We are an endodontic specialty practice utilizing top tier technology to provide the most comfortable, gentle and expedient root canal treatment available anywhere. Endodontic specialists Drs. Melamed, Tawady, and Mullally, Reece lead an exceptional, experienced dental team. For your convenience, the doctors split their time between two locations, one in Lutherville, MD and one in Bel Air, MD. Both offices are equipped with cutting edge technology, including surgical microscopes and digital radiology.

All of our doctors are graduates of University of Maryland School of Dental Surgery. While there, they not only practiced dentistry and endodontics, but also conducted clinical research studies, contributing to the advances in the field. Each doctor has completed 2+ years of additional endodontic training and is recognized by the dental board as a dental specialist in the field of endodontics.

Our practice was one of the first endodontic specialiststeams in Baltimore Maryland, established over 30 years ago. In that time we have developed meaningful and strong relationships within the network of the local dentists. The line of communication between your referring dentist and our office stays open, facilitating a seamless transition through your endodontic therapy and back to your general practitioner for follow up care.

This IS the place to go if you need a root canal. I had one receptionist tell me that you need a referral, but I found out from the doctor you don't need a referral. Very good and modern facility.

Got a root canal done in November of 2021 and the doctor did a fantastic job. The doctors there are phenomenal so my low rating isn't because of the doctors. Where the problem occurs is they charged me and extra $200 for a consultation when there was never a consultation present. I called and told them exactly what I needed done (which was a root canal on the left side of my mouth) and scheduled an appointment. When I arrived the doctor took a quick X-Ray and performed the procedure. I'm not understanding where a consultation comes in if I tell you what I need done and you perform it. I wasn't given advice or options (because last time I checked, that's what a consultation is). I already told you what I needed done and somehow that's $200? Beware of the mysterious "consultation fee" before going here.

Dr. Judy Melamed and her assistant we're great. They were very patient with me as this was my first root canal (and I'm quite anxious when it comes to dental work). The receptionist was very helpful as well. Thank you all for your help!

I had my first root canal ever with Dr Mullally. I cannot stress how relaxing the experience was. I was so extremely nervous to get this procedure done. I have a horrible anxiety disorder and a lot of dental trauma. I put off this procedure for years, until my new dentist referred me here. I knew exactly how much I was paying before the appointment, and the doctor and his assistant explained absolutely everything to me, before during and after the procedure. They even let me listen to my own music the whole time! I opened up to him about how there were points in time where I had poor oral hygiene due to depression and anxiety and I was a bit embarrassed, but he said that it was amazing that I was taking this step and that how I feel mentally should be a factor in my care regarding my oral care. The cleaning itself was about 20-35 minutes long. No joke. it just felt like he was brushing my teeth with an electric tooth brush and thats all! The front desk staff was super helpful and straightforward as well. Hopefully I never need another root canal but if I do, I will 100% come here, even if I were to move out of the area. For sure five out of five stars. The best in the business!

My son had to get a root canal. Dr. Tawady took great care of him and made sure he understood the after care instructions for his tooth. He gives him a ten out of ten.

I chose this location as a recommendation from my dentist. In the past couple weeks I have had two root canals done. My experience was great. They make sure your comfortable and pain free before proceeding with the procedure. All of the staff that I have had the pleasure to talk to and associate with have been outstanding. Dr. Tawady is very compassionate. If I ever need another root canal I am calling him for an appointment.

I was referred to Endodontic Partners by my dentist because of severe pain in my lower rear molar. They understood my issues and scheduled a quick date for me to visit their office. Although I didn't have an actual appointment, they worked me into their schedule. Dr. Tawady was wonderful. He took the time to listen to my dental history and explained in detail the root canal procedure. I am extremely happy with their service and would highly recommend their practice.

I chose Endodontic Partners because of the reviews. I now see what all of the hype was about! Dr. Judy Melamed was amazing!! I had a severely infected molar and I have trouble getting numb. She was so patient and was able to numb me with no problem. My root canal was done in two sittings since it was so infected. Dr. Melamed was quick and efficient for both appointments. No pain whatsoever. If you have extreme dental phobia like myself, have no fear.I highly recommend!!

Practice is a esthetically pleasing. Front desk staff very professional and friendly. Hygienist asks what are you there for to confirm. Also double checks allergies. Explains in detail the next steps. Dr J Melamed very efficient and proficient with her work. She can find the problem. She practices safely and she describes the issue and how she can fix it. Also gave next steps and reviewed detail xray before and after. This is the only Endodontic practice I will go too. Last visit 2016...Lil to no pain during or days after. Great practice with competent staff and Provider.
