The staff was very friendly and made me feel comfortable. I was pleased with the consult until I found out the bad news, that I needed root canal. I felt confident that Dr. Robin was knowledgeable and capable for my treatment. I will return for my next appointment.

Went from 5 stars last year to 1 star on Friday! I Had surgery last December and my experience was great! They explained what was necessary and the cost associated with the procedure. FAST FORWARD 9 months I was referred again to have a different tooth evaluated. I was no sooner in the chair and was advised I would need to pay $125 consult fee per my insurance. I was surprised by this as I didn't have to pay this consult fee last year, just my surgery copay. I opted not to have the tooth evaluated as I felt my dental insurance had made an error verifying my benefits. I went outside and called my dental insurance. They advised me I had $1800 left in coverage and they would pay 85% of surgery and 100% for the consult. I went back in the office while still on the phone with them. The Humana representative said on speaker the coverages stated above, and gave a phone number for the office to call if they had questions. The office staff made no effort to write the number down or even acknowledge the information provided. Then I was told that the reason I wasn't required to pay for the consult last year was because I had the surgery the same day so they applied it to my surgery copay. I explained that I didn't have the surgery done on the same day last year. I had the surgery a week after the consult. Then I was told the 3D scan is not covered by the insurance and the fee for that is $80.00. SO WHY NOT start with that rather than causing all of the confusion, advising me that I have to pay $125 to have the tooth evaluated, and inferring that my benefits were maxed for the year???? Dentist is wonderful but the front desk staff is not communicative and seems annoyed when questioned. Not sure I will be back. I don't like being treated like I am a bother for questioning my insurance coverage. I don't mind paying for a necessary non covered service, but I expect to be told what I am paying for. Front desk staff not helpful at all!

I was scared to go to the dentist for 10 years after a brutal root canal. Technology in the office was awesome and the people were even better. Didn't feel a thing!

Like a lot of others visiting a dentist is not something on my top 10 list. But Endodontic Associates - Tampa did a great job and were very pleasant. They made sure we were comfortable and pain free. Not that I want to but if I need more work done they would be the first place I would go. Thanks for the great experience.

Due to past experiences with dentists, I arrived at the office very nervous. The staff and the dentist made me feel more relaxed. I felt nervous again when they were going to give me anesthesia, but to my surprise I felt no pain and the procedure was relaxing. Thank you 100% recommended

My husband was the patient there no bad experience. The staff was courteous. He had all his questions answered. Everything was done in a professional manner. He will recommend to all floridan and beyond. They are the best .

Dr Kasem and his staff are wonderful. Very professional, pleasant and caring. Dr. Kasem's expertise enabled him to save my tooth where others had given me no hope. The procedures were explained thoroughly every step of the way. Can't recommend this office enough!
