Not a good clinic to go to. Be careful when you go there to be clear about their charge. I wanted to pay full amount for reasonable charge but they have to go through insurance which I told ahead of time that don't pay anything. They did not do any service. I wouldn't recommend any one going there.

I recently had my third visit here for root canal. Dr. Navarre was booked up into the too far future for me as I was desperate w/severe pain & had to see someone asap. Was scheduled w/Dr. Pantakar. She quickly determined I must have a root canal & before I knew it the nova cane was coming. They had no happy gas to offer me. They say it was due to Covid. I knew I needed it to calm my nerves as this procedure can be lengthy & very invasive to the mouth. I was upset & nervous. The tech helping suggested I listen to my headset I happened to have along this day. Thank goodness I had the music or I would have been a complete train wreck. Not just a partial wreck like I was during this whole procure but completely!! The Dr. was aggressive and rough and barely gave me time to come up for air during this good hour of the procedure. She had to end up giving me 5 shots total to numb my 1 tooth and it was very painful on top of the pain I already had going on when I arrived. I was in tears a good 75 % of the time. Got no comfort nor sympathy from the Dr.. Luckily the tech helping was pretty nice and socialable. She could see I was upset. I CANNOT refer anyone to see Dr. Pantakar especially if you are nervous about this procedure Or it's your first time. I will never have another root canal here if they don't have the happy gas to offer to me. It was a nasty experience I'm sad to say.

Interested in the riveting discussion held by your endodontic surgeon and her assistant as they gossip like girlfriends at brunch about office politics and love lives while they perform your surgery? Want dismissive assurances that the immediate and complete dissipation of anesthesic and extreme pain you experience following the procedure are normal and acceptable because "every tooth is different", despite having had this same procedure performed elsewhere multiple times with minimal or no pain? Prefer a practice that chooses to include a lovely profile of your surgeon printed on a full page of thick cream-colored paper in your procedural information packet, yet seems unconcerned with that same surgeon's professionalism during surgery and adequate mitigation of pain following it? Then you've come to the right place, and Dr. Patankar is the surgeon for you.

I I'm very happy with the service I received at this office. Dr.Thomas and his entire staff made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived there until the time I left. Dr. Thomas even called me later in the evening of my appointment to check and see how I was feeling. I would definitely recommend this office for any Endodontic treatments!

Highly Recommend!!! Dr.Thomas was the best dental professional I have come across. He is big on patient care which is hard to come by these days. He made sure to ask me how i was during the whole process of the procedure. He and his team made sure to call me after to ask me how I was doing, and for these reasons I rate them a 5/5. If you want someone who cares go see Dr.Thomas!

I highly recommend this office . They got me in 4 weeks before any others would . Dr. Thomas was great. He explained everything before hand so I knew exactly what I was getting into . Best of all there wasn't a second of discomfort throughout the entire root canal process . And to top it off he called later in the evening to make sure everything was good .I will be going back if I need anymore work like this .

My dentist dentist sent me with a referral to have a root canel re-checked that was causing pain. I seen Dr. Navarre and I highly recommend him, he explains things so you understand and is very thorough. His assistant was very friendly and comforting as well!

So I just wanted to write a review. I went in today to get a look at my tooth that's been bothering me and by my dentist I was told I could "possibly " need a root canal. So when I went into this office & location today I was NERVOUS!! But when I sat down in the back Dr. Thomas told me yes I will need a root canal he explained the whole procedure to me step by step. Numbed me , during the whole procedure kept asking if I was okay. He made me feel VERY COMFORTABLE. I love this place. I feel better about Root canals now :) The staff at this office are wonderful. Thank you all. His assistant Crystal was very awesome today also.

Just had a great experience having a lower molar root canal done by Dr. Navarre!!! He was gentle, caring, and informative from the moment he numbed the tooth to the completion. My expectations are high since I, myself, am a general dentist and you know I am particular by who I have doing my root canal. The entire office was very professional and I am one happy camper!!! Absolutely no pain 6 hours later!!! Dr. Robert Prieur.

The treatment itself for a root canal was good, but the staff can be rude. It takes forever to get someone on the phone, yet when the dentist that referred me called, they did not get put on a 15 minute hold like I was. The after pain was terrible, but expected. The only medication I was prescribed was a strong antibiotic for the infection, but no pain medication was prescribed, which made the whole process even worse since I was taking almost 10 pills 3 times a day.

I can't express how impressed I was with Dr Thomas and his staff. I needed a root canal and had a consultation first which everything was explained clearly from procedure to cost. On day of root canal they put me at ease with all they did to keep me relaxed by talking to me throughout the procedure and made sure I was ok. I'm not a fan of any dentist but they made this experience not so traumatic as I was expecting it to be. Highly recommend him if you are in need of endodontic work.

I was very nervous - scared, actually - about my root canal. Dr. Thomas calmly and quietly explained procedures to me, easing some of my fears. As he and Crystal worked on my tooth, they spoke quietly and reassuringly. Before I knew it, it was done. It was nowhere near as bad as I thought. In fact, it was much easier thanks to the easy-going manner in which the procedure was performed. Thank you so much, Dr. Thomas and Crystal, for putting up with the scaredy cat that I am. I am grateful. Will gladly recommend your practice to anyone

Dr. Thomas (patient Gerri Hammerick) Right amount of pain medication -felt pain free. Explained what problem existed and fixed it. Had the right tools and worked with precision. Called in evening to check on and to reassure patient. Extremely good root canal procedure.

Dr. Thomas of Endodontic Associates is first class all the way! Dr. Thomas is very professional yet still takes the time to talk to you and makes you feel comfortable. I would not hesitate to recommend Dr. Thomas to anyone in need of dental care.
