I got a root canal. It is a very professional office. It was done well and I have no residual issues. I am giving four stars because I was barely given the swab numbing agent on my gums before being injected into my inflamed gums. The dentist acted irritated that I was wincing in pain with every injection. I would not think this was different or inferior service if I hadn't experienced a more compassionate dentist that allowed the numbing swab to sit on my gums for a few minutes before injecting me. I felt only pressure. It was the same procedure. What a revelation! There are competent AND considerate dentists out there.

This place is AMAZING!!! I was super nervous, but I'm so glad Dr. Gideon performed my root canal for me. 10/10 would recommend!!! No pain at all and feel amazing the following day!

I recieved a bill in hand on February 23 and on June 23 sent to a law office for collections. $800 bill to $1100 bill in 4 months and my tooth is still not fixed.

Got an appt very quickly. Went in and my issue was taken care of quickly and efficiently! Wasn't there very long. Kind, considerate staff.

I would highly recommend this practice! I have great difficulty with dental procedures due to past trauma. The staff were kind and supportive. They listened & were able to help me get thru as I needed and the anesthesia was so we'll done I experienced absolutely no pain during or after my root canal. Thank you so much!

I have had terrible experiences with dentists in the last 3 years, so even stepping foot into an office takes everything I have. When I found out I had to have surgery because the last dentist messed up literally terrified me! After my first visit at the Michigan city location all of my fear of going to a dentist is completely gone. It's starts right when you walk through the door. Kristen does such an amazing job with making patients feel welcome. Dr. Weirsma and his dental assistants are amazing at what they do. I had a pretty extensive surgery and it felt like nothing! It was thoroughly explained not only before the procedure but during it too. With having the a huge amount fear of dentists, and being able to be awake AND COMFORTABLE throughout the entire thing says SO MUCH! I cannot thank this entire staff enough for being so good at their jobs! I wish every single office in the healthcare field could be this amazing!

Dr Gideon did a root canal procedure for me in January 2021. This was a new experience with a first time visit to an endodontist. I was a bit anxious about it. The staff and Dr. Gideon helped me feel at ease . The procedure was painless and I had no pain afterwards. Today I went back for my 6 month follow up. I would recommend him to my friends and family.

This practice is covered by my insurance--but I hate choosing caregivers based only on that. Fortunately, the office itself is clean and up-to-date with instruments, and the staff is all very friendly. I was able to meet the doctor twice, in an initial evaluation and then for the procedure itself. As far as the root canal procedure: painless, quick, and comfortable. I would definitely recommend Dr. Wiersema and the Michigan City office.

The receptionist was able to get me in quickly for a root canal. Doctor Gideon was gentle and explained everything. Staff was friendly and efficient. If I needed a endodontist again, Dr. Gideon would be tops on my list!
