I can't believe how wonderful the staff is here! Such kind and caring people. When I went in for my root canal, they explained the whole process to me, let me ask questions. They didn't hesitate to give me more novacaine when I asked for it. Afterwards, every single person I had to talk to on my way out assured me that I could call if I needed anything. They gave me recommendations for a new general dentist and a little after care packet. But the real reason I'm writing this review is because the next day they called me to see how I was doing! I've never experienced such kindness from a dentist or dental specialists office before. It really touched my heart

I gave Endodontic Associates PC of East Syracuse two stars not because of the services provided by the doctors, but the bad experience of billing problems. The accounting department of the office is extremely inefficient. I paid the full cost in November 2020 in my first visit of doing a root canal on a molar. The progress was not smooth and I had to go back for two more visits in December and January. The doctors were nice and tried their best, but was unable to finish the job since the size of cavity was too big making it impossible to set up a new crown. The entire tooth needed to be removed. The doctor said the office will refund soon in the last visit on January 12th, 2021. The office had received the claim check from our insurance for incomplete endodontic therapy at the end of January. But the office keeps delaying the refund. We have to call three times during the following two months regarding this matter. The last call was made on April 13, 2021 and was told the refund check will be sent in three or four days, which means five months has gone since I paid the office in November, 2020. This is the worst billing experience in my 30 years of seeing dentists.

In severe pain, I called Endodontics Associates of East Syracuse to see if they could perform a root canal today instead of when my appointment was which was in two weeks. They were so caring and determined that I needed a tooth extraction and worked hard to find a doctor who could perform it immediately. Syracuse Oral Surgery took me in on emergency. I was so disappointed that I had to lose my tooth and was afraid that the extraction was going to hurt me, but it was a miraculous caring experience from the moment I walked in until I left. Both offices are so caring, clean, professional!!!!! Thank you!!!!

They got me in for an emergency root canal during Covid-19 and an emergency follow up due to an infection. I'd give them 10 stars is I could.

I highly recommend! My insurance didn't cover my root canal, so I had to pay out of pocket. When I heard how much it would cost I cringed a bit initially, but decided to save the tooth and get the procedure done before it was too late. Bill Baker DDS and his staff were kind, courteous, and professional. They asked clarifying questions and I felt that I was in good hands the entire way through. In retrospect: considering the procedure, equipment, skill set, and kind, prompt, professional care I honestly don't feel like I lost anything(financially or peace of mind wise). It's been weeks later and I'm waiting to see if my insurance will cover my crown and everything has held up fantastically! Thank you Endodontic Associates P.C and more specifically thank you Bill Baker DDS.

They took me in on an emergency root canal this past Friday. I am a terrible dental patient with a very bad gag reflux. Dr. Kim and her team did an outstanding job of putting me at ease and completing the procedure quickly and expeditiously. I would highly recommend this team and would be very comfortable if placed under their care! Thank you thank you!

I can not say enough about how impressed I am with this practice! They got me in last minute on a Friday afternoon for an emergency root canal. The procedure was thoroughly explained as well as my other options for treatment and at no time did I feel like I was given a sales pitch to have work done. When I had some swelling that concerned me over the weekend the on call doctor was so kind and helpful. He called me in a prescription for an antibiotic on Saturday then he called me to check in on Sunday followed by meeting me at the office to address my concerns. Everyone from the front desk attendants to dental assistants and the doctors were so nice and helpful. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

I could not be more impressed with the service! The facilities were impeccable, the staff was very welcoming and friendly, and I was able to get in very quickly as I needed a root canal (GASP!). They not only were very reassuring, but explained the procedure thoroughly all the while making sure I did not have ANY pain. They are debunking the myths that root canals have to be painful and I would recommend anyone to this practice.
