Everyone in this office from the front desk to the dentist was amazing. They went above and beyond to ensure that my son and I were taken care of and comfortable even when I'd arrived late and forgot my referral. Excellent care and customer service. Thank you!

I don't understand any of the negative reviews! Everyone was very nice and friendly. Dr. Acosta was amazing and explained everything to me.

Very disappointed with the payment system. They over charged me with the service that I had to go back and forth multiple times to ask them to correct and they didn't care but when I had my insurance contact them then they made sure to correct the over payment. Please make sure to check ur payment, I believe this office is very unprofessional and unethical way of over charging people for their service. But, i do wane say that the Dr. Acosta is very nice...but the billing department need to retake ethics class.

Dr Campbell is thorough and very prompt with his care. I've been seen under emergency circumstances and he made me feel so much better. Nothing but good things to say about this office and my care!

What an amazing experience. Dr Campbell was so gentle and explained every detail of my root canal. I had never had one before so was apprehensive. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Dr. Schermer was amazing! He was so kind and put my mind at ease. I never even felt the needle! He walked me through the entire process of getting my root canal and so far, no pain... His assistant, Jennifer was awesome as well!

The Waldorf front office is wonderful, knowledgeable, and professional. Dr. Campbell has a welcoming professional presence. He was very honest in assessing my tooth and most importantly he listened to me and answered all of my questions. If I ever need another root canal. I would not hesitate to contact Dr. Campbell. I also would like to give a shout out to Jamie at the Clinton office. She is another top-notch professional. Thank you again for finding a last-minute appointment for me.You made it happen.

Most horrible experience Ever! No bedside manner, whatsoever. Went in for a root canal, completely swollen by day 2. No meds were given. Went back, they couldn't help me. So, they basically left me with a paper to call to get an extraction, NO HELP WHATSOEVER! DO NOT GO THERE! Check your options out!

Most horrible experience Ever! No bedside manner, whatsoever. Went in for a root canal, completely swollen by day 2. No meds were given. Went back, they couldn't help me. So, they basically left me with a paper to call to get an extraction, NO HELP WHATSOEVER! DO NOT GO THERE! Check your options out!

Dr. Campbell is amazing - and the staff are so understanding and accommodating! I experienced the worst pain of my life from an infected tooth, and without hesitation I was fit into the schedule and the root canal was done same day! Dr. Campbell was so kind, very thorough, and I am now PAIN FREE! Thank you, all!

Dr. Rafael Acosta is the abosolute best. After having a wisdom tooth extracted and being referred to his office due to continued pain, he was able to talk to me, relate to my experience with the wisdom tooth extraction, explain the procedures step by step, and was the most gentle at handling my procedure knowing I was 4 days post extraction and still swollen. When everything was over, I gave him a hug. Even though he couldnt fix my problem although I wish he had just extracted the tooth, he was able to give credibility to my suffering. He also didn't try to convince me I needed a root canal on a tooth that couldn't be saved, and for that, he deserves the highest recognition for his integrity. I wish he could be my personal dentist. I'd glagly drive out of my way every 6 months to see him. Thank you Dr. Acosta.

Got a referral to the office, everytime I call they always put me on hold then the call suddenly gets "disconnected". I finally get through to the office and am told I will be called back about a potential opening today, they don't call me back so I call them. The phones say their offices are called yet their home office says they are suppose to be open. I don't know what kind of operation they are running but I just want treatment. Can I get treatment or at least some accurate business hours?
