Dr. Baiz was raised in Caracas, Venezuela, but now calls Seattle her home. She earned her DDS degree at Universidad Santa Mara in her hometown in 2006. She completed her AEGD residency and then obtained her Masters and specialty degree in Endodontics at Boston University. Since then, she relocated to the Pacific Northwest, has been practicing first class endodontics, and continues to deepen her knowledge with numerous hours of continuing education. Dr. Baiz is bilingual, being fluent in Spanish.
She has been practicing microsurgical Endodontics in Washington since 2012 and utilizes current technology including microscopes, digital radiographs and CBCT (3D) imaging which aid in diagnosis/prognosis and allow her to practice at the highest level.
Dr. Wang was raised in Charlottesville, Virginia and recently relocated to the Seattle area. She earned her DDS degree at Virginia Commonwealth University in 2017 and completed an AEGD residency in Davis, California in 2018. Dr. Wang then worked as a general dentist in Sacramento, California for a year before choosing to specialize. She obtained her specialty degree in Endodontics at the University of Texas Health Science Center San Antonio in August 2021. She is eager to return to private practice to continue to help patients with tooth pain. Dr. Wang is bilingual, being fluent in Mandarin.
Dr. Wang is in the process of completing her Board Certification with the American Board of Endodontics and is a specialist member of the American Association of Endodontists and the American Dental Association. Dr. Wang utilizes current technology including microscopes, digital radiographs and CBCT (3D) imaging which aid in diagnosis/prognosis and allow her to practice at the highest level.

From the moment my husband and I Stepped into the office, we were greeted with kindness and warmth. Super patient, caring staff. Doctors are so kind and compassionate. They made me change my mindset of dentist completely! I used to be terrified of them from trauma as a child, but with them, they kept reassuring me that I am in great hands and I will be cared for to be the best they can provide. Outstanding service from the front desk and all the way back. It was great and I highly recommend checking them out if you are a baby about going to the dentist. Problems don't solve them selves, get yourself an appt with these people! They are PEOPLE! kind, loving, caring people. Thank you all!!

I just returned from having a root canal performed by Dr. McNamara, and it was the most efficient root canal I've ever had. Dr. McNamara is confident, professional, personable, and fast. His assistant, Amy, was pleasant and compassionate, as were Salena and the rest of his staff. Out of 3 or 4 root canals that I've now had (the others all done somewhere else), this was the absolute best! Dr. McNamara and his staff answered all my questions, the work was done quickly and painlessly, and the whole thing took about same time as a cavity or the initial prep for a crown. I've been able to pretty much go on about my day. I dreaded getting this one done as the last root canal I had done somewhere else wasn't a pleasant experience but I worried for nothing - this was a breeze (if a root canal can ever be a breeze...). Great doctor, great staff.

Being told I needed a root canal scared me pretty bad, but working with Dr. McNamara and his team completely alleviated my fears. Quick, painless, professional - I was lucky to be referred to him.

If i could rate Dr Macknamera and his team 10 stars i would. If you are reading this and need any type of dental work other than typical cleaning; this is the place to go - no one else compares I had 2 teeth to be looked at by him. The first was a root canal. The whole process from check in to back in my car took less than an hour. The amazing part is I had zero pain and zero swelling from the procedure. When he said he was finished i honestly didn't believe him! An hour later i was back at work. All day I never felt any pain, no swelling, and most importantly my tooth felt so great! The second visit to Dr Macknamera was to fix a root canal done by a different DDS from 15 years ago that was infected again. Every dentist i visited said the tooth would had to be removed. Dr Macknamera took one look and said he can save the tooth, and fix it with a procedure called apicoectomy The surgery took about 40 minutes. When he said he was finished i was in shock. Again, no pain, no discomfort, a very pleasant experience! I am so thankful i found his office. My teeth feel great again, i am so happy. i hope this review can reach someone that has tooth pain like i did before seeing Dr Macknamera. There is such an easy for painless way to resolve this issue. Just go to Endodontic Center of Redmond. TLDR: i had two procedures with Dr Macknamera. Both were by far the best and pain free dental experiences i have ever had in my life. He and his team are truly the creme of the crop.

Just had a root canal with Ryan McNamara today. Incredibly easy, and I'm back at work now. He was very professional, and I was comfortable the whole time. At no point did I ever experience any pain (honestly, nothing). If I ever need another, I'll be back here.

I was referred to Dr. McNamara by my dentist for a root canal. This was not my first root canal so I had an idea of what to expect. All I can say is my experience with Dr. McNamara and his team absolutely exceeded all of my expectations. He was very professional and took the time to explain the procedure. Dr. McNamara has a very calming demeanor that made me feel relaxed the entire time. I almost fell asleep. They made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire procedure. There was no pain at all. I highly recommend Dr. McNamara if you need to have a root canal. Thank You to Dr. McNamara and his team!

I just had my first root canal from Dr. Ryan McNamara and was very impressed! Dental visits are not usually something I look forward to but this visit has totally changed my opinion. He was very professional, explaining the procedures to me before hand and listened to my concerns. Did not feel the needle. Did not feel the procedure, which flew by. I will definitely be recommending Dr. McNamara to friends and family!
