Dr. Hassan Yehia is a Metro Detroit native with a passion for patient care. His journey towards Endodontics began at Wayne State University where he graduated with the highest honors (summa cum laude). He then continued to the University of Michigan School of Dentistry where he received multiple awards and recognition for highest achievements in dental scholarship, professionalism, and ethics. After practicing general dentistry for a couple of years he returned to the University of Michigan to complete a three-year residency to earn a Certificate and Master of Science in Endodontics. During his specialty training, Dr. Hassan taught pre-clinical and clinical endodontics to dental students. Upon completion of his training, he was awarded the Robert Ellison Award which is awarded by the Michigan Association of Endodontists for outstanding knowledge of endodontic literature.
Outside of the office, Dr. Hassan dedicates much of his time advocating for patients and the profession at the state and national levels. He was appointed by Governor Gretchen Whitmer to the State of Michigan Board of Dentistry where he represents all dental specialists. He also serves on the Michigan Dental Association (MDA) PAC board, which is the political action committee of the MDA as well as on the committee of the MDA New Dentist.
Dr. Hassan Yehia is an adjunct clinical faculty at the University of Michigan Graduate Endodontics Program. He has published research in multiple prestigious journals including the Journal of Endodontics (JOE) and the Journal of Dental Education (JDE). He also serves as an examiner for the Commission on Dental Competency Assessment (CDCA). The CDCA is the clinical examination that graduating dental and dental hygiene students are required to pass to become licensed dentists and dental hygienists. Dr. Hassan has been featured in Hour Magazine and was recognized as a Top Doc.

I went to see Dr Yehia after a high recommendation from my son who had a root canal done there. I went there for an accessed tooth. What a wonderful experience! Dr Yehia was professional and took his time to answer my questions. Procedure went great and had no bruising and very little swelling. What really put him over the top was a courtesy call the next day. Not from staff but Dr Yehia himself. Staff great also. They deserve more than five stars.

This place is one of the most cleanest places I've been too! The staff is very welcoming and very helpful. I have been to many different places in my past and never felt as comfortable as I have here. Dr. Yahia really knows what he's doing!! Thank you guys, I will see you in a few months.

Great staff and beautiful office. Dr. Yehia is very knowledgeable, kind and took his time to answer all my questions. The entire staff was very helpful and friendly. I'd highly recommend them to anyone in need of any dental service.

Excellent care and service. I am usually always very hesitant when getting any dental work done, but Dr. Yehia and his staff were very welcoming, supportive, and comforting. Definitely will recommend this place.

Never ever going here again! They dislocated my jaw while performing a root canal. Left me in a room to attend to others, then told me to go to emergency. They didn't try to assist with anything! Didn't bother calling me to see if I was okay either

Before the root canal: Very easy and honest with regards to my insurance coverage along with my out of pocket payment. After Root Canal: 45 minutes later and it was like nothing.

10/10 experience with Dr. Hassan and his entire staff. Being in the worst pain I had ever experienced, they promptly got me in the next day. Nour at the front desk was so understanding and comforting. I truly appreciate the compassion and ability to create a comforting and calming environment from Endodontic Center. Thank you.

I never write reviews but the experience I had at this office made me want to share with others.. Dr.Hassan did a root canal therapy on my tooth and saved my tooth. No pain at all. The assistant was so nice and made me feel like family. Both Dr and office staff were so nice. I still cant believe how fast and pain free this all went.

I give no stars actually this is a horrible place. If you are looking for compassion, caring and to not be ripped off, don't see Yehia. I'm once again re-writing my review after getting my EOB from Delta, 100.00 for nitrous that was barely on AND shut off early because they had other patients waiting (only one exam room operable)!! I know what it feels like because i have anxiety and require when shots are given. The root canal was the worst I've ever had, not gentle at all. Then after i was done, not even an aspirin was offered! He said oh you'll be sore take 600 mg motrin, I'm telling you i was in pain for a week after. Never have I been this mad at a health care facility. Someone responded to my earlier review, no I'm not going to call you, it was not hard to figure out who i was if you know your patients!

Not gonna lie best Doc in town Dr.Hassan!!!! Great staff they make you feel so comfortable....I was in so much pain after I walked out of the office I felt so much better!! Btw can't forget his massaging chairs oh boy makes you not wanna leave his office so comfy!!

I went here for my root canal surgery, the office is very professional with an amazing work ethic. I even felt a little dizzy during the surgery and Dr. Hassan and his staff gave me orange juice and were patient with me. They checked up on me constantly and I will be recommending this office to all my friends and family!

I was so impressed by the staff and Dr Hassan. I was experiencing some extreme soreness starting 2 days after the root canal. I was brought back in, given antibiotics. Dr Hassan assured me it was just my body getting rid of the infection. He gave me his personal number. I called him on Saturday when the tooth was still bothering me. He again pstiently that all was well..give it a few more days. Bingo! He was right. I highly recommend Dr Hassan if you need a root canal!

Paid about $1300 for Root canal Hassan yehia did on me failed also paid more for crown. All that money lost . Does not gurrentee or help you in anyway. Money is most important for this guy.

I had a perfectly good experience here and in fact they took me quick. I was actually waiting to go to somebody else and I didn't want to wait. Dr Hassan told me that I would feel pain for the next few days in the tooth that was giving me trouble I'm still aware of it but really I haven't had any pain. Maybe just a little bit of soreness in my jaw where the injection was but that was short-lived. I haven't had to take any pain reliever at all. I would for sure go back to this place. The only thing was maybe the paperwork. My insurance requires a referral and I should have gotten the referral.

I started my life off with disgusting angled teeth. Docter Hass has changed my life completely. I went from a filthy beggar in the streets to a caucasian suburban dad with a glowing smile. I will forever be grateful to the endodontic center. All hail sib.
