Read you bill!!!!! This office has over billed me several times. They don't apply payments when they receive them so that they can charge you interest and then tell you it's because they are short staffed and the interest is automatically assessed and there's nothing they can do about it unless the person calls and complains. I've been told that it's our responsibility to catch their mistakes and bring it to their attention not their obligation to make sure their billing is correct. I have been lied to never called back and never given a refund of the money they've overcharged me. Read your EOB and try to read their convoluted statement to make sure you are not overpaying. Amanda and Laura in billing have never returned a call or their manager Annette. I was told to be patient they had filed an appeal, so I called my insurance. No such appeal ever filed. I'll be filing a grievance with my insurance company as well as with the attorney general.

I have had a very positive experience with Endodontic and Periodontic Assoc. Dr. Thaakar kept me informed and thoroughly explained my treatment plan. He always listened to my concerns and answered all my questions. Staff was always courteous and helpful with my questions as well.

I made an appointment for a root canal for my best friend, Dan and he was elated on how professional the Dentist was and how gentle he was.. I have never seen anyone so happy to have a root canal. He was very very pleased. Best experience he ever had at a Dentist Office.. Highly recommend Endo/Perio for any future endo or perio work needing to be done!

The office at Endodontic & Periodontic Associates was always very polite, caring and professional. I always felt very welcomed and well cared for. They gave me regular reminders of my appointments. They were very accommodating if I ever needed to change my appointment. I was always called in for my appointment on time; no waiting for long periods of time.They were very helpful with insurance questions. They were a wonderful, efficient and pleasant group of professionals to go to for dental services. Similarly Dr. Thakkar and his assistant were always very welcoming and friendly. They explained every step of the work that would be done each time I attended. They were very careful and made sure that I was not in any pain or discomfort while they worked in my mouth. They always worked very efficiently so that my appointments were very quick. I was very pleased with the outcome of my dental work also. I did not have any unusual problems or complications with the work that was done. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs this type of dental work especially if you are like me and do not really like having dental work done.

Had to take my 10 year old daughter here for a root canal. I don't know who was more terrified, me or her, but it went fantastic! Dr. Griglione and his assistant (Lisa, i think) were absolutely wonderful. My regular dentist highly recommended them, and now I know why!

First class professional operation. Explained everything as they went along . Dr. Thacker did exceptional work with very little pain even though it was an extraction and implant.

I travel >30 miles to see Dr. Thakkar at the Joliet office because of his professionalism, courteous and thorough mannerism, and he explains what he's doing and why, leaving no question (if I had one) unanswered. His work is very clean, precise, and overall perfect. There are plenty of periodontists/endodontists out there, but in my opinion, none compare to Dr. Thakkar. His staff is also very polite and professional. Everyone practices social distancing and follows proper COVID guidelines. I'd recommend this office, and any office where Dr. Thakkar is, should you need endodontal/periodontal work performed.

This place is WONDERFUL! I had a terrible experience with my regular dentist trying to get everything I needed to get my root canal done. Needless to say I was referred to Endodontic & Periodontic Associates and they made my awful experience so much better! Everyone was so nice, helpful and professional with this process. DEFINITELY will recommend to anyone I know needing dental work!

Very impressed with the Doctors and staff. I work four hours from home and had a dental emergency. They were able to get me in, diagnose the issue and resolve it in under a week. Drs Slavin & Griglione did an excellent job explaining the issues I was having and recommending the proper treatment path to an effective repair. Special acknowledgement to Lisa. I can't thank you enough for the referral.

Dr. Thakkar's due diligence resulted in identifying a significant health concern. That led to many months of non-dental medical treatment. During that time, Dr. Thakkar took a personal interest in my situation, periodically checking in on me via text messages. I really appreciated his care and concern. I'm on the other side of my health situation, with a positive outcome and just finished up with getting an implant to replace teeth that were lost as a result of my health issues. Dr. Thakkar was great through that whole process. I would highly recommend him for any periodontics work that may be needed.
