist. They are another three to four weeks before I can be seen again. All the time the swelling is getting worse. A week and a half later, I was able to get into my primary dentist so he could take a look. He told me that I had an infection proceeding up the side of my face toward my brain. Immediately he prescribed anti-biotics and pain medication. I took the antibiotics and within a day was able to function without diabolical pain. The beginning of this process was one of the most excruciating things I had to endure, however after seeing the specialist, it was a much smoother experience. I ended up having to go to Orland Park location. I was seen within 15 minutes of my appointment every time, even the last appointment of the day. They were professional and very good at what they do. My implant was installed and that night I was without pain. I would recommend Endodontic to anyone needing a specialist. Five stars for Orland Park staff and professionals. Four due to the faulty beginnings.

Dr. Thakkar was the ONLY one of multiple doctors and specialists to accurately diagnose my problem. He then went above and beyond to provide immediate care, a procedure that resulted in my feeling better than I had IN MONTHS. All of this with a compassionate, caring manner. Dr. Thakkar LISTENS when you speak without condescension and with genuine interest, answering questions and clarifying information while respecting his patient's intellect. The office is staffed with friendly, compassionate staff who are respectful and actually regard you when you communicate, a rare thing these days. I cannot speak highly enough of my experience. Dr. Thakkar is truly the gold standard of medical care.

The team of Endodontic and Periodontic specialists at this practice are efficient, accurate and most of all, empathetic toward providing urgent dental treatment when emergencies arise. Highly recommended!!!

2nd time here and I went back bc I had such a good experience the 1st time. Double root canal this morning and didn't feel a thing. Dr. Wiersema is so kind and good...fast too.

I have had three root canals done by Dr. Kunath and can not say enough about this doctor. My procedures were painless, quick and Dr, Kunath keeps you one step ahead of what he is doing which makes you very comfortable and engaged. Dr. Griglione is a WIZ! I came in today for a root canal and not only was it done in a timley manner but it was painless! It takes a special skill set to be able to numb a patient without them feeling anything but it was completely painless! He has great bedside manner and his front desk staff/assistants are very helpful! I would recommend this office to anyone looking for a great specialist!
