Dr. Alex Fleury DDS MS decided that he wanted to be a dentist after experiencing his dental injuries. At the time, Dr. Fluery was in a great deal of pain, and he was inspired by the dentist who got him out of painand by how happy his dentist looked doing it. Consequently, in 1984, Dr. Fleury earned his DDS degree from the University of So Paulo, Brazil.
As an endodontist, Dr. Fleury gets great joy out of being able to get people out of pain and back to their optimal wellness. He aims to make each of his patients feel as comfortable as possible, and he understands that many people are scared when they come into the office. Consequently, his patient philosophy is predicated upon building trust with his patients and making them as comfortable as possible, so they know that they wont be in pain much longer.
At Endodontic Associates, Dr. Fleury brings a wealth of knowledge with him into the room each time he meets with a patient. Over his lengthy career, he has been involved in continuing education, both as a student and an educator, to ensure that he remains at the top of his field. Furthermore, he is driven by his desire always to be better, and his ability to continue studying and teaching is a significant part of his passion and career.
She served as a faculty at the University of Florida where she was the Director of Predoctoral Endodontics and the Director for surgical endodontics for the residency program for 12 years after which she served as an Associate Professor and the Director of Graduate Endodontics at the Medical University of South Carolina at Charleston.
Her research interests include 3D imaging of vertical root fractures and the applications of CBCT in Endodontics. Dr. Nair has several publications and has authored chapters in endodontic textbooks. She has also been invited for lectures at the national and international level. She also serves on national committees for the American Association of Endodontics. Dr. Nair is a Diplomate of the American Board of Endodontics.
Dr. William M. Bolak DMD received his B.A. in Chemistry from Cornell University and then his D.M.D. from Fairleigh Dickenson University in New Jersey. He spent four years as a dentist for the Air Force and then went into private practice in Alamogordo, NM.
Dr. Bolak received a Dentist Scientist Award from the National Institute of Health to attend the State University New York at Buffalo to pursue dental research and his Endodontic specialty. In 1994, the decision was made to return to a warmer climate to teach Endodontics at Baylor College of Dentistry and open the Endodontic practice in Plano, TX.
During his time in Plano, Dr. Bolak has participated in the local professional organizations, contributed his endodontic expertise to the Community Dental Center of Plano, volunteered as a leader with the Boys Scouts of America, and taught religious education at his church. He enjoys spending time with his family and stays fit with tennis and regular workouts.

I've had two root canals over the last couple of years at Endodontic Associates of Plano, and Dr. Fleury and his team are top notch. Tania at the front desk worked with my insurance to make sure all that could be covered was, and Dr. Fleury's assistant Omari was truly skilled during the procedure; she kept Dr. Fleury's hands filled with the right tools without having to be told, while keeping me comfortable throughout. Impressive!

My experience with Dr. Fleury was "painless" and every effort was made to assure that I was comfortable and aware of the procedure. His assistant, Omari, was very professional and friendly, as well as Tania and Gladys. I would highly recommend Endodontic Assoc. of Plano.

Dr.Fleury was amazing! I had no pain during and after my root canal. His assistant Mable explained everything and worked seamlessly during the procedure.My experience was comfortable. The office team was very classy, and professional.

Just had my 2nd root canal done with Dr. Fleury. I don't know if I would trust anyone else to do them. Quick and painless! Mabel was very helpful and nice along with the front office staff. I would highly recommend.

An awesome place to go for a root canal! The staff is super sweet and the treatment is critical to detail. Tania from the front desk was very patient with all my insurance related questions while Omari, the hygienist went above and beyond to explain the whole treatment to me and suggest post treatment care. The procedure was done by Dr Alex Fleury and I'd definitely recommend him if you ever needed a root canal

Dr. Fleury and Danielle were fantastic! My fiance need an emergency crown put on and was nervous about the procedure. They did a great job in making sure she was comfortable and got the process done quickly. Tania and Gladys were great also. Highly recommended!

I am so happy that I was able to find the Endodontic Associates practice and Dr. Fleury. I have had two root canals from two other dentists that were very painful and took a long time to complete. I have been terrified of going in for dental work every since then. I needed a root canal and my dentist referred me to Dr. Fleury as my specialist. I was of course very nervous the day of the procedure, but once I met Omari, Dr. Fleury's assistant, I knew I was I. Good hands. She told me exactly what to expect kept me comfortable during the procedure. Dr. Fleury could not have been better at putting me at ease. He told me what was going to be done and answered any questions I had. I knew a root canal procedure wouldn't be fabulous, but it really wasn't that bad at all. I had no pain at all. Thank you so much for being so kind and wonderful at your occupation.

This was the best experience I could've had ( especially when I'm afraid of dentists) from the front desk - Tania and Gladys who helped me register over the phone . And the two assistants I had - Mable and Omari- who were so gentle and calming , and of course dr Fleury - who was very gentle and calming -and does great artwork- so glad that's where I went .

I had to have a root canal and had it done by Dr. Fleury. The whole process went well. I felt like I was in good hands. I would recommend Endodontic Associates of Plano to anyone needing endodontic work done. They have a great and friendly staff.

Dr Fleury is a good Endodontic and also his assistance (Mable). It was my first time doing root canal and I thought it will be painful, but, it wasn't. Front desk was also very nice and willing to answer all my questions and concerns. I'm glad I choose this Dental office for that procedures.

Dr Fleury and his staff are amazing! No one ever wants to get a root canal but if you need one, this is where you want to be. I was experiencing a great deal of pain and they were able to get me in pretty quickly. Tania and Gladys at the front desk made me feel welcome right away. Dr. Fleury performed the procedure with little to no discomfort. He is very friendly and the time seemed to flyby. His assistants, Mable and Omari, were very knowledgeable and professional as well. They even offered me a pillow during the procedure! I'm very happy with the service and would certainly go back to them if I should ever need another root canal.

Fantastic experience under the circumstances of needing a root canal. Dr. Alex Fleury and his staff, Mable and Omari were so kind and helpful. I appreciate all they did to make me comfortable, from the numbing shots I literally did not feel to the fun music playing in the background. Most importantly he was able to take care of my problem and alleviate the severe pain I was in. He did not need to remove my crown and then filled the small hole in it afterwards so I was completely done and didn't need to go back to my dentist. I appreciate my dentist, Dr. Kris Koelker sending me to and highly recommending Dr. Fleury. Please call them if you need Endodontic treatment, you won't be disappointed.

Dr Bolak and front office staff are good but his back office Billing is pathetic. Received a bill for $12 as past due for which I never received an invoice. I called the Doctors office and paid the amount and asked about why I received such a threatening letter (attached) when I never missed any payment and also I never delayed patient responsibility payment at the time of service, then they asked me to talk to some other office who does the billing for them and there is no response on that number. If the letter come from different office, not sure why it shows only Doctors office details. Looks like a mess.

Had a very great experience a few days back with my root canal I was very nerves at first but everything turn out good. All the staff was great from front desk Tania and Gladys to the assistant Mable and Cande. I sure be recommending them to friends and family.
