Honestly I never thought it possible nor did I truly befall the wonderful reviews about painless root canal but I am now a believer!! Had root canal done yesterday ( I'm petrified of dentists) and it was done in about 20 minutes and not a drop of pain. I waited to write this review as I thought I'd get pain once the anesthetic wore off but here I am 24 hrs pain free. Just some soreness where the needle to numb me was placed. Dr. Chang is the absolute best and his assistant Kelly was very compassionate and put me at ease. Thank you both for the wonderful care I received yesterday. Helping to restore my confidence in dentists!!

I have extreme fear of dentists because of bad experiences in the past. When I had a root canal that didn't work, two different dentists told me to go see Dr. Wang and they both said he is the best in the business. I was skeptical at first, however, in his office, I kept hearing his patients saying how wonderful he is and how easy root canals are in this office. When I finally got my root canal done by Dr. Wang, it was sooooo easy. It was painless and fast. He was able to fix a bad root canal that I had before and saved my tooth. Trust me, I am the biggest coward in the world about dentistry and I was really skeptical about finding a good dentist. Dr. Alex Wang made me a believer. Thank you Dr. Wang!!

First, at booking, the staff told me the wrong date and when they called to confirm, they told me I am scheduled a week earlier. Second, they told me my insurance is not active, but it was! They had to look into it again and they got it straight. The appointment day arrives and it was awful! I am a gagger and informed the dr. Unfortunately during the procedure they had to stop because I became really nauseous. The way the dr spoke to me and treated me caught me off guard. Extremely rude and super inpatient! I get it, it's an inconvenience to stop and have to re-clean the area but he needs to learn how to speak with the patients. Never in my life a dr spoke to me this way.

Dr Wang is the best! He takes time to answer all my questions. He is super fast! The staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

I couldn't believe how quick and painless it is to get a root canal from Dr. Wang. I actually had a few of them and all visits deserve an equally good rating.

Had my root canal done here. Staff was friendly and helpful. They didn't mind taking the extra time to make sure all my questions were answered.
