Outstanding Endodontic practice! Dr. Gardner was able to assess and clearly explain my situation. He is personable, knowledgeable, and professional -- I felt well taken care of here.

This is an awful location of this practice. But in general, this practice won't get you in within a timely manner no matter how excruciating your pain is or if your dentist calls to tell them they need to get you in. I have an abscess sitting on the nerve of a tooth that was treated endodontically, and the pain is horrific. Not to mention I'm going to end up losing the tooth because this practice won't get me in. They don't care about patients and their pain or outcomes. Debbie was awful to deal with in Ann Arbor. And I'm upset, angry, and frustrated that Dr. Lindell refused to get me in to evaluate what was going on and treat me like a human being deserves to be treated. He seems like he couldn't care less about the agony I am in. I hope he one day experiences the kind of pain the pain that the people he is turning away from helping are experiencing. This practice makes you beg and keep calling around to all their locations to get an appointment, rather than courteously doing it for their patients like they should be. I had oral surgery this morning and am miserable, and Debbie wants me to call all around. Are you kidding me? Way to treat your patients well. She kept repeating and blaming me for not being able to come at the time she wanted me to, but I was in oral surgery and it was in no way within my control. This receptionist and doctor obviously have no compassion or empathy for their patients, and I would avoid this location.

Had a root canal done here in May of 2021. I knew my dentist referred me there for a root canal, but Dr Lindell was very thorough in introducing himself, doing his own exam and explaining all of my options. We opted for the root canal because it was my best option and what I was already expecting. I was understandably nervous but I seriously could have slept through the procedure. I did not feel a thing and was talking to him during it. It was honestly easier than getting a filling. He's very personable and we were talking about music and movies. Fantastic experience, I wouldn't trust anyone else. I didn't have any pain following. Delta Dental also covered most of the cost.

The dental assistant who was preparing me for root canal work, inches from my unmasked face, was NOT vaccinated. Personal choice she said. I walked out. There are other skilled practitioners in the area who do comply with public health recommendations.

From Debbie at the front desk to Dr Gardner and his assistant, Jan, incredible kindness, service, and quality. They got me into their busy, pre-holiday schedule for an emergency Root Canal. They explained everything down to the smallest details and proceeded in a manner that was as much art as dental science. Watching Dr. Gardner and his assistant work was like a ballet performance of the most accomplished, experienced artists imaginable.

Dr. Evans is the goddesses of dentistry!!! I have an absolute fear of going to the dentist!!! I saw her yesterday for a root canal, she walked me through every step she was taking, and I was able to comfortably handle the procedure. I had absolutely no pain during or after, no swelling, nothing. I would not see anyone else for this procedure. Ever!!!!

I can't express my gratitude and appreciation for Dr. Gardner and his assistant Janice! I have seen Dr.Gardner A couple of times for a retreat of a previous root camel and a new root camel I had to have done. Each time he is more then thorough, explains every detail of the process/procedure, super easy to talk to and makes every step painless! Thank you to all the staff for making a scary procedure a easy experience!!

Had my first ever root canal today. I was extremely nervous as it was a tooth with prior issues and an infection. Dr. Gardner and Janice were amazing and made me feel completely at ease. The procedure was quick and painless. I'd definitely recommend this office to anyone who needs a root canal done!

I had 2 years ago a root canal treatment by Dr. Evans on my front teeth. Everything was fine back she was really nice with me as well the stuff there. Before Christmas 2017 I've notice a reinfection on my gums and I called the Endodontic Associates office to ask what to do. The receptionist told me that I need to contact my dentist to put me on antibiotics. Also she said I will not get a free procedure or reimbursement because is past 6 months since I had it done and probably they will need to take my crowns down, which they will not pay for as well. I had the infection confirmed by my dentist who send me to have surgery right away. They found a piece of needle that broke when Dr. Evans perform the root canal, which almost perforated the root of my mouth! Only then I understood why I had this weird feeling every time I was biting on my front teeth. I spent over $2000 for that procedure. How could she be so negligent? Unbelievable! I do not recommend this office!

Dr. Richard Gardner performed my root canal and he made the entire procedure absolutely painless. He was extremely accommodating and cordial throughout the procedure and explained what was being done every now and then.
